| 1 | Strengthening FCC-CoCrFeMnNi high entropy alloys by Mo addition显示文摘In order to strengthen the face-centered-cubic(FCC) type CoCrFeMnNi high entropy alloys(HEAs), different contents of Mo(0–16 at.%, similarly hereinafter) were alloyed. Phase evolution, microstructure,mechanical properties and related mechanism of these HEAs were systematically studied. The results show that sigma phase is appeared with addition of Mo, and the volume fraction of it increases gradually from 0 to 66% with increasing Mo content. It is found that Mo is enriched in sigma phase, which indicates that Mo element is beneficial to form sigma phase. Compressive testing shows that the yield strength of the alloys increases gradually from 216 to 765 MPa, while the fracture strain decreases from 50%(no fracture) to 19% with increasing of Mo. The alloy exhibits the best compressive performance when Mo content reaches 11%, the yield strength, fracture strength and fracture strain are 547 MPa, 2672 MPa and44% respectively. | 2 | Advances in lung cancer screening and early detection显示文摘Lung cancer is associated with a heavy cancer-related burden in terms of patients’physical and mental health worldwide.Two randomized controlled trials,the US-National Lung Screening Trial(NLST)and Nederlands-Leuvens Longkanker Screenings Onderzoek(NELSON),indicated that low-dose CT(LDCT)screening results in a statistically significant decrease in mortality in patients with lung cancer,LDCT has become the standard approach for lung cancer screening.However,many issues in lung cancer screening remain unresolved,such as the screening criteria,high false-positive rate,and radiation exposure.This review first summarizes recent studies on lung cancer screening from the US,Europe,and Asia,and discusses risk-based selection for screening and the related issues.Second,an overview of novel techniques for the differential diagnosis of pulmonary nodules,including artificial intelligence and molecular biomarker-based screening,is presented.Third,current explorations of strategies for suspected malignancy are summarized.Overall,this review aims to help clinicians understand recent progress in lung cancer screening and alleviate the burden of lung cancer. | Caichen Li Huiting Wang Yu Jiang Wenhai Fu Xiwen Liu Ran Zhong Bo Cheng Feng Zhu Yang Xiang Jianxing He Wenhua Liang | 2022 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,5: | 6 |
| 3 | Optimal bulk-heterojunction morphology enabled by fibril network strategy for high-performance organic solar cells显示文摘A bicontinuous network formed spontaneously upon film preparation is highly desirable for bulk-heterojunction(BHJ) organic solar cells(OSCs). Many donor-acceptor(D-A) type conjugated polymers can self-assemble into polymer fibrils in the solid state and such fibril-assembly can construct the morphological framework by forming a network structure, inducing the formation of ideal BHJ morphology. Our recent works have revealed that the fibril network strategy(FNS) can control the blend morphology in fullerene, non-fullerene and ternary OSCs. It has been shown that the formation of fibril network can optimize phase separation scale and ensure efficient exciton dissociation and charge carriers transport, thus leading to impressive power conversion efficiencies(PCEs) and high fill factor(FF) values. | 4 | Asian,regional,and national burdens of respiratory tract cancers and associated risk factors from 1990 to 2019:A systematic analysis for the global burden of disease study 2019显示文摘Background:Respiratory cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide,but its statistics vary between the East and West.This study aimed to estimate the burdens of tracheal,bronchus,and lung(TBL)cancer and larynx cancer and their attributable risks from 1990 to 2019 in Asia,and at regional and national levels.Methods:This research evaluated the incidence,mortality,years lived with disability,years of life lost,and disability-adjusted life years(DALYs)for respiratory tract cancers using the Global Burden of Diseases,Injuries,and Risk Factors Study(GBD)2019 database.Age-standardized rates were calculated for TBL cancer from 1990 to 2019,adjusted for smoking and socio-demographic index(SDI).Deaths from TBL cancer and larynx cancer attributable to each risk factor were estimated for 33 Asian countries.Results:The age-standardized incidence and death rates for TBL cancer in Asia declined from 2010 to 2019,while the incidence rate of larynx cancer increased.Smoking was the leading specific risk factor for deaths from both TBL and larynx cancers.The burden of TBL cancer in Asian countries was influenced by SDI and smoking,particularly among males in Central Asia.Deaths,DALYs,and incidences of larynx cancer in East Asia had not changed significantly over the past 30 years,but showed slight downward trends in males and both sexes combined,and an upward trend in females in recent years.Conclusions:The past decade saw increases in numbers of incident cases and deaths from TBL cancer and larynx cancer in Asia.SDI and smoking were the main factors influencing the disease burden of TBL cancer in Asian countries.This study highlights the need for tailored cancer control programs to address the burden of respiratory tract cancers in different Asian countries. | Ran Zhong Xiuyu Cai Jianfu Li Peiling Chen Runchen Wang Xinting Li Feng Li Shan Xiong Caichen Li Huiting Wang Yang Xiang Shuting Zhan Ziwen Yu Haixuan Wang Chunyan Li Lixuan Lin Wenhai Fu Xin Zheng Shen Zhao Kang Zhang Jianxing He | 2023 | Chinese Medical Journal Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine2023,1,4: | 1 |
