1中国大陆肺炎发病率与死亡率:1985-2008年中英文文献的系统分析显示文摘目的肺炎是全球传染性疾病最主要的死因之一,但中国的肺炎疾病负担还知之甚少,因为很多数据资料都是以非英文文献的形式发表的。方法系统回顾了中国大陆关于肺炎发病率与死亡率的中文和英文文献,这些研究都是具有第一手数据的研究,1985-2008年有37篇论文符合纳入标准。结果各项研究的质量差异较大。5岁以下儿童肺炎发病率为(0.06~0.27)次/人年,肺炎死亡率为184/10万~1 223/10万人口。肺炎的发病率与死亡率随着时间稳定不变或者呈下降趋势,且农村高于城市。结论肺炎仍然是中国儿童的主要公共卫生问题之一。肺炎发病率与死亡率估计的变化差异大。继续降低发病率与死亡率需要可靠的监测数据和新的预防措施的实施,特别是在农村等高发地区。官旭华 Benjamin J Silk Wenkai Li Aaron T. 2Achieving over 16% efficiency for single-junction organic solar cells显示文摘To achieve high photovoltaic performance of bulk hetero-junction organic solar cells(OSCs), a range of critical factors including absorption profiles, energy level alignment, charge carrier mobility and miscibility of donor and acceptor materials should be carefully considered. For electron-donating materials, the deep highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) energy level that is beneficial for high open-circuit voltage is much appreciated. However, a new issue in charge transfer emerges when matching such a donor with an acceptor that has a shallower HOMO energy level. More to this point, the chemical strategies used to enhance the absorption coefficient of acceptors may lead to increased molecular crystallinity, and thus result in less controllable phase-separation of photoactive layer. Therefore, to realize balanced photovoltaic parameters, the donor-acceptor combinations should simultaneously address the absorption spectra, energy levels, and film morphologies. Here, we selected two non-fullerene acceptors, namely BTPT-4F and BTPTT-4F, to match with a wide-bandgap polymer donor P2F-EHp consisting of an imidefunctionalized benzotriazole moiety, as these materials presented complementary absorption and well-matched energy levels. 3Comparison of reduction behavior of Fe_2O_3, ZnO and ZnFe_2O_4 by TPR technique显示文摘Advanced integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) power generation systems require the development of high-temperature, regenerable, desulfurization sorbents capable of removing hydrogen sulfide from coal gasifier gas to very low levels. As a sort of effective desufurizer, such as Fe2O3, ZnO and ZnFe2O4, it will endure strong reducing atmosphere in desulfurization process. The reduced degree of desufurizer can have an effect on its desulfurization reactivity. In this paper, Fe2O3, ZnO and ZnFe2O4 were synthesized by precipitation or co-precipitation at constant pH. After aging, washing and drying, the solids were calcined at 800 °C. The reduction behaviors of sample were characterized by temperature-programmed reduction (TPR). It is found that there are two reduction peaks for Fe2O3 in TPR, and whereas no reduction peaks for ZnO are found. The reduction process of ZnFe2O4 prepared by co-precipitation is different from that of Fe2O3. ZnFe2O4 is easier to be reduced than Fe2O3. 10Analysis of the Effects of Slope Geometry on the Dynamic Response of a Near-field Mountain from the Wenchuan Earthquake显示文摘Fourier spectra and acceleration response spectra of near-field acceleration records of the 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake have been calculated.Relative fundamental frequencies(or predominant periods) were characterized.Then,the natural frequencies of a range of slopes with different geometric characteristics,such as height,slope ratio,and pattern,were analyzed.The seismic responses of the slopes were compared,and the variability of seismic response with the above geometric elements was found.Results show that if slope height increases,and provided that other conditions are unchanged,the natural frequency of the first mode of a doublesurface slope will change as a power law.However,natural frequencies will diminish(based on a parabolic function) as the slope angle becomes large.Both the surface pattern and the number of surfaces on a slope can have a great impact on the seismic response of the slope.Moreover,within a certain range of slope heights or angles,either height or angle will also greatly influence the variability of the seismic response.The results of this research will be helpful to understanding seismic dynamic response features and explaining the ways that slope stability can be affected by earthquakes.XIAO Shiguo FENG Wenkai ZHANG Jianjing 2010Journal of Mountain Science2010,7,4:7

