1Promoting effect of microwave irradiation on CeO2-TiO2 catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NO by NH3显示文摘In this work we prepared several CeO2-TiO2 catalysts for the NH3-SCR reactionusing co-precipitation with assistance of microwave irradiation.The catalytic NH3-SCR activities over CeO2-TiO2 catalysts at low temperatures are largely enhanced by the treatment of microwave irradiation,the operation temperature window is also broadened.For better understanding the promotion mechanism,the catalyst prepared by conventional co-precipitation with and without microwave irradiation treatment was characterized with H2-TPR,NH3-TPD,XPS,XRD and BET.Microwave irradiation treatment accelerates the crystallite rate of CeO2-TiO2 catalysts,and greatly enlarges their surface area by adjusting their microstructures.The resistance to SO2 and H2O is also improved via regulating the hierarchical pore structure by the microwave irradiation.Microwave irradiation treatment can also improve the redox property and increase the acid sites over the catalyst surfaces.The result of in situ DRIFTS suggests that the microwave irradiation treatment generates more Br?nsted acid sites on CeO2-TiO2-2 h catalyst,helpful in SCR reactions.XPS results show that after microwave irradiation on the CeO2-TiO2 catalysts,the surface demonstrates an elevated concentration of chemisorbed oxygen,consequently leading to better oxidation of NO to NO2.Additionally,the molar ratio of Ce3+/Ce4+has been elevated after being treated by microwave irradiation,a vital factor in enhancing the NH3-SCR activities.Jie Cheng Liyun Song Rui Wu Shining Li Yanming Sun Hongtai Zhu Wenge Qiu Hong He 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,1:11
2Postmarketing safety evaluation: depside salt injection made from Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To systematically examine the postmarketing safety of depside salt injection made from Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),identifythe potential risk factors, and ensure its clinical safety.METHODS: We examined a comprehensive series of studies on the production process, quality standards, pharmacology, population pharmacokinetics, and safety evaluation of depside salt injection made from Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae). Data from Ⅰ-Ⅳ clinical drug trials, hospital information systems(HIS), and spontaneous reporting systems(SRS) were also analyzed.RESULTS: The effective components of salvianolic acid salt content reached almost 100%, and the magnesium lithospermate B content reached morethan 80%. The median lethal dose(LD50) calculated by the Bliss method was 1.49 g/kg, with 95%confidence intervals of 1.29-1.72 g/kg. Long-term tests on Beagle dogs indicated that doses of less than 80 mg/kg were safe and doses of 320 mg/kg were toxic. Adverse drug reactions(ADRs) included digestive disorders; drug-induced erythrocyte deformation in lung, liver, spleen, kidney, bone marrow, intestinal mucosa, lymph nodes, and other tissues; megakaryocytes in lung, liver, and spleen resulting from mild hemolysis; and mild hyperplasia in bone marrow hematopoietic tissue. Other studies indicated no irritative effect of the injection on local tissues and blood vessels, and no allergic reactions, erythrocyte coagulation, or hemolysis. SRS data showed that the most common ADRs were headache, head distention, dizziness, facial flushing, skin itching, thrombocytopenia, and the reversibility of elevated Aspartate transaminase. HIS data indicated no damage to renal function from using depside salt injection made from Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae) at a dosage higher than the recommended dose.CONCLUSION: This study analyzes the clinical characteristics of ADRs from depside salt injection made from Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),and discusses the factors influencing such reactions. 4The influence of synthetic jet excitation on secondary flow in compressor cascade显示文摘The detailed numerical simulation has been carried out to investigate the effect of synthetic jet excitation on the secondary flow at 5° incidence in a compressor cascade, in which the synthetic jet actuation is equipped on the suction surface. The influence of excitation position, one fixed near the trailing edge and the other fixed a little far from the trailing edge, has also been studied. The results show that unsteady disturbance of desirable synthetic jet effectively enhances the mixing of the fluid inside the separation region, which reduces the vortex intensity and the energy loss, improves the flow status in the cascade, and also suppresses velocity fluctuation near the trailing edge. 6Optimal bulk-heterojunction morphology enabled by fibril network strategy for high-performance organic solar cells显示文摘A bicontinuous network formed spontaneously upon film preparation is highly desirable for bulk-heterojunction(BHJ) organic solar cells(OSCs). Many donor-acceptor(D-A) type conjugated polymers can self-assemble into polymer fibrils in the solid state and such fibril-assembly can construct the morphological framework by forming a network structure, inducing the formation of ideal BHJ morphology. Our recent works have revealed that the fibril network strategy(FNS) can control the blend morphology in fullerene, non-fullerene and ternary OSCs. It has been shown that the formation of fibril network can optimize phase separation scale and ensure efficient exciton dissociation and charge carriers transport, thus leading to impressive power conversion efficiencies(PCEs) and high fill factor(FF) values. 