| 1 | 血中的淋巴细胞亚群是淋巴系统的诊断指标吗?显示文摘淋巴细胞通过血液不断出入淋巴和非淋巴器官。因此,一般来说血中淋巴细胞亚群的测定可以反映淋巴系统的情况。近年来,通过对不同疾病患者血中一套淋巴细胞亚群参数的测定,发现很多疾病会引起参数的变化。但除疾病外,许多因素(包括紧张、吸烟、服药、运动及衰老等)也能影响血中的淋巴细胞,不同因素引起的变化很容易掩盖有诊断价值的改变,如:T 淋巴细胞的数量随取样时间不同所产生的波动可达100%。因此要得到可重复的结果是很困难的,这也清楚地指明取样的高度标准化、染色及评价技术的必要性。但是,问题在于外周血淋巴细胞是否能完全反映整个淋巴系统的内部状况(见表)。 | Westermann J 富欣 | 1991 | 国外医学(免疫学分册)1991，14，6： | 5 |
