| 1 | 甘草中光甘草定的提取和抗氧化活性研究显示文摘从光果甘草(Glycyrrhiza glabra L.)丙酮提取物中分离得到黄酮类单体成分-光甘草定(Glabridin),并对其抗氧化生物活性进行观察研究。以肝脏微粒体中的细胞色素P450/NADPH氧化系统作为体外抗氧化实验模型。微粒体中自由基诱发程度由探针物DCFH-DA的氧化产物DCF的浓度进行检测。以银杏叶提取物EGB761用作阳性对照物。结果显示,光甘草定以0.10,0.25和0.5 mg/mL浓度,分别抑制自由基浓度67%、73%和83%。在较低浓度时,其抗氧化活性强度与EGB761类似。以上结果说明,光甘草定在细胞色素P450/NADPH氧化系统中具有强抗自由基氧化作用。 | 木合布力.阿布力孜 热娜.卡斯木 马淑燕 Vincent loppinet Gérard siest | 2007 | 天然产物研究与开发2007，19，4： | 27 |
| 2 | 肉苁蓉总苷在HL-60细胞中的抗氧化活性研究显示文摘目的观察肉苁蓉总苷(general cistanosides,GCs)在HL-60细胞中的抗氧化生物活性。方法GCs从新疆盐生肉苁蓉中提取得到;利用HL-60细胞中的氧化系统,对GCs的抗氧化活性进行测定研究。HL-60细胞中自由基诱发程度由探针物DCFH-DA的氧化产物DCF的浓度来检测。银杏叶提取物EGB761用作阳性对照物。结果GCs以0·25、0·50g·L-1和0·75g·L-1浓度,对自由基的抑制率分别为56%、62%和67%。其抗氧化活性与EGB761类似。结论GCs在HL-60细胞氧化系统中具有很强的抗自由基氧化活性。 | 木合布力·阿布力孜 毛新民 热娜·卡斯木 马淑燕 Leininger-Muller B Gérard SIEST | 2008 | 中国药理学通报2008，24，3： | 19 |
