2A TiO_(2)nanotubes film with excellent antireflective and near-perfect self-cleaning performances显示文摘SiO_(2)/TiO_(2)composite films have been frequently used to realize the functions of self-cleaning and antireflection.Increasing the TiO_(2)volume ratio in SiO_(2)/TiO_(2)composite film is beneficial to enhance the self-cleaning effect,while high TiO_(2)content leads to a strong Rayleigh scattering and depresses the antireflective performance,resulting in a bottleneck problem for the dual-functional application.Here,we have achieved a high-quality TiO_(2)nanotubes film with excellent antireflective and near-perfect selfcleaning performances.Ultrasound assisted pickling method has been developed to effectively prepare the well-dispersed protonated titanate nanotubes colloid.After spin-coating and annealing treatment,glass substrate coated with double-side TiO_(2)nanotubes film has a peak transmittance of 99.2%and average transmittance of 97.4%at 400-800 nm.Ultra-high porosity of TiO_(2)nanotubes film(80%)and ultra-fine size of TiO_(2)nanotubes(8.6 nm in outer diameter)lead to excellent antireflective performance.With high UV absorptivity(80%at 254 nm)and formal quantum efficiency of stearic acid(10.9×10^(-3)),TiO_(2)nanotubes film shows near-perfect self-cleaning performance.A persistent anti-fogging ability is also presented.This study demonstrates the feasibility to fabricate pure TiO_(2)antireflective coating for glass substrate,extends application field of the classic TiO_(2)nanotubes,and sheds lights on the practical applications of high-powered TiO_(2)nanotube-based multi-functional films.Kaibin Li Ming Li Chang Xu Zengyan Du Jiawang Chen Fengxia Zou Chongwen Zou Sichao Xu Guanghai Li 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,29:3

9Effects of Color on the Buildup and Resolution of Proactive Interference in Working Memory显示文摘The“color superiority effect”was confirmed by the research of color on forgetting,which showed that proactive interference(PI)has less impact on colored items than gray ones.Color could directly affect the buildup of PI,leading to reduced levels of interference,or controlled processes that resolve PI.However,the effects of red and green on memory were inconsistent.Using Recent-Probes task,the current study explored how the red and green color influenced to the buildup phase(i.e.,200ms after the onset of probe)and resolution phase(i.e.800ms after the onset of probe)of PI.Results revealed that the reaction times of green words were significantly shorter than the red words under 200ms.There were no significant differences between the red and green words under 500ms and 800ms.It indicated that green might shortened the reaction times for the PI buildup,while red prolonged it.However,on the resolution phase of PI,green words were less effective than red words.These findings offered some new information for the underlying mechanisms that modulate the interactions between color and memory.Rong Liu Weichun Du Lixuan Feng Chenyuan Zhao Fengxia Su Sixu Qiao 2020Journal of Psychological Research2020,2,4:0
10Lower genomic stability of induced pluripotent stem cells reflects increased non-homologous end joining显示文摘Background:Induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs)and embryonic stem cells(ESCs)share many common features,including similar morphology,gene expression and in vitro differentiation profiles.However,genomic stability is much lower in iPSCs than in ESCs.In the current study,we examined whether changes in DNA damage repair in iPSCs are responsible for their greater tendency towards mutagenesis.Methods:Mouse iPSCs,ESCs and embryonic fibroblasts were exposed to ionizing radiation(4 Gy)to introduce dou-ble-strand DNA breaks.At 4 h later,fidelity of DNA damage repair was assessed using whole-genome re-sequencing.We also analyzed genomic stability in mice derived from iPSCs versus ESCs.Results:In comparison to ESCs and embryonic fibroblasts,iPSCs had lower DNA damage repair capacity,more somatic mutations and short indels after irradiation.iPSCs showed greater non-homologous end joining DNA repair and less homologous recombination DNA repair.Mice derived from iPSCs had lower DNA damage repair capacity than ESC-derived mice as well as C57 control mice.Conclusions:The relatively low genomic stability of iPSCs and their high rate of tumorigenesis in vivo appear to be due,at least in part,to low fidelity of DNA damage repair.Minjie Zhang Liu Wang Ke An Jun Cai Guochao Li Caiyun Yang Huixian Liu Fengxia Du Xiao Han Zilong Zhang Zitong Zhao Duanqing Pei Yuan Long Xin Xie Qi Zhou Yingli Sun 2018Cancer Communications2018,38,1:0