12Broadband polarized photodetector based on p-BP/n-ReS2 heterojunction显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D) atomic crystals,such as graphene,black phosphorus(BP) and transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs) are attractive for use in optoelectronic devices,due to their unique crystal structures and optical absorption properties.In this study,we fabricated BP/ReS2 van der Waals(vdWs) heterojunction devices.The devices realized broadband photoresponse from visible to near infrared(NIR)(400–1800 nm) with stable and repeatable photoswitch characteristics,and the photoresponsivity reached 1.8 mA/W at 1550 nm.In addition,the polarization sensitive detection in the visible to NIR spectrum(532–1750 nm) was demonstrated,and the photodetector showed a highly polarization sensitive photocurrent with an anisotropy ratio as high as 6.44 at 1064 nm.Our study shows that van der Waals heterojunction is an effective way to realize the broadband polarization sensitive photodetection,which is of great significance to the realization and application of multi-functional devices based on 2D vdWs heterostructures.Wenkai Zhu Xia Wei Faguang Yan Quanshan Lv Ce Hu Kaiyou Wang 2019Journal of Semiconductors2019,40,9:6
13LBE-DEM coupled simulation of gas-solid two-phase cross jets显示文摘This paper establishes a lattice Boltzmann equation-discrete element method (LBE-DEM) coupled simulation method under the Eulerian-Lagrangian framework at first, and applies it to simulating a two-dimensional gas-solid two-phase cross jet. The gas phase is simulated by the lattice-Boltzmann method via the TD2G9 model; the solid phase is traced by the Lagrangian method and the inter-particle collision is calculated by the DEM method. Three values of the Stokes number St=10, 25, and 50 are simulated under the same mass loading. This paper focuses on the characteristics of vortex structure, particle distribution, and the reverse-flow/rebounding rate in cross jets. We analyze the characteristics of fluid vortex motion, particle cluster distribution, rebounding rate of particles and the influencing factors for them. The results show the existence of joint distribution of discrete clusters and discrete particles in cross jets. Meanwhile, it shows that a larger concentration of particles in the early stage of jet evolution or a smaller Stokes number under the same mass loading can produce a larger rebounding rate. 14Gapless indica rice genome reveals synergistic contributions of active transposable elements and segmental duplications to rice genome evolution显示文摘The ultimate goal of genome assembly is a high-accuracy gapless genome.Here,we report a new assembly pipeline that is used to produce a gapless genome for the indica rice cultivar Minghui 63.The resulting 397.71-Mb final assembly is composed of 12 contigs with a contig N50 size of 31.93 Mb.Each chromosome is represented by a single contig and the genomic sequences of all chromosomes are gapless.Quality evaluation of this gapless genome assembly showed that gene regions in our assembly have the highest completeness compared with the other 15 reported high-quality rice genomes.Further comparison with the japonica rice genome revealed that the gapless indica genome assembly contains more transposable elements(TEs)and segmental duplications(SDs),the latter of which produce many duplicated genes that can affect agronomic traits through dose effect or sub-/neo-functionalization.The insertion of TEs can also affect the expression of duplicated genes,which may drive the evolution of these genes.Furthermore,we found the expansion of nucleotide-binding site with leucine-rich repeat disease-resistance genes and cis-zeatin-O-glucosyltransferase growth-related genes in SDs in the gapless indica genome assembly,suggesting that SDs contribute to the adaptive evolution of rice disease resistance and developmental processes.Collectively,our findings suggest that active TEs and SDs synergistically contribute to rice genome evolution.Kui Li Wenkai Jiang Yuanyuan Hui Mengjuan Kong Li-Ying Feng Li-Zhi Gao Pengfu Li Shan Lu 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,10:6
