| 1 | Pathogenesis of hepatitis B virus infection显示文摘Infection with hepatitis B virus (HBV) leads to a wide spectrum of clinical presentations ranging from an asymptomatic carrier state to self-limited acute or fulminant hepatitis to chronic hepatitis with progression to cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Infection with HBV is one of the most common viral diseases affecting man. Both viral factors as well as the host immune response have been implicated in the pathogenesis and clinical outcome of HBV infection. In this review, we will discuss the impact of virus-host interactions for the pathogenesis of HBV infection and liver disease. | 2 | First-line endoscopic treatment with over-the-scope clips significantly improves the primary failure and rebleeding rates in high-risk gastrointestinal bleeding: A single-center experience with 100 cases显示文摘AIM To evaluate rebleeding, primary failure(PF) and mortality of patients in whom over-the-scope clips(OTSCs) were used as first-line and second-line endoscopic treatment(FLET, SLET) of upper and lower gastrointestinal bleeding(UGIB, LGIB).METHODS A retrospective analysis of a prospectively collected database identified all patients with UGIB and LGIB in a tertiary endoscopic referral center of the University of Freiburg, Germany, from 04-2012 to 05-2016(n= 93) who underwent FLET and SLET with OTSCs. The complete Rockall risk scores were calculated from patients with UGIB. The scores were categorized as < or ≥ 7 and were compared with the original Rockall data. Differences between FLET and SLET were calculated. Univariate and multivariate analysis were performed to evaluate the factors that influenced rebleeding after OTSC placement.RESULTS Primary hemostasis and clinical success of bleeding lesions(without rebleeding) was achieved in 88/100(88%) and 78/100(78%), respectively. PF was significantly lower when OTSCs were applied as FLET compared to SLET(4.9% vs 23%, P = 0.008). In multivariate analysis, patients who had OTSC placement as SLET had a significantly higher rebleeding risk compared to those who had FLET(OR 5.3; P = 0.008). Patients with Rockall risk scores ≥ 7 had a significantly higher in-hospital mortality compared to those with scores < 7(35% vs 10%, P = 0.034). No significant differences were observed in patients with scores < or ≥ 7 in rebleeding and rebleeding-associated mortality.CONCLUSION Our data show for the first time that FLET with OTSC might be the best predictor to successfully prevent rebleeding of gastrointestinal bleeding compared to SLET. | 3 | 鹰潭小流域季节性降雨径流特征研究显示文摘降雨是影响低丘红壤坡地土壤侵蚀和养分随径流迁移的一个关键因子。利用三角量水堰自动测量径流量和自动雨量计观测数据,分析了鹰潭小流域的季节性降雨径流特征。小流域降雨主要发生在4~6月,总量达512.4mm,占观测时段总雨量的70.1%,而旱季7~9月仅为218.9mm。上游、下游围堰累积径流量随旱季、雨季的变化表明:小流域降雨-径流-土壤水界面水分转化可分为土壤水补给阶段(4月14日~6月14日)、土壤水饱和阶段(6月15日~7月28日)和土壤水消耗阶段(7月28日以后)。雨季径流量对降雨的响应波动超过旱季。日累积降雨量与日累积径流量有极显著的正相关关系。径流小区水样分析结果说明观测期下坡径流小区总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)浓度高于上坡。 | 景元书 张斌 王明珠 Thimm A Zepp H | 2003 | 水土保持学报2003，17，5： | 11 |
| 4 | Regulatory T cells in viral hepatitis显示文摘The pathogenesis and outcome of viral infections are significantly influenced by the host immune response. The immune system is able to eliminate many viruses in the acute phase of infection. However, some viruses, like hepatitis C virus (HCV) and hepatitis B virus (HBV), can evade the host immune responses and establish a persistent infection. HCV and HBV persistence is caused by various mechanisms, like subversion of innate immune responses by viral factors, the emergence of T cell escape mutations, or T cell dysfunction and suppression. Recently, it has become evident that regulatory T cells may contribute to the pathogenesis and outcome of viral infections by suppressing antiviral immune responses. Indeed, the control of HCV and HBV specific immune responses mediated by regulatory T cells may be one mechanism that favors viral persistence, but it may also prevent the host from overwhelming T cell activity and liver damage. | 7 | Anisotropy of Soil Hydraulic Properties Along Arable Slopes显示文摘The spatial variations of the soil hydraulic properties were mainly considered in vertical direction.The objectives of this study were to measure water-retention curves,θ(ψ),and unsaturated hydraulic conductivity functions,K(ψ),of the soils sampled at different slope positions in three directions,namely,in vertical direction,along the slope and along the contour,and to determine the effects of sampling direction and slope position of two soil catenas.At the upper slope positions,the surface soils(0-10 cm) sampled in the vertical direction had a lower soil water content,θ,at a certain soil water potential(-1500 kPa < ψ <-10 kPa) and had the greatest unsaturated hydraulic conductivity,K,at ψ > -10 kPa.At the lower slope positions,K at ψ > -10 kPa was smaller in the vertical direction than in the direction along the slope.The deep soils(100-110 cm) had similar soil hydraulic properties in all the three directions.The anisotropic variations of the hydraulic properties of the surface soils were ascribed to the effects of natural wetting and drying cycles on the structural heterogeneity.These results suggested that the anisotropy of soil hydraulic properties might be significant in inffuencing soil water movement along the slope and need to be considered in modeling. | JING Yuan-Shu ZHANG Bin A.