7Denoising of X-ray pulsar observed profile using biorthogonal lifting wavelet transform显示文摘In X-ray pulsar-based navigation, strong X-ray background noise leads to a low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) of the observed profile, which consequently makes it very difficult to obtain an accurate pulse phase that directly determines the navigation precision. This signifies the necessity of denoising of the observed profile. Considering that the ultimate goal of denoising is to enhance the pulse phase estimation, a profile denoising algorithm is proposed by fusing the biorthogonal lifting wavelet transform of the linear phase characteristic with the thresholding technique. The statistical properties of X-ray background noise after epoch folding are studied. Then a wavelet-scale dependent threshold is introduced to overcome correlations between wavelet coefficients. Moreover, a modified hyperbola shrinking function is presented to remove the impulsive oscillations of the observed profile. The results of numerical simulations and real data experiments indicate that the proposed method can effectively improve SNR of the observed profile and pulse phase estimation accuracy, especially in short observation durations. 8Risk assessment model for endpoints of ischemic stroke: A study protocol for a registry study显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the risk of ischemic stroke endpoints by establishing risk assessment models that combine Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and modern medicine indicators.METHODS/DESIGN: The proposed study is a registry-based participant survey conducted in seven hospitals nationwide in China. After obtaining informed consent, 3000 patients diagnosed with ischemic stroke will be recruited. One-year follow-ups will be performed on-site in hospitals and by telephone to track endpoint events. Comparative analysis of the prevalence of endpoint events and other TCM or modern medicine features in different groups will be conducted using frequency analysis and χ2tests, and the results will be expressed as composition ratios. Comparative analysis of quantitative scores and related patterns or symptoms will be conducted using a rank-sum test. Correlation analysis of endpoint events and TCM or modern medicine factors will be performed using a multivariate Cox proportional hazard model.DISCUSSION: Previous reports have described modern medicine indicator-based risk assessment models for ischemic stroke endpoint events, but no such studies have included TCM features. 19The first application of isoindigo-based polymers in non-fullerene organic solar cells显示文摘Although isoindigo(IID)-based polymers can realize high charge mobility,these materials are currently confined to fullerenebased organic solar cells(OSCs).Herein,we designed a pair of alternative D-π-A type copolymers,PE71 and PE72,to expand the application in non-fullerene OSCs,where benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]thiophene(BDT),thieno[3,2-b]thiophene(TT)and IID units were used as D,A andπ-bridge,respectively.The aim of optimizing the length of alkyl chains on TT bridge is to ensure polymer solubility,crystallinity as well as miscibility with acceptor molecules.We find that PE71 and PE72 exhibit similar optical and electronic properties,but PE71 with shorter hexyl chain tends to aggregate into fiber-like structure.In the end,Y6 is selected as the electron acceptor because of suitable energy levels and complementary absorption spectrum.Finally,PE71:Y6 device realizes a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 12.03%,which is obviously higher than that of PE72:Y6 device(9.74%)and is also the highest value for IID-based photovoltaic polymers.The charge transport,molecular aggregation,film morphology and energy loss analysis were systematically investigated.The improved photovoltaic performance of PE71:Y6 mainly originates from the better interpenetrating network structure toward facilitating exciton seperation and free charge carrier transportation.Our results indicate that IID-based D-π-A polymers can also be utilized in non-fullerene OSCs and the alkyl chains on the thieno[3,2-b]thiopheneπ-bridge have a vital effect on the photovoltaic performance.Bao Zhang Ning An Hongbo Wu Yanfang Geng Yanming Sun Zaifei Ma Weiwei Li Qiang Guo Erjun Zhou 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,9:1
