2Drift and deposition of ultra-low altitude and low volume application in paddy field显示文摘Field trials were performed to evaluate various techniques for measuring spray deposition and aerial drift during spray application to paddy field.The application of a spraying agent containing the fluorescent dye Rhodamine-B was applied by an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)which flew at a height of 5 m,a speed of 3 m/s,and the wind speed of 3 m/s.The results showed that because the downdraft produced by a helicopter rotor increased the penetrability of crops,there is a higher deposition on the upper layer and the under layer than the traditional spraying.The average deposition on the upper layer accounts for 28% of the total spraying,the deposition on the under layer accounts for 26% of the total spraying.The deposition on the under layer takes up 92.8% of the deposition on the upper layer.Droplets drift data showed that the drift of non-target area took up 12.9% of the total liquid spray.The 90% drifting droplets were located within a range of 8 m of the target area;the drift quantity was almost zero at a distance of 50 m away from the treated area.Xue Xinyu Tu Kang Qin Weicai Yubin Lan Huihui Zhang 2014International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2014,7,4:40

4Optimization of Protein Extraction and Decoloration Conditions for Tea Residues显示文摘To optimize alkaline method for extracting proteins from tea residue(TR), the effect of extraction conditions on tea protein extraction rate(TPER) was investigated. Single factor experiment showed the extraction temperature 80 °C, extraction time 100 min, p H value 13 and liquid–solid ratio 40:1 as the optimal extraction conditions. The orthogonal test revealed that the maximum TPER reached 29.71% under the following optimal combination of conditions: extraction temperature 70 °C, extraction time 60 min, p H 12 and liquid–solid ratio 50:1. For optimizing the purification of tea residue proteins, isoelectric point precipitation(p I), ammonium sulfate precipitation(a S) and isoelectric point plus ammonium sulfate precipitation(i PAS) were compared. The result showed that the highest protein precipitation rate(PPR) was 89.70% which was generated by using i PAS. 5Hydrothermal synthesized porous Co(OH)_2 nanoflake film for supercapacitor application显示文摘Porous Co(OH)2 film directly grown on nickel foam is prepared by a facile hydrothermal method.The as-prepared Co(OH)2 film possesses a structure consisting of randomly porous nanoflakes with thicknesses of 20-30 nm.The capacitive behavior of the Co(OH)2 film is investigated by cyclic voltammograms and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests in 2 mol/L KOH.The porous Co(OH)2 film exhibits a high discharge capacitance of 935 F g-1 at a current density of 2 A g-1 and excellent rate capability.The specific capacitance keeps a capacitance of 589 F g-1 when the current density increases to 40 A g-1.The specific capacitance of 82.6% is maintained after 1500 cycles at 2 A g-1.ZHANG YongQi XIA XinHui KANG Jing TU JiangPing 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,32:6
6Pantograph-catenary electrical contact system of high-speed railways:recent progress,challenges,and outlooks显示文摘As the unique power entrance,the pantograph-catenary electrical contact system maintains the efficiency and reliability of power transmission for the high-speed train.Along with the fast development of high-speed railways all over the world,some commercialized lines are built for covering the remote places under harsh environment,especially in China;these environmental elements including wind,sand,rain,thunder,ice and snow need to be considered during the design of the pantograph-catenary system.The pantograph-catenary system includes the pantograph,the contact wire and the interface—pantograph slide.As the key component,this pantograph slide plays a critical role in reliable power transmission under dynamic condition.The fundamental material characteristics of the pantograph slide and contact wire such as electrical conductivity,impact resistance,wear resistance,etc.,directly determine the sliding electrical contact performance of the pantograph-catenary system;meanwhile,different detection methods of the pantograph-catenary system are crucial for the reliability of service and maintenance.In addition,the challenges brought from extreme operational conditions are discussed,taking the Sichuan-Tibet Railway currently under construction as a special example with the high-altitude climate.The outlook for developing the ultra-high-speed train equipped with the novel pantograph-catenary system which can address the harsher operational environment is also involved.This paper has provided a comprehensive review of the high-speed railway pantograph-catenary systems,including its progress,challenges,outlooks in the history and future.Guangning Wu Keliang Dong Zhilei Xu Song Xiao Wenfu Wei Huan Chen Jie Li Zhanglin Huang Jingwei Li Guoqiang Gao Guozheng Kang Chuanjun Tu Xingyi Huang 2022Railway Engineering Science2022,30,4:5

