1Exosomes: roles and therapeutic potential in osteoarthritis显示文摘Exosomes participate in many physiological and pathological processes by regulating cell–cell communication, which are involved in numerous diseases, including osteoarthritis(OA). Exosomes are detectable in the human articular cavity and were observed to change with OA progression. Several joint cells, including chondrocytes, synovial fibroblasts, osteoblasts, and tenocytes, can produce and secrete exosomes that influence the biological effects of targeted cells. 22D nanoplate assembled nitrogen doped hollow carbon sphere decorated with Fe3O4 as an efficient electrocatalyst for oxygen reduction reaction and Zn-air batteries显示文摘Designing a highly efficient non-precious based oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)electrocatalyst is critical for the commercialization of various sustainable energy storage and conversion devices such as metal-air batteries and fuel cells.Herein,we report a convenient strategy to synthesis Fe3O4 embedded in N doped hollow carbon sphere(NHCS)for ORR.What's interesting is that the carbon microsphere is composed of two-dimensional(2D)nanoplate that could provide more exposed active sites.The usage of solid ZnO nanowires as zinc source is crucial to obtain this structure.The Fe3O4@NHCS-2 exhibits better catalytic activity and durability than the commercial PtC catalyst.Moreover,it further displays high-performance of Zn-air batteries as a cathode electrocatalyst with a high-power density of 133 mW·cm^-2 and high specific capacity of 701 mA·h·g^-1.The special hollow structure composed 2D nanoplate,high surface area,as well as synergistic effect between the high active Fe3O4 nanoparticles and N-doped matrix endows this outstanding catalytic activity.The work presented here can be easily extended to prepare metal compounds decorated carbon nanomaterials with special structure for a broad range of energy storage and conversion devices.Yanqiang Li Huiyong Huang Siru Chen Xin Yu Chao Wang Tingli Ma 2019Nano Research2019,12,11:9
3Self-adaptive learning based discrete differential evolution algorithm for solving CJWTA problem显示文摘Cooperative jamming weapontarget assignment(CJWTA) problem is a key issue in electronic countermeasures(ECM). Some symbols which relevant to the CJWTA are defined firstly. Then, a formulation of jamming fitness is presented. Finally, a model of the CJWTA problem is constructed. In order to solve the CJWTA problem efficiently, a selfadaptive learning based discrete differential evolution(SLDDE) algorithm is proposed by introducing a selfadaptive learning mechanism into the traditional discrete differential evolution algorithm. The SLDDE algorithm steers four candidate solution generation strategies simultaneously in the framework of the selfadaptive learning mechanism. Computational simulations are conducted on ten test instances of CJWTA problem. 4Effect of boron doping on waterproof and dielectric properties of polyborosiloxane coating on SiO2f/SiO2 composites显示文摘A hydrophobic coating of the silica fiber reinforced silica composites(SiO2f/SiO2) was synthesized by sol-gel method using methyltriethoxy-silane(MTES) and boric acid(B(OH)3) as raw materials. The relationship among boron doping, chemical structure of precursors and durability of hydrophobic coatings was discussed. The Si-O-B and methyl groups were successfully introduced in the gel precursors according to the FT-IR and XPS results. The resins were filled in the internal and surface holes of the SiO2f/SiO2 composites partially or completely, which is beneficial to reduce the physical adsorption of the moisture. In addition, hydroxyl groups of the SiO2f/SiO2 composites reacted with the resins and hydrophobic methyl groups were introduced, leading to the reduction of the chemical adsorption of water. Also, the boron doping was beneficial to enhancing the physical cross-linking between the coating and the SiO2f/SiO2 composites, and improved the adhesion of the coating to the substrate. The results show that the optimal hydrophobic coating with contact angle 130.33°, moisture absorption 0.33% and adhesion level 1 is obtained when the molar ratio of MTES to B(OH)3 is 10:4. The real permittivity of M10B4 is constant in the range of 2.32–2.51 and the dielectric tangent loss is constant in the range of 5.5 × 10-4–8.7 × 10-3. 