10A comparative study on the pollen viability and storage conditions of the nuclear and non - nuclear varieties显示文摘The fresh dried pollen of grape and seedless grape varieties were used as the research material. Each cultivar was stored at room temperature, 5 C, 0 C,-18 C and -40 C respectively. The results showed that the pollen viability decreased with the increase of storage time at diff erent temperatures. 12Antidiarrheal properties of different extracts of Chinese herbal medicine formula Bao-Xie-Ning显示文摘OBJECTIVE: Bao-Xie-Ning (BXN), a traditional Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) formula composed of Fructus Evodiae, Flos Caryophylli and Cortex Cinnamomi, and used for the treatment of infant diarrheal illness, was subject to systematic assessment for its putative multiple pharmacodynamic effects and pharmacological antidiarrheal mechanisms. METHODS: High-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometric/mass spectrometry was developed and validated for identification and quantification of the main constituents in different extracts of BXN. Male Kunming mice weighing 20 to 25 g were used for detecting the antidiarrheal activity of the extracts. Ethanolic extract (EE), volatile oil extract (VOE), and aqueous extract (AE) of BXN were respectively subjected to pharmacodynamic and pharmacological comparison in assessing antidiarrheal effects with senna-induced diarrhea, castor oil-induced diarrhea, acetic acid-induced writhing assay, and isolated duodenum test. RESULTS: The highest yields of three detected components of BXN, rutaecarpine, eugenol and cinnamaldehyde were observed in EE. EE showed the most remarkable antidiarrheal activity in dose-dependent and time-dependent manners in both senna-and castor oil-induced diarrhea models, and presented dose-dependent analgesic activity in acetic acid-induced algesthesia model. In addition, EE extract of BXN also exhibited strong antimobility action on the intestine and strongest depression on spontaneous contraction of isolated duodenum. CONCLUSION: Ethanol extraction is an efficient method to extract the active constituents of BXN. 15Core(Au)-shell(Ag)structure nitrogen dots for the recognition of nitroaniline isomers by surface-enhanced Raman scattering显示文摘In this work, we report a facile synthesis method for NDs-Au@AgNPs surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) substrate using Au seeds prepared by nitrogen-rich quantum dots(NDs). As a new member of quantum-dots family, NDs are rich in nitrogen and oxygen-containing functional groups and therefore can be used as an efficient reducing and stabilizing agent for the synthesis of AuNPs. The NDs-Au@AgNPs with core-shell structures was synthesized by seed-mediated growth method in presence of NDs-AuNPs seeds and exhibited high SERS activity with a high SERS enhancement factor of 10~7. The NDs-Au@AgNPs SERS substrate was effectively used for the recognition and detection of isomers of meta, ortho and para nitroanilines, while commercial SERS substrate cannot. 17Tannery wastewater treatment:conventional and promising processes,an updated 20-year review显示文摘Mismanagement of various wastes especially waste water produced by tanning processes has caused serious environmental problems and ultimately impaired human health.Constant efforts have been making to alleviate the pollution of tannery wastewater(TWW),yet terminal treatment still takes dominance.In this review,research on TWW treatment from 2000 to 2021 was summarized,and main methods such as coagulation and flocculation,adsorption,biological treatment,membrane filtration,advanced oxidation process were briefly discussed.More detailed introduc-tion was given to the method of electrochemical treatment since it has excellent performance such as environmental friendliness and high efficiency,hence attracting more and more research attention in recent years.In view of the harsh physi-chemical conditions of TWW,integrated or combined treatment methods are accordingly recommended with better performance and multi-function,however comprehensive studies on optimization of methods combina-tion and