11Incidence of Major Adverse Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Events in Chinese Patients Undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention with Iodixanol: An Observational Postauthorization Study显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events(MACCEs)and overall safety profile associated with iodixanol in Chinese patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:Patients at 30 centers in China registered in the OpenClinic v3.6 database from October 30,2013,to October 7,2015,were included in the study.The primary endpoint was in-hospital MACCEs including target lesion revascularization(TLR),stroke,stent thrombosis,cardiac death,and PCI-related myocardial infarction(MI)within 72 h post-PCI.Secondary endpoints were MACCEs from 72 h to 30 d post-PCI and other safety events within 30 d post-PCI.Results:A total of 3,042 patients were enrolled.The incidence of MACCEs within 72 h post-PCI was 2.33%(n=71),including cardiac death(0.03%,n=1)and PCI-related MI(2.30%,n=70).The incidence of MACCEs from 72 h to 30 d post-PCI was 0.16%(n=5),including cardiac death(0.10%,n=3),PCI-related MI(0.03%,n=1),and TLR for stent thrombosis(0.03%,n=1).The incidence of composite angiographic or procedural complications was 2.86%(n=87);233(7.86%)patients had results suggesting contrast-induced acute kidney injury.Conclusions:These findings indicate that the use of iodixanol in Chinese patients undergoing PCI is associated with a low incidence of MACCEs,confirming its safety in this population.Xiaozeng Wang Dengfeng Ma Tianchang Li Bao Li Xi Su Yanqing Wu Zhimin Du Zheng Ji Ping Yang Baisong Yang Xuebin Cao Junxia Li Fengxia Hou Ziping Cheng Banglong Xu Yaling Han 2023Cardiology Discovery2023,3,2:0
12Risk factors for postpartum posttraumatic stress disorder after emergency admission显示文摘BACKGROUND:Postpartum posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD)can occur in women who give birth after emergency admission.The identification of risk factors for this condition is crucial for developing effective preventive measures.This retrospective study aimed to explore the incidence and risk factors for postpartum PTSD in women who give birth after emergency admission.METHODS:Medical records of women who gave birth after emergency admission were collected between March 2021 and April 2023.The patients’general conditions and perinatal clinical indicators were recorded.The puerperae were divided into PTSD group and control group based on symptom occurrence at six weeks postpartum.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to identify risk factors.RESULTS:A total of 276 puerperae were included,with a PTSD incidence of 20.3% at six weeks postpartum.Multivariate logistic regression analysis identified emergency cesarean section(odds ratio[OR]=2.102;95%confidence interval[CI]:1.114-3.966,P=0.022),admission to the emergency department after midnight(12:00 AM)(OR=2.245;95%CI:1.170-4.305,P<0.001),and cervical dilation(OR=3.203;95%CI:1.670–6.141,P=0.039)as independent risk factors for postpartum PTSD.Analgesia pump use(OR=0.500;95%CI:0.259–0.966,P=0.015)was found to be a protective factor against postpartum PTSD.CONCLUSION:Emergency cesarean section,admission to the emergency department after midnight,and cervical dilation were identified as independent risk factors for postpartum PTSD,while analgesic pump use was a protective factor.These findings provide insights for developing more effective preventive measures for women who give birth after emergency admission.Fengxia Du Jun Zha Yan Li Lichao Fang Shuyu Xia Youjia Yu 2024World Journal of Emergency Medicine2024,15,2:0