5A potential red-emitting phosphor Ca_(2)YTaO_(6):Eu^(3+):Luminescence properties,thermal stability and applications for white LEDs显示文摘A novel red-emitting phosphor tantalate Ca_(2)YTaO_(6):Eu^(3+)was synthesized by a solid-state reaction.The purity and surface morphology of the phosphors were characterized.The Ca_(2)YTaO_(6):Eu^(3+)phosphors show a sharp emission peak at 612 nm under near-ultraviolet(n-UV) at 395 nm because of the ^(5)D0→^(7)F_(2) transition of Eu^(3+).The optimal Eu^(3+)doping concentration in Ca_(2)YTaO_(6) is 40 mol% and the critical energy-transfer distance of Eu^(3+)ions was calculated to be 0.9 nm.The emission spectra of Ca_(2)YTaO_(6):Eu_(3+)from 300 to 480 K were investigated.The thermal-quenching temperature(T_(0.5)) of Ca_(2)YTaO_(6):Eu^(3+)is above 480 K.The color purity of Ca_(2)YTaO_(6):40 mol%Eu^(3+)is as high as 99.8%.The luminescence lifetime of Ca_(2)YTaO_(6):40 mol%Eu^(3+)was also discussed.The high color purity and high thermal stability of Eu^(3+)-doped Ca_(2)YTaO_(6) phosphors contribute to its application value in white lightemitting diodes(w-LEDs).Ka Ding Siru A Shuo Pang Leyan Shan Yaqi Zhang Pengfei Sun Bin Deng Ruijin Yu 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,7:4
6Effect of deep cryogenic treatment on the formation of nano-sized carbides and the wear behavior of D2 tool steel显示文摘The effect of deep cryogenic treatment on the microstructure, hardness, and wear behavior of D2 tool steel was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), hardness test, pin-on-disk wear test, and the reciprocating pin-on-flat wear test. The results show that deep cryogenic treatment eliminates retained austenite, makes a better carbide distribution, and increases the carbide content. 7Characterization of cake layer structure on the microfiltration membrane permeability by iron pre-coagulation显示文摘A cake layer is formed by coagulation aggregates under certain transmembrane pressure in the coagulation-microfiltration (MF) process. The characteristics of humic acid aggregates coagulated by different iron-based coagulants, such as charge, size, fractal dimension and compressibility, have an effect on the cake layer structure. At the optimum iron dose of 0.6 to 0.8 mmol/L for ferric chloride (FC) and polymer ferric sulfate (PFS) pre-coagulation, at the point of charge neutralization for near zero zeta potential, the aggregate particles produced possess the greatest size and highest fractal dimension, which contributes to the cake layer being most loose with high porosity and low compressibility. Thus the membrane filterability is better. At a low or high iron dose of FC and PFS, a high negative or positive zeta potential with high charge repulsion results in so many small aggregate particles and low fractal dimension that the cake layer is compact with low porosity and high compressibility. Therefore the membrane fouling is accelerated and MF permeability becomes worse. The variation of cake layer structure as measured by scanning electric microscopy corresponds with the fact that the smaller the coagulation flocs size and fractal dimension are, the lower the porosity and the tighter the cake layer conformation. 8Superior resistance to alkali metal potassium of vanadium-based NH_(3)-SCR catalyst promoted by the solid superacid SO_(4)^(2-)-TiO_(2)显示文摘The significant decrease of acid sites caused by alkali metal poisoning is the major factor in the deactivation of commercial V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/TiO_(2)NH_(3)-SCR catalysts.In this work,the solid superacid SO_(4)^(2-)-TiO_(2) modified by sulfate radicals,was selected as the catalyst support,which showed superior potassium resistance.The physicochemical properties and K-poisoning resistance of the V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/SO_(4)^(2-)-TiO_(2)(VWSTi) catalyst were carried out by XRD,BET,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD,XPS,in situ DRIFTS and TG.The results pointed out that the introduction of SO_(4)^(2-)significantly increased the NH3-SCR catalytic activity at high temperatures,with an exceptionally high NO_(x) conversion over 90% between 275℃ and 500℃.When 0.5%(mass) K_(2)O was doped on the catalysts,the catalytic performance of the traditional V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/TiO_(2)(VWTi) catalyst decreased significantly,while the VWSTi catalyst could still maintain a NOxconversion over 90%in the range of 300–500℃.The characterizations suggested that the support of SO_(4)^(2-)-TiO_(2) greatly increased the number of acidic sites,thereby enhancing the adsorption capacity of the reactant NH_(3).The results above demonstrated a potential approach to achieve superior potassium resistance for NH3-SCR catalysts using solid superacid.Yaoyao Peng Lei Song Siru Lu Ziyu Su Kui Ma Siyang Tang Shan Zhong Hairong Yue Bin Liang 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,55,3:1
