1An equation of entransy transfer and its application显示文摘Entransy is a physical quantity describing heat transfer ability, and heat transfer is accompanied by entransy transfer. Thermal energy is conserved in its transfer process, while entransy is dissipated because of the irreversibility of its transfer process. As a result, entransy transfer must have its rules which are different from those of thermal energy transfer. Based on the definition of entransy, an entransy transfer equation is derived, which describes the entransy transfer processes of a multi-component viscous fluid subject to heat transfer by conduction and convection, mass diffusion and chemical reactions. The expressions of entransy flux and entransy dissipation are obtained simultaneously, and their physical mechanism is clarified. And further, the theory and method of optimizing heat transfer applying the entransy transfer equation to the steady-state convection heat transfer process are expounded. The minimum thermal resistance principle and the entransy dissipation extremum principle are obtained by applying the steady-state entransy transfer equation to the steady-state convection heat transfer process. 2A general theoretical principle for single-phase convection heat transfer enhancement显示文摘The main methods of single-phase convection heat transfer enhancement are analyzed in this paper, and the unity of contradiction between heat transfer enhancement and energy consumption(or exergy destruction)is expounded.The thermodynamic relationship between heat(or exergy)transfer efficiency and energy consumption(or exergy destruction)as well as driving forces is established,and a general theoretical principle for single-phase convection heat transfer enhancement is further obtained. The principle shows that temperature gradient field distribution and velocity field distribution constrain each other,and that the optimum heat transfer efficiency can be obtained when they are synergetic.If the level of the synergy of temperature gradient field distribution with velocity field distribution is determined,the relative uniform temperature gradient is required,and vice versa.The principle also shows the relationship of relative temperature gradient with specific heat and coefficient of heat conductivity.The deduced results can be used as a theoretical guidance for single-phase convection heat transfer enhancement and optimum design of heat exchangers.WANG SongPing CHEN QingLin ZHANG BingJian HUA Ben 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,12:12
3Ultimate generalization to monotonicity for uniform convergence of trigonometric series显示文摘Chaundy and Jolliffe proved that if {a n } is a non-increasing (monotonic) real sequence with lim n →∞ a n = 0, then a necessary and sufficient condition for the uniform convergence of the series ∑∞ n=1 a n sin nx is lim n →∞ na n = 0. We generalize (or weaken) the monotonic condition on the coefficient sequence {a n } in this classical result to the so-called mean value bounded variation condition and prove that the generalized condition cannot be weakened further. 4How is mRNA expression predictive for protein expression? 5Preparation of fine copper powders and their application in BME-MLCC显示文摘The preparation of fine copper powders by chemical reduction method was investigated. The reaction of [Cu(NH3)4] 2+ complex with hydrazine hydrate gives spherical monodispersed fine copper powders. The spherical copper powder with a uniform size of 3.5 ± 0.5 μm was processed to obtain flake copper powder having a uniform size of 8-10 μm, excellent dispersibility and uniform shape. The spherical copper powder of 2.5 ± 0.3 μm in size, flake copper, glass frit and vehicle were mixed to prepare copper paste, which was fired in 910-920°C to obtain BME-MLCC (base metal multilayer ceramic capacitor) with a dense surface of end termination, high adhesion and qualified electrical behavior. Polarized light photo and SEM were employed to observe the copper end termination of BME-MLCC. 6Effective temperature and exergy of monochromic blackbody radiation显示文摘A new parameter named monochromic effective temperature Tλ is proposed, which represents the thermodynamic quality of monochromic blackbody radiation. The exergy of the monochromic blackbody radiation is expressed by Tλ. The monochromic effective temperature equation is developed, which shows that the product of Tλ and the wavelength is constant, which equals 5.33016×10-3 m·K. The exergy function of monochromic blackbody radiation is presented. 8Recent progress in thermodynamics of radiation——exergy of radiation, effective temperature of photon and entropy constant of photon显示文摘The recent progress on thermodynamic properties of spectral radiant energy in the field of thermodynamics of radiation is reviewed. The effective temperature of photon Tλ representing the energy quality of photon is introduced. The relation between Tλ and the wavelength λ is given as λTλ =c3=5.33016×10?3 m·K. The en- tropy constant of photon is given as sλ=3.72680×10?23 J/K. The exergy, entropy and enthalpy of the spectral blackbody radiation, the equilibrium cavity radiation, the radiation flux in open system are discussed by using Tλ and sλ, as well as the en- tropy change in the process of the state transformation of photon gas. By analyzing the exergy of spectral radiation, the exergy efficiency of spectral radiant energy available for photosynthesis is proved to be higher than that of light energy. 9Positional assembly of multi-enzyme cascade reaction in polyelectrolyte doped microcapsule through electrospray and layer-by-layer assembly显示文摘Polyelectrolyte-doped microcapsules(PDM)was fabricated by coaxial electrospray of a mixture of glycerol and water containing 10 mg/mL cationic polyelectrolyte poly(allylamine hydrochloride)(PAH)fed as the core phase solution,and a N,N-dimethylacetylamide solution of 10 wt%polyurethane fed as the shell phase solution.Multienzyme system involving Candida Antarctica lipase B(CALB),glucose oxidase(GOD),and horseradish peroxidase(HRP)for cascade reaction was assembled in the PDM at three different places,namely,surface,shell,and lumen.Placing of enzyme inside aqueous lumen of the PDM was realized by in situ encapsulation through adding the enzyme in the core-phase solution for coaxial electrospray.By ion-pairing of enzyme with cationic surfactant CTAB,an organic soluble enzyme-CTAB complex was prepared,so that in situ embedding of enzyme in the shell of the PDM was realized by adding it into the shell phase solution.Surface attachment of enzymes was achieved by layer-by-layer(LbL)technology,which is based on the ion-exchange interactions between oppositely charged enzymes and PAH that was doped in PDM.The enzyme-decorated microcapsule was then studied as a microbioreactor,in which 1-Oxododecyla-α-glucopyranoside was converted by CALB to glucose,which was oxidised by GOD to gluconolactone in a second step.The hydrogen peroxide produced was then used by HRP to oxidize ABTS to form coloured radical cation ABTS•+for activity analysis.The successful fabrication of the PDM and precise localization of enzymes in the PDM by different strategies were fully characterized.By varying the immobilization strategy,totally six PDM bioreactors with three enzymes precisely positional assembled in different strategies were constructed and their activities for the cascade reaction were investigated and compared.The PDM micro-bioreactor prepared by novel electrospray technologies provide a smart platform for positional assembly of multi-enzyme cascade reaction in a precise and well-controlled manner.Shiyi Che Jie Wang Xiaoyuan Ji Zhiguo Su Shaomin Wang Songping Zhang 2020Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2020,5,3:2

16Evaluation of strategy for analyzing mouse liver plasma membrane proteome显示文摘Plasma membrane (PM) proteome is one of the major subproteomes present in the cell,and is very important in liver function. In the present work, C57 mouse liver PM was purified by density-gradient centrifugation. The purified PM was verified by electron microscope analysis and Western blotting. The results showed that the PM was enriched by more than 20-fold and the contamination of mitochondria was reduced by 2-fold compared with the homogenization fraction. Proteins were separated by 2DE and 1DE, trypsin-digested and submitted to ESI-Q-TOF and MALDI-TOF-TOF mass spectrometry or directly digested in solution and analyzed by LC-ESI ion trap mass spectrometry. In all, 547 non-redundant mouse liver PM proteins were identified, of which 34% contributed to plasma membrane or plasma membrane-related proteins.
