1某印尼低品位红土镍矿的微观结构及晶体化学(英文)显示文摘为深入研究红土镍矿的镍富集原理,利用电子显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析以及电子探针微区分析对含镍0.97%的某印尼低品位红土镍矿的工艺矿物学进行研究,以了解镍钴有价金属的分布及赋存状态。实验表明:该矿样主要矿物为针铁矿(含量约为80%),镍含量约为0.87%;含镍、铁、镁的结晶水硅酸盐矿物((Mg,Fe,Ni)2SiO4)的含量约为15%,如利蛇纹石((Fe,Ni,Al)O(OH))和橄榄石((Mg,Fe,Ni)3Si2O5(OH))等,镍含量约在1.19%左右;其它含量较低的物相为赤铁矿、磁赤铁矿、铬铁矿和石英等,这些矿物的镍含量极低。钴土矿是含钴矿物,分析发现该矿物往往有较高的镍和钴含量。微观检测发现:红土镍矿微观结构复杂,不同矿物之间共生普遍,主要矿物的微观结构松散,因而传统选矿方式很难实现镍的富集。朱德庆 崔瑜 Sarath HAPUGODA Keith VINING 潘建 2012Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2012,22,4:8
2Cryopreservation for delayed circulating tumor cell isolation is a valid strategy for prognostic association of circulating tumor cells in gastroesophageal cancer显示文摘AIM To demonstrate the feasibility of cryopreservation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) for prognostic circulating tumor cell(CTC) detection in gastroesophageal cancer.METHODS Using 7.5 m L blood samples collected in EDTA tubes from patients with gastroesopheagal adenocarcinoma, CTCs were isolated by epithelial cell adhesion molecule based immunomagnetic capture using the Iso Flux platform. Paired specimens taken during the same blood draw(n = 15) were used to compare number of CTCs isolated from fresh and cryopreserved PBMCs. Blood samples were processed within 24 h to recover the PBMC fraction, with PBMCs used for fresh analysis immediately processed for CTC isolation. Cryopreservation of PBMCs lasted from 2 wk to 25.2 mo(median 14.6 mo). CTCs isolated from pre-treatment cryopreserved PBMCs(n = 43) were examined for associations with clinicopathological variables and survival outcomes.RESULTS While there was a significant trend to a decrease in CTC numbers associated with cryopreserved specimens(mean number of CTCs 34.4 vs 51.5, P = 0.04), this was predominately in samples with a total CTC count of > 50, with low CTC count samples less affected(P = 0.06). There was no significant association between the duration of cryopreservation and number of CTCs. In cryopreserved PBMCs from patient samples prior to treatment, a high CTC count(> 17) was associated with poorer overall survival(OS)(n = 43, HR = 4.4, 95%CI: 1.7-11.7, P = 0.0013). In multivariate analysis, after controlling for sex, age, stage, ECOG performance status, and primary tumor location, a high CTC count remained significantly associated with a poorer OS(HR = 3.7, 95%CI: 1.2-12.4, P = 0.03). 3The BRI and RCEP: ensuring cooperation in the liberalisation of trade in Asia显示文摘The Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)offers the prospect of trade integration between Asia and Europe.But it is subject to a number of risks,some of them are similar to those associated with the Trans-Pacific Partnership(TPP).East Asian trade liberalisation in the 1990s involved collaborative autonomy–a cooperative process of outward-looking unilateral liberalisation on a‘most favoured nation’(MFN)basis–rather than the creation of a regional free trade area.By contrast,the TPP has sought to create a free trade area,which would have led to trade diversion and have had other unsatisfactory features.The combination of BRI with the Regional Cooperation Economic Partnership(RCEP)might offer the possibility of outward-looking liberalisation,one which is neither dominated by China nor subject to the trade diversion of the TPP.This combination would bring strength and legitimacy to the BRI.David Vines 2018Economic and Political Studies2018,6,3:5

6Virtual colonoscopy: Utility, impact and overview显示文摘Computed tomography (CT) colonoscopy is a well-established technique for evaluation of colorectal cancer. Significant advances have been made in the technique of CT colonoscopy since its inception. Excellent results can be achieved in detecting both colorectal cancer and significant sized polyps as long as a meticulous technique is adopted while performing CT colonoscopy. Furthermore, it is important to realize that there is a learning curve involved in interpreting these studies and adequate experience is essential to achieve high sensitivity and specificity with this technique. Indications, contraindications, technique and interpretation, including potential pitfalls in CT colonoscopy imaging, are reviewed in this article. 8Update on management of gastric varices显示文摘Gastric varices(GV) have different physiology and clinical characteristics compared to oesophageal varices(OV). There is little information about the management of GV. Most part of the recommendations is extrapolated from studies where the majority of participants had OV. Thus, most recommendations lack of strong evidence. This is a comprehensive review on all aspects of management of GV, i.e., primary, secondary prophylaxis and management of acute bleeding. 11Ketamine use disorder:preclinical,clinical,and neuroimaging evidence to support proposed mechanisms of actions显示文摘Ketamine,a noncompetitive N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA)receptor antagonist,has been exclusively used as an anesthetic in medicine and has led to new insights into the pathophysiology of neuropsychiatric disorders.Clinical studies have shown that low subanesthetic doses of ketamine produce antidepressant effects for individuals with depression.However,its use as a treatment for psychiatric disorders has been limited due to its reinforcing effects and high potential for diversion and misuse.Preclinical studies have focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying ketamine’s antidepressant effects,but a precise mechanism had yet to be elucidated.Here we review different hypotheses for ketamine’s mechanism of action including the direct inhibition and disinhibition of NMDA receptors,aminomethylphosphonic acid receptors(AMPAR)activation,and heightened activation of monoaminergic systems.The proposed mechanisms are not mutually exclusive,and their combined influence may exert the observed structural and functional neural impairments.Long term use of ketamine induces brain structural,functional impairments,and neurodevelopmental effects in both rodents and humans.Its misuse has increased rapidly in the past 20 years and is one of the most common addictive drugs used in Asia.The proposed mechanisms of action and supporting neuroimaging data allow for the development of tools to identify‘biotypes’of ketamine use disorder(KUD)using machine learning approaches,which could inform intervention and treatment.Leah Vines Diana Sotelo Allison Johnson Evan Dennis Peter Manza Nora D.Volkow Gene-Jack Wang 2022Intelligent Medicine2022,2,2:2
