| 3 | Phase control of ellipsometric interferometer for nanometric positioning system显示文摘Development in industry is asking for improved resolution and higher accuracy in dimensional metrology. In this paper,we proposed a control displacement method based on a polarization ellipsometirc interferometer and phase-locked loop technique. The proposed principle was set up. The experimental results of step and step displacements with a step value of 5 nm were presented. We also analyzed the resolution,the potential minimal displacement of the established system. The results show that the position error induced by the ellipticty deviation of the light beam becomes negligible thanks to our signal processing circuit with high-order filter. | 5 | Coronary artery disease in congenital single coronary artery in adults:A Dutch case series显示文摘AIM:To assess the current diagnostic and therapeutic management and the clinical implications of congenital single coronary artery(SCA) in adults.METHODS:We identified 15 patients with a SCA detected from four Dutch angiography centers in the period between 2010 and 2013.Symptomatic patients who underwent routine diagnostic coronary angiography(CAG) for suspected coronary artery disease and who incidentally were found to have isolated SCA were analyzed.RESULTS:Fifteen(7 females) with a mean age of 58.5 ± 13.78 years(range 43-86) had a SCA.ConventionalCAG demonstrated congenital isolated SCA originating as a single ostium from the right sinus of Valsalva in 6 patients and originating from the left in 9 patients.Minimal to moderate coronary atherosclerotic changes were found in 4,and severe stenotic lesions in another 4 patients.Seven patients were free of coronary atherosclerosis.Runs of non-sustained ventricular tachycardia were documented in 2 patients,one of whom demonstrated transmural ischemic changes on presentation.Myocardial perfusion scintigraphic evidence of transmural myocardial ischemia was found in 1 patient due to kinking and squeezing of the SCA with an interarterial course between the aorta and pulmonary artery.Multi-slice computed tomography(MSCT) was helpful to delineate the course of the anomalous artery relative to the aorta and pulmonary artery.Percutaneous coronary intervention was successfully performed in 3 patients.Eight patients were managed medically.Arterial bypass graft was performed in 4 patients with the squeezed SCA.CONCLUSION:SCA may be associated with transient transmural myocardial ischemia and aborted sudden death in the absence of coronary atherosclerosis.The availability and sophistication of MSCT facilitates the delineation of the course of a SCA.We present a Dutch case series and review of the literature. | Salah AM Said Willem G de Voogt Suat Bulut Jacques Han Peter Polak Rogier LG Nijhuis Jeroen W op den Akker Andries Slootweg | 2014 | World Journal of Cardiology2014，6，4： | 3 |
| 6 | An assessment of antioxidant status in patients with carbon monoxide poisoning显示文摘BACKGROUND: Carbon monoxide poisoning(COP) is an important cause of mortality and morbidity worldwide. This study was to investigate the levels of serum paraoxonase(PON), arylesterase(ARYL), ceruloplasmin(Cp), and sulfhydryl(-SH) in the treatment of COP, and to further understand the pathophysiology of COP.METHODS: This prospective study comprised 107 individuals with COP(group 1) and 50 healthy volunteers(group 2). Serum, plasma, and erythrocyte samples were taken on admission from all participants with COP. This process was repeated in the 90 th and 180 th minutes of treatment. Samples were taken from the control group only once. The levels of plasma PON, ARYL, Cp activity and-SH were measured in both groups.RESULTS: Age, gender, and carboxyhemoglobin level were not correlated with PON, ARYL, Cp, and-SH levels. PON, ARYL, and-SH levels were signifi cantly decreased in group 1 compared with group 2. Conversely, Cp was signifi cantly elevated in group 1 in contrast to group 2. Although ARYL was lower on admission in patients with COP than that was observed in the 90 th and 180 th minutes(P<0.001), Cp was higher on admission than at the other time points(P<0.001).CONCLUSIONS: Participants with COP had decreased levels of antioxidants(PON, ARLY, and-SH). | 8 | 前房注射头孢呋辛对术后眼内炎的预防作用(英文)显示文摘目的:研究前房注射头孢呋辛对术后眼内炎的预防作用。方法:回顾性研究6 099例行超声乳化白内障手术的年龄相关性白内障患者。对照组,2001-10/2004-05,3 075例3 075眼行白内障手术未用眼内抗生素,实验组,2004-06/2007-04,3 024例3 024眼术中前房用0.1mL含1mg的头孢呋辛。两组的术前预防措施和手术步骤相同。结果:对照组和实验组分别有13(0.42%)和4(0.13%)例患者发生术后眼内炎[P=0.031;OR =3.20(1.04-9.84)]。两组发生术后眼内炎的平均时间分别是术后30(3 ~75)d和25(2 ~35)d(P=0.35)。研究细菌感染,实验组,烟曲菌和铜绿假单胞菌对头孢呋辛耐药,而肺炎链球菌对头孢呋辛敏感。未发现前房运用头孢呋辛的毒性和过敏性症状。结论:预防性前房运用头孢呋辛是安全的,可以预防术后细菌性眼内炎。然而抗生素抗菌谱窄和抗生素耐药性的可能性需要考虑。 | Güngr Sobaci Yusuf Uysal Fatih M Mutlu Atilla Bayer Rιza Gungor Suat Karagul | 2009 | 国际眼科杂志2009，9，8： | 2 |