| 5 | 16.3%Efficiency binary all-polymer solar cells enabled by a novel polymer acceptor with an asymmetrical selenophene-fused backbone显示文摘Despite the significant progress made recently in all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs),it is still quite challenging to achieve high open-circuit voltage(V_(oc))and short-circuit current density(J_(sc))simultaneously in order to further improve their performance.The recent strategy of using selenophene to replace thiophene on the Y6 based polymer acceptors has resulted in significantly improved J_(sc)s of the resulting all-PSCs.However,such modifications have also depressed V_(oc),which compromises the overall performance of the devices.Herein,we present the design and synthesis of a novel polymer acceptor,PYT-1S1Se,created by inserting an asymmetrical selenophene-fused framework to precisely manipulate optical absorption and electronic properties.Compared with the selenium-free analog,PYT-2S,and symmetrical selenium-fused analog,PYT-2Se,the PYT-1S1Se derived all-PSCs not only deliver optimized J_(sc)(24.1 mA cm^(−2))and V_(oc)(0.926 V)metrics,but also exhibit a relatively low energy loss of 0.502 eV.Consequently,these devices obtain a record-high power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 16.3%in binary all-PSCs.This work demonstrates an effective molecular design strategy for balancing the trade-off between V_(oc) and J_(sc) to achieve highefficiency all-PSCs. | Huiting Fu Qunping Fan Wei Gao Jiyeon Oh Yuxiang Li Francis Lin Feng Qi Changduk Yang Tobin J.Marks Alex K.-Y.Jen | 2022 | Science China Chemistry2022,65,2: | 1 |
| 6 | Petroleum exploration breakthrough and geological significance in Cretaceous Yingcheng and Denglouku formations of Shuangcheng area, northern Songliao Basin, NE China显示文摘Based on drilling geological,geochemical,geophysical and production test data,the characteristics of source rocks,reservoir rocks and caprocks,as well as the process of hydrocarbon generation,trap evolution and oil accumulation of the oil-bearing assemblage composed of the Cretaceous Yingcheng Formation(K1yc)and Denglouku Formation(K1d)in the Shuangcheng area,northern Songliao Basin,NE China,were analyzed by using the research methods for petroleum systems.The source rocks mainly exist in K1yc,with the organic matters mainly originated from lower aquatic organisms and algae,and reaching the grade of high-quality source rock in terms of organic abundance.The crude oil,which is characterized by low density,high freezing point and high wax content,is believed to have generated by the K1yc source rocks.The reservoir rocks include K1d sandstones and K1yc glutenites.The mudstone in the fourth member of K1d serves as the direct caprock of the oil reservoir.The oil was generated during the period between Yaojia Formation and Nenjiang Formation,and then accumulated during the periods of Nenjiang Formation and Paleogene–Neogene.The traps evolved in three stages:the late Yingcheng Formation,the late Quantou Formation and the late Nenjiang Formation,forming structural and structural-lithologic reservoirs.It is concluded that good source-reservoir-caprock assemblage,late hydrocarbon charging,short migration distance and stable tectonic setting are favorable factors for the formation of oil reservoirs. | LIU Chao FU Xiaofei LI Yangcheng WANG Haixue SUN Lidong LU Jiamin LI Junhui SUN Youhai SHI Lidong HU Huiting YUAN Hongqi YANG Zicheng | 2023 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,1: | 0 |
| 7 | KTI-RNN:Recognition of Heart Failure from Clinical Notes显示文摘Although deep learning methods have recently attracted considerable attention in the medical field,analyzing large-scale electronic health record data is still a difficult task.In particular,the accurate recognition of heart failure is a key technology for doctors to make reasonable treatment decisions.This study uses data from the Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care database.Compared with structured data,unstructured data contain abundant patient information.However,this type of data has unsatisfactory characteristics,e.g.,many colloquial vocabularies and sparse content.To solve these problems,we propose the KTI-RNN model for unstructured data recognition.The proposed model overcomes sparse content and obtains good classification results.The term frequency-inverse word frequency(TF-IWF)model is used to extract the keyword set.The latent dirichlet allocation(LDA)model is adopted to extract the topic word set.These models enable the expansion of the medical record text content.Finally,we embed the global attention mechanism and gating mechanism between the bidirectional recurrent neural network(BiRNN)model and the output layer.We call it gated-attention-BiRNN(GA-BiRNN)and use it to identify heart failure from extensive medical texts.Results show that the F 1 score of the proposed KTI-RNN model is 85.57%,and the accuracy rate of the proposed KTI-RNN model is 85.59%. | Dengao Li Huiting Ma Wenjing Li Baofeng Zhao Jumin Zhao Yi Liu Jian Fu | 2023 | Tsinghua Science and Technology2023,28,1: | 0 |