15Table-like magnetocaloric effect and large refrigerant capacity of composite magnetic refrigerants based on LaFe_(11.6)Si_(1.4)H_y alloys显示文摘Composite magnetic refrigerants were prepared by physical mixing LaFe_(11.6)Si_(1.4)H_y alloys with different Curie temperatures(Tc). The phase structures of these LaFe_(11.6)Si_(1.4)H_y alloys were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and the magnetocaloric effect(MCE) and refrigerant capacity(RC) of these composite magnetic refrigerants were investigated by experiment and calculation in this paper. The magnetocaloric effect(MCE) and refrigerant capacity(RC) of these composite magnetic refrigerants were investigated by experiment and calculation in this paper. The results indicate the experimental magnetic entropy change(-△S_M)-Tcurve corresponds reasonably with the(-△S_M)-Tcurve calculated by the linear combination of(-△S_M)-T curves of the single material. An optimal mixing ratio can make the composite magnetic refrigerant possess a table-like(-△S_M)-Tcurve which is beneficial to magnetic Ericsson cycle. When three LaFe_(11.6)Si_(1.4)H_y alloys with different T_c are mixed, the full width at half maximum(△T_(FWHM)) of(-△S_M)-T curves is about 48.7 K and the RC is about 177.76 J/kg under a magnetic field change of 2 T. 16Cloning, expression and protective immunity evalua-tion of the full-length cDNA encoding succinate dehydrogenase iron-sulfur protein of Schistosoma japonicum显示文摘1071-bp fragment was obtained from the Schistosoma japonicum (Chinese strain) adult cDNA library after the 3′ and 5′ ends of the incomplete expression sequence tag (EST) of succinate dehydrogenase iron-sulfur protein of Schistosoma japonicum (SjSDISP) were amplified by the anchored PCR with 2 pairs of primers designed according to the EST of SjSDISP and the sequence of multiclone sites of the library vector. Sequence analysis indicated that the fragment was a full-length cDNA with a complete open reading frame (ORF), encoding 278 amino acid residues. The fragment was cloned into prokary- otic expression vector pQE30, and subsequently sequenced and expressed in Escherichia coli. SDS-PAGE and Western-blot analyses showed that the recombinant protein was about 32 kD and could be recognized by the polyclonal antisera from rabbits immunized with Schistosoma japonicum adult worm antigen. Compared with the FCA controls, mice vaccinated with rSjSDISP (test) or rSjGST (posi- tive control) all revealed high levels of specific antibody and significant reduction in worm burden, liver eggs per gram (LEPG), fecal eggs per gram (FEPG) and intrauterine eggs. These results suggest that SjSDISP may be a novel and partially protective vaccine candidate against schistosomiasis. 17Side-chain modification of polyethylene glycol on conjugated polymers for ternary blend all-polymer solar cells with efficiency up to 9.27%显示文摘With the rapid progress achieved by all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs), wide-bandgap copolymers have attracted intensive attention for their unique advantage of constructing complementary absorption profiles with conventional narrow-bandgap copolymers. In this work, we designed and synthesized a wide bandgap ternary copolymer PEG-2% which has the benzodithiophene-alt-difluorobenzotriazole as the backbone and the polyethylene glycol(PEG) modified side chain. The PBTA-PEG-2%:N2200 can be processed with a non-chlorinated solvent of 2-methyl-tetrahydrofuran(MeTHF) for the binary all-PSC, which exhibits a moderate photovoltaic performance. In particular, the ternary all-PSCs that consisting an additional narrow bandgap polymer donor PTB7-Th can also be processed with MeTHF, resulting in an unprecedented power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 9.27%, and a high PCE of 8.05% can be achieved with active layer thickness of 240 nm, both of which are the highest values so far reported from all-PSCs. Detailed investigations revealed that the dramatically improved device performances are attributable to the well-extended absorption band in the photoactive layer.
