1鱼、蛋、牛奶、坚果、蔬菜和水果摄入量大,以及低盐膳食模式与高血压的患病率和控制率相关显示文摘食物对高血压患病率和控制率的影响尚不清晰。本文旨在中国人群中调查鱼、蛋、牛奶、坚果、蔬菜和水果摄入量大以及低盐膳食模式是否与高血压有关。方法:从2012年9月到2014年12月共招募15303名受试者进行病例对照研究,分为高血压组(n=1604)和正常血压组(n=13660),其中高血压组又分为血压控制亚组(n=397)和血压未控制亚组(n=1207)。收集过去1 年里每周平均鱼、蛋、牛奶、坚果、蔬菜、水果和盐摄入量数据。鱼、蛋、牛奶、坚果、蔬菜、水果和盐的平均摄入量分别为117、150、35、20、2100、300和58g/周。Yu G Fu H Huang W Zhang N Deng D Li G Lei H 2019中华高血压杂志2019,27,5:2
