| 1 | Leaching process and kinetics of manganese in low-grade manganese ore显示文摘Manganese was extracted from leaching low-grade manganese ore in sulfuric acid medium. The effects of granule diameter, leaching time, liquid/solid ratio (V/W) and the concentration of sulfuric acid were investigated through orthogonal and single factor experiments. The experimental results showed that the optimal leaching conditions are, size of 0.054mm, 120 minutes of reaction time, 3(V/W) of liquid/solid ratio and 30% of the concentration of sulfuric acid (g/g). Under those conditions, the leaching efficiency is 96.73%. | 2 | Pharmacokinetics and radiation dosimetry of ^(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2 in healthy individuals:A pilot study显示文摘99mTc-3PRGD2 is a new SPECT radiotracer for several tumor imaging with high uptake where integrinαvβ3 is highly expressed.This pilot study was to assess the safety,biodistribution and radiation dosimetry of 9,mTc-3PRGD2 in healthy volunteers.The 10 healthy male volunteers were injected with 99mTc-3PRGD2(786.7±55.8 MBq,19.1-24.2 mCi).Baseline measurements of vital signs,laboratory safety tests and 12-lead electrocardiogram were recorded before and after injection.Blood and urine samples were collected and radiation counts were obtained at various time points.Whole-body scans and ROIs of identified organs were used for visual analysis and estimating the radiation dosimetry.No adverse reactions were found during the study.99mTc-3PRGD2 exhibited a rapid clearance from the blood with less than 45%of the initial dosage at 10 min after injection and gradual increasing radioactivity in urine with(52.9±6)%of original dose at 1440 min.The whole-body imaging showed high radioactive accumulation in bladder.And the highest 99mTc-3PRGD2 uptake was found in the kidneys(3.50×10-2 mSv/MBq).The 99mTc-3PRGD2 exhibited good pharmacokinetic properties and little radiation burden.This study showed that 99mTc-3PRGD2 would be a safe and attractive SPECT agent in clinic applications. | CHENG Guanghui GAO Shi JI Tiefeng MA Qingjie JIA Bing CHEN Zuowei WANG Qing | 2012 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2012,23,6: | 5 |

| 8 | Analysis of Heading Stability due to Interactions between Pectoral and Caudal Fins in Robotic Boxfish Locomotion显示文摘Investigating the interaction between fins can guide the design and enhance the performance of robotic fish.In this paper,we take boxfish as the bionic object and discuss the effect of coupling motion gaits among the two primary propulsors,pectoral and caudal fins,on the heading stability of the body.First,we propose the structure and control system of the bionic boxfish prototype.Second,using a one/two-way fluid–structure interaction numerical method,we analyse the key parameters of the prototype and discuss the influence of pectoral and caudal motion gaits on the hydrodynamic performance.Finally,effect of the pectoral and caudal interactions on heading stability of the prototype is systematically analyzed and verified in experiments.Results show that the course-deviating degree,oscillation amplitudes of yawing,rolling,and pitching exhibited by the prototype are smaller than that caused by single propulsor when the motion gaits of both pectoral and caudal fins are coordinated in a specific range.This paper reveals for the first time the effect of interactions between pectoral and caudal fins,on the stability of body's course by means of Computational Fluid Dynamics and prototype experiments,which provides an essential guidance for the design of robotic fish propelled by multi-fins. | Hongcheng Qiu Lingkun Chen Xinshuo Ma Shusheng Bi Bo Wang Tiefeng Li | 2023 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2023,20,1: | 1 |

| 10 | CFD simulations of quenching process for partial oxidation of methane:Comparison of jet-in-cross-flow and impinging flow configurations显示文摘A new quenching process using the cold pyrolysis gas has been proposed for the partial oxidation(POX) of methane to recover the heat. The mixing of hot product gas and cold pyrolysis gas in milliseconds is critical to this new approach. Two most widely-used rapid mixing configurations, i.e. the jet-in-cross-flow(JICF) and impinging flow configurations, are compared in terms of mixing and quenching performances using computational fluid dynamics(CFD) coupled with detailed reaction mechanism Leeds 1.5. The mixedness, residence time distribution, temperature decreasing rate and loss ratio of acetylene during the quenching are systematically studied. The results show that the impinging flow has a more uniform mixing and narrower residence time distribution than the JICF.However, the temperature decreasing rate of the mainstream is faster in the JICF than in the impinging flow. | 13 | Structural design and optimization for vent holes of an industrial turbine sealing disk显示文摘Severe stress concentration occurs around circular vent holes of an industrial turbine sealing disk.This paper investigates the structural design and optimization for the vent holes to effectively reduce the maximum von Mises stress and improve the fatigue life of the turbine sealing disk.An efficient integrated design optimization method is presented based on a novel non-circular vent hole design method in combination with a variable dimension sub-model method,a self-developed modeling and meshing tool,and the Multi-Island Genetic Algorithm.The proposed non-circular vent hole is biaxial symmetric and consists of four smoothly connected arcs.The variable dimension sub-model method is utilized to obtain accurate results in the fields around the vent holes within the computationally acceptable time.The modeling and meshing tool is developed by using the Tcl/Tk Scripts to rebuild the geometry and generate the high-quality hexahedral mesh automatically.The Multi-Island Genetic Algorithm is adopted to solve the studied constrained optimization problem.After optimization,the maximum von Mises stress is reduced from 1305.644 MPa to 963.435 MPa,and the fatigue life is increased from 3091 cycles to 30,297 cycles.The results show that the proposed design and optimization methods can significantly improve the performance of the turbine sealing disk along with the remarkable drop in stress concentration. | Cheng YAN Jianfeng ZHU Xiuli SHEN Jun FAN Zhigang JIA Tiefeng CHEN | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,5: | 0 |
| 14 | ^(131)I-chTNT-mediated radioimmunotherapy for non-uptaking ^(131)I pulmonary metastases from differentiated thyroid carcinoma显示文摘In this paper,the safety and efficacy of 131I-labeled mouse/human chimeric monoclonal antibody(131I-chTNT)-mediated radioimmunotherapy are evaluated because the patients have non-uptaking 131I pulmonary metastases from differentiated thyroid carcinoma(DTC).The 16 patients were injected intravenously by 29.6±3.7MBq·kg–1 using 131I-chTNT.The chest computer tomography was performed before treatment,as well as 28 and 70days after treatment.Responses and safety were assessed during the treatment.The results show that the 131I-chTNT infusion was well tolerated with the 12.5%complete response,18.8%partial response,25.0%progressive disease,and the 43.8%stable disease,indicating that most treatment-related adverse effects are mild transient and reversible.The131I-chTNT is promising for patients with non-uptaking the 131I pulmonary metastases from DTC. | GAO Shi JI Tiefeng WEN Qiang CHEN Bin MA Qingjie CHEN Zuowei LIU Lin | 2013 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2013,24,6: | 0 |