8Comparative analysis of whole-genome sequences of Streptococcus suis显示文摘The outbreak of Streptococcus suis re-cently in some districts of Sichuan Province in China has caused over 30 deaths and over 200 infections in human beings. In order to study the pathogenicity mechanism and to prevent the bacteria from spreading and infecting human beings and swine, we have annotated and analyzed the genomes of two strains, Streptococcus suis P1/7 and 89-1591 re-spective1y. The whole length of P1/7 is 2.007 Mb, and has 1969 ORFs. In contrast, the partial genome sequence of 89-1591 is 1.98 Mb in length and exists in 177 contigs with 1918 ORFs. Analysis shows that the average lengths of CDSs in two genomes are very close, and the numbers of the homolog ORFs are 1306 between those two strains. Most of the tox-icity factors of the two strains are homologeous, but there are still some significant differences between those two strains. For example, among the 11 genes (cps2A―cps2K) encoding for the capsules in P1/7, 4 (cps2A, 2B, 2I, 2J) are not detected in strain 89-1591. At the same time, the genes encoding EF and Haemolysin in P1/7 are also not found in strain 89-1591. Besides, the genes related to DNA replica-tion, repair and recombination differ from each other significantly and there also exist certain differences among the surface proteins. Those characteristics indicate that those two strains have evolved their ownspecific functions to adapt to the different environ-ments and that the pathogenesis of the two strains is different. We have accumulated comprehensive ge-nomics information for future systematic studies of S. sui. 11A natural allele of TAW1 contributes to high grain number and grain yield in rice显示文摘Grain number per panicle (GNP) is a complex trait controlled by quantitative trait loci (QTL),directly determining grain yield in rice.Identifying GNP-associated QTL is desirable for increasing rice yield.A rice chromosome segment substitution line (CSSL),F771,which showed increased panicle length and GNP,was identified in a set of CSSLs derived from a cross between two indica cultivars,R498 (recipient) and WY11327 (donor).Genetic analysis showed that the panicle traits in F771 were semidominant and controlled by multiple QTL.Six QTL were consistently identified by QTL-seq analysis.Among them,the major QTL q PLN10 for panicle length and GNP was localized to a 121-kb interval between markers N802 and N909 on chromosome 10.Based on quantitative real-time PCR and sequence analysis,TAWAWA1(TAW1),a known regulator of rice inflorescence architecture,was identified as the candidate gene for q PLN10.A near-isogenic line,NIL-TAW1,was developed to evaluate its effects.In comparison with the recurrent parent R498,NIL-TAW1 showed increased panicle length (14.0%),number of secondary branches (20.9%) and GNP (22.0%),and the final grain yield per plant of NIL-TAW1 was increased by18.6%.Transgenic experiments showed that an appropriate expression level of TAW1 was necessary for panicle development.Haplotype analysis suggested that the favorable F771-type (Hap 13) of TAW1was introduced from aus accessions and had great potential value in high-yield breeding both in indica and japonica varieties.Our results provide a promising genetic resource for rice grain yield improvement.Hua Yuan Zhengyan Xu Xueqin Tan Peng Gao Mengya Jin Wencheng Song Shiguang Wang Yunhai Kang Peixiong Liu Bin Tu Yuping Wang Peng Qin Shigui Li Bingtian Ma Weilan Chen 2021The Crop Journal2021,9,5:2
12MIRE: A GRAPHICAL R PACKAGE FOR MICRORNARELATED ANALYSIS显示文摘Objective To provide a set of useful analysis tools for the researchers to explore the microRNA data. Methods The R language was used for generating the Graphical Users Interface and implementing most functions. Some Practical Extraction and Report Language (Perl) scripts were used for parsing source files. Results We developed a graphical R package named miRE, which was designated for the analysis of microRNA functions, genomic organization, etc. This package provided effective and convenient tools for molecular biologists to deal with routine analyses in microRNA-related research. With its help, the users would be able to build a desktop- centered microRNA research environment quite easily and effectively. miRE is freely available at http://www. biosino.org/~kanghu/WorkPresentation/miRE/miRE.html. A detailed user manual and tutorials with example code and image are also available. Conclusion miRE is a tool providing an open-source, user-friendly, integrated interface for microRNA-related analysis. 16Phage displayed domain antibody mimics for pyrethroid and its application in immunoassay显示文摘Anti-idiotypic antibodies which can mimic antigens have many potential applications in the immunoassay.This research used the monoclonal antibody of the conserved chemical region of pyrethroids,3-phenoxybenzoic acid(PBA),and the domain antibody library to develop an environmentally-friendly immunoassay for the detection of pyrethroids.The domain antibodies(A8,B8,and C6)which bound to anti-PBA monoclonal antibody(MAb)were isolated from a naive phage display human domain antibody library.This domain antibody is cloneable,pyrethroid-free,and applicable as a competitive mimetic antigen in the immunoassay.The best immunoassay was achieved using A8,resulting in IC50 of 0.714μg/mL for PBA,1.775μg/mL for Cypermethrin,1.624μg/mL forβ-cypermethrin,3.675μg/mL for Fenvalerate,and 4.895μg/mL for Flucythrinate.This way of selecting anti-idiotypic antibodies to detect pyrethroids could provide potential applications in developing immunoassays for identifying various chemical contaminants in food.Yanyan Zhao Ying Liang Yuan Liu Sicong Tu Shengming Zhao Xianjin Liu Kang Tu 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,2:1
17Second-order calibration applied to quantification of two active components of Schisandra chinensis in complex matrix显示文摘The effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) against various diseases urges more low cost, speed and sensitive analytical methods for investigating the phamacology of TCM and providing a theoretical basis for clinical use. The potential of second-order calibration method was validated for the quantification of two effective ingredients of Schisandra chinensis in human plasma using spectrofluorimetry. The results obtained in the present study demonstrate the advantages of this strategy for multi-target determination in complex matrices. Although the spectra of the analytes are similar and a large number of interferences also exist, second-order calibration method could predict the accurate concentrations together with reasonable resolution of spectral profiles for analytes of interest owing to its 'second-order advantage'.