cost-effectiveness are needed.The certain issues that the residue Cr in treatment sludge and high salinity in effluent still remain were put forward in this work and potential solutions were provided.Moreover,this review pro-posed the perspective that realizing multi-function,recycling,and intensification should be the developing direction for future TWW treatment.This review is expected to provide a general guide for researchers who aspire to ameliorate TWW pollution problems and understand various methods utilized in this field.Jun Zhao Qinglian Wu Yuling Tang Jianfei Zhou Hongguang Guo 2022Journal of Leather Science and Engineering2022,4,1:0

For solving the dual integral equations, the displacement jumps across the crack surfaces were directly expanded as a series of Jacobi polynomials. Numerical examples were provided to show the effects of the crack length, the distance between the two collinear cracks, the lattice parameter, the electric permittivity and the magnetic permeability of the air inside the crack on the stress fields, the electric displacement fields and the magnetic flux fields near the crack tips in a piezoelectric/piezomagnetic medium. 19Geology,Geochemistry,and Genesis of the Tongcun Reduced Porphyry Mo(Cu) Deposit,NW Zhejiang Province,China显示文摘The Tongcun Mo(Cu) deposit in Kaihua city of Zhejiang Province,eastern China,occurs in and adjacent to the Songjiazhuang granodiorite porphyry and is a medium-sized and important porphyry type ore deposit.Two irregular Mo(Cu) orebodies consist of various types of hydrothermal veinlets.Intensive hydrothermal alteration contains skarnization,chloritization,carbonatization,silicification and sericitization.Based on mineral assemblages and crosscutting relationships,the oreforming processes are divided into five stages,i.e.,the early stage of garnet + epidote ± chlorite associated with skarnization and K-feldspar + quartz ± molybdenite veins associated with potassicsilicic alteration,the quartz-sulfides stage of quartz + molybdenite ± chalcopyrite ± pyrite veins,the carbonatization stage of calcite veinlets or stockworks,the sericite + chalcopyrite ± pyrite stage,and the late calcite + quartz stage.Only the quartz-bearing samples in the early stage and in the quartzsulfides stage are suitable for fluid inclusions(FIs) study.Four types of FIs were observed,including1) CO_2-CH_4 single phase FIs,2) CO_2-bearing two- or three-phase FIs,3) Aqueous two-phase FIs,and4) Aqueous single phase FIs.FIs of the early stages are predominantly CO_2- and CH_4-rich FIs of the CO_2-CH4-H_2O-NaCl system,whereas minerals in the quartz-sulfides stage contain CO_2-rich FIs of the CO_2-H_2O-NaCl system and liquid-rich FIs of the H_2O-NaCl system.For the CO_2-CH_4 single phase FIs of the early mineralization stage,the homogenization temperatures of the CO_2 phase range from 15.4 ℃ to 25.3 ℃(to liquid),and the fluid density varies from 0.7 g/cm^3 to 0.8 g/cm^3;for two- or three-phase FIs of the CO_2-CH_4-H_2O-NaCl system,the homogenization temperatures,salinities and densities range from 312℃ to 412℃,7.7 wt%NaCl eqv.to 10.9 wt%NaCl eqv.,and 0.9 g/cm^3 to 1.0 g/cm^3,respectively.For CO_2-H_2O-NaCI two- or threephase FIs of the quartz-sulfides stage,the homogenization temperatures and salinities range from255℃ to 418℃,4.8 wt%NaCl eqv.to 12.4 wt%NaCl eqv.,respectively;for H_2O-NaCl two-phase FIs,the homogenization temperatures range from 230 ℃ to 368 ℃,salinities from 11.7 wt%NaCl eqv.to16.9 wt%NaCl eqv.,and densities from 0.7 g/cm^3 to 1.0 g/cm^3.Microthermometric measurements and Laser Raman spectroscopy analyses indicate that CO_2 and CH_4 contents and reducibility(indicated by the presence of CH_4) of the fluid inclusions trapped in quartz-sulfides stage minerals are lower than those in the early stage.Twelve molybdenite separates yield a Re-Os isochron age of 163 ± 2.4 Ma,which is consistent with the emplacement age of the Tongcun,Songjiazhuang,Dayutang and Huangbaikeng granodiorite porphyries.The TANG Yanwen LI Xiaofeng XIE Yuling HUANG Cheng WEI Hao CAI Jiali YIN Yifan QIN Chaojian LIU Rong 2015Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,3:0