9Inhibition of aberrant Hif1αactivation delays intervertebral disc degeneration in adult mice显示文摘The intervertebral disc(IVD) is the largest avascular tissue. Hypoxia-inducible factors(HIFs) play essential roles in regulating cellular adaptation in the IVD under physiological conditions. Disc degeneration disease(DDD) is one of the leading causes of disability, and current therapies are ineffective. This study sought to explore the role of HIFs in DDD pathogenesis in mice. The findings of this study showed that among HIF family members, Hif1α was significantly upregulated in cartilaginous endplate(EP) and annulus fibrosus(AF) tissues from human DDD patients and two mouse models of DDD compared with controls. Conditional deletion of the E3 ubiquitin ligase Vhl in EP and AF tissues of adult mice resulted in upregulated Hif1α expression and age-dependent IVD degeneration. Aberrant Hif1α activation enhanced glycolytic metabolism and suppressed mitochondrial function. On the other hand, genetic ablation of the Hif1α gene delayed DDD pathogenesis in Vhl-deficient mice. Administration of 2-methoxyestradiol(2ME2), a selective Hif1α inhibitor, attenuated experimental IVD degeneration in mice. 12Anchoring polysulfide with artificial solid electrolyte interphase for dendrite-free and low N/P ratio Li-S batteries显示文摘Lithium sulfur batteries are regarded as a promising candidate for high-energy-density energy storage devices.However,the lithium metal anode in lithium-sulfur batteries encounters the problem of lithium dendrites and lithium metal consumption caused by polysulfide corrosion.Herein we design a dualfunction PMMA/PPC/LiNO3composite as an artificial solid electrolyte interphase(PMCN-SEI)to protect Li metal anode.This SEI offers multiple sites of C=O for polysulfide anchoring to constrain corrosion of Li metal anode.The lithiated polymer group and Li3N in PMCN-SEI can homogenize lithium-ion deposition behavior to achieve a dendrite-free anode.As a result,the PMCN-SEI protected Li metal anode enables the Li||Li symmetric batteries to maintain over 300 cycles(1300 h)at a capacity of 5 m Ah cm^(-2),corresponding to a cumulative capacity of 3.25 Ah cm^(-2).Moreover,Li-S batteries assembled with 20μm of Li metal anode(N/P=1.67)still deliver an initial capacity of 1166 m A h g-1at 0.5C.Hence,introducing polycarbonate polymer/inorganic composite SEI on Li provides a new solution for achieving the high energy density of Li-S batteries.Wei Lu Zhao Wang Guiru Sun Shumin Zhang Lina Cong Lin Lin Siru Chen Jia Liu Haiming Xie Yulong Liu 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,5:1

17Analysis on the Characteristics of GPS-PWV during Heavy Rainfall in Huaihua Region显示文摘Using GPS precipitable water vapor( GPS-PWV) inverted based on the advanced ZHD model and localized T_m model,as well as hourly meteorological data from automatic weather station,the variation characteristics of atmospheric water vapor and evolution features of GPS-PWV during 14 heavy rainfall events at Huaihua in 2017 were analyzed. As the results shown,GPS-PWV could reveal the variation characteristics of atmospheric water vapor in Huaihua region well. The monthly change of precipitable water vapor-pressure( PWV-P) data pair was evident. The PWV appeared a lower value with a smaller range accompanied by a 14.75 hPa higher surface air pressure than that in summer when precipitation occurred during winter,which gradually increased with a lower surface air pressure while precipitation occurred during spring. In summer,the PWV rose to the annual peak value with the lowest surface air pressure under rainfall,and it scattered to low-value area in autumn. In 14 heavy rainfall events at Huaihua during flood season of 2017,all of the PWV values exceeded corresponding monthly mean,besides there was a well corresponded relationship between the maximum rainfall and the maximum PWV in hourly scale.
