| 1 | A viral protein orchestrates rice ethylene signaling to coordinate viral infection and insect vector-mediated transmission显示文摘Arthropod-borne viruses cause serious threats to human health and global agriculture by rapidly spreading via insect vectors. Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus (SRBSDV) is the most damaging rice-infecting virus that is frequently transmitted by planthoppers. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying its propagation in the host plants and epidemics in the field are largely unknown. Here, we showed that the SRBSDV-encoded P6 protein is a key effector that regulates rice ethylene signaling to coordinate viral infection and transmission. In early SRBSDV infection, P6 interacts with OsRTH2 in the cytoplasm to activate ethylene signaling and enhance SRBSDV proliferation;this also repels the insect vector to reduce infestation. In late infection, P6 enters the nucleus, where it interacts with OsEIL2, a key transcription factor of ethylene signaling. The P6-OsEIL2 interaction suppresses ethylene signaling by preventing the dimerization of OsEIL2, thereby facilitating viral transmission by attracting the insect vector. | 2 | Electromagnetic and microwave absorption properties of Er-Ho-Fe alloys显示文摘The Er_xHo_(2-x)Fe_(17)(x = 0.0, 0.1,0.2, 0.3, 0.4) powders were prepared by arc melting and high energy ball milling method. The influence of the Er substitution on phase structure, morphology, saturation magnetization,electromagnetic parameters was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM), vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) and vector network analyzer(VNA),respectively. The results show that the saturation magnetization increases and the average particle size increases with the increase of Er content. The minimum absorption peak frequency shifts towards a lower frequency region with the increase of Er content. The Er_(0.3)Ho_(1.7)Fe_(17) powder can achieve the minimum RL of-24.07 dB at 6.96 GHz with a thickness of 2.0 mm and the minimum RL is less than-20 dB at the thickness range from 2.0 to 3.0 mm. The minimum RL of Er_(0.3)Ho_(1.7)Fe_(17) is-37.26 dB at5.68 GHz and the frequency bandwidth of R<-10 dB reaches about 1.2 GHz with a thickness of 2.4 mm.And the microwave absorbing properties of the composite with different weight ratios of Er_(0.3)Ho_(1.7)Fe_(17)/graphene were researched. The microwave absorbing peaks of the composite shift to lower frequency with the increase of graphene content. | 5 | Multisourced CO_(2) Injection in Fan Delta Conglomerates and Its Influence on Reservoir Quality: Evidence from Carbonate Cements of the Baikouquan Formation of Mahu Sag, Junggar Basin, Northwestern China显示文摘Sandy-conglomerate reservoir has gradually become a major target of oil and gas exploration.Complex diagenetic process and diagenetic fluid play a significant role in affecting reservoir heterogeneity.Carbonate cements form at various stages of the diagenesis process and record various geological fluid information.Recently,one-billion-ton sandy conglomerate oil field was exposed in Triassic Baikouquan Formation,Mahu sag,Junggar Basin.Therefore,an integrated study applying casting thin sections,cathodeluminescence,fluorescence,carbon and oxygen stable isotopes,electronic probe microanalysis and aqueous fluid inclusions measurements was performed in order to identify the types of carbonate mineral and its representative diagenetic environment and discuss the influences of different CO_(2) injections on reservoir quality.The main findings are as follows:The reservoir is mainly composed of 70.33%conglomerate and 16.06%coarse-grained sandstone.They are characterized by low compositional maturity and abundant lithic debris.Four types carbonate cements are identified according to the petrological and geochemical characteristics,including two types of Mn-rich calcite,ferroan calcite,siderite and dawsonite.They display an unusual broad spectrum ofδ^(13)C values(-54.99‰to+8.8‰),suggesting both organic and inorganic CO_(2) injections.The δ^(13)C values of siderite are close to 0,and its formation is related to meteoric water.Theδ^(13)C values of ferroan calcite and the occurrence of dawsonite indicate the trace of inorganic mantle-derived magmatic fluids.Theδ^(13)C values and trace elements of Mn-rich calcite record the information of hydrocarbon-bearing fluids.The fluid inclusions measurement data and reservoir properties and oil-test data show that the oil content of reservoir is not only affected by the formation time of different cements,but also by the relative content of dissolution and cementation.For these reservoirs altered by carbonate cements,it does not cause poor oil-bearing due to blockage of secondary minerals. | Ning Zhu Yingchang Cao Kelai Xi Songtao Wu Rukai Zhu Miaomiao Yan Shunkang Ning | 2021 | Journal of Earth Science2021,32,4: | 1 |
| 6 | Magnetic and microwave absorbing properties of Ce-Co-based alloy powders driven with lanthanum content显示文摘The composites of Ce-Co-based alloys doped with La content were fabricated via a vacuum arc melting method.The influences of La addition on microstructure,electromagnetic parameters,magnetic property and microwave absorbing property were measured by the corresponding equipment.The morphology characteristics manifest that all samples display sheet structure,and the average particle size of alloy powders increases with increasing La content The saturation magnetization(MS) decreases with increasing La addition as a whole.The minimum reflection loss(RL) of La0.4Ce1.6Co17 alloy powder about-42.29 dB can be obtained about-42.29 dB at 7.84 GHz with the matching thickness of 1.8 mm,and the corresponding effective bandwidth can achieve about 2.24 GHz.In addition,the minimum RL frequency moves towards a lower frequency region as the La content increases.The minimum RL of La0.3Ce1.7Co17alloy powder is less than-20 dB ranging from 1.2 to 2.4 mm in the whole 4-16 GHz.The maximum bandwidth can reach about 4.88 GHz at the given thickness of 1.2 mm.In general,these all indicate that the La addition is beneficial to improving the microwave absorbing performance in both effective bandwidth and absorption intensity. | Yu He Shunkang Pan Jingjing Yu | 2020 | Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,7: | 1 |
| 7 | Microwave Absorbing Performance of RE-Fe Based Alloys显示文摘RE13Fe84Cr3(RE=Ce, Pr, Tb, Er) and Pr13-xFe84Cr3Tix(x=0, 2, 4, 6) alloy powders were prepared by arc smelting method and high energy ball milling technique. The phase structure and the morphology of the alloy powders were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and their microwave absorbing properties were determined by a vector network analyzer. The results show that the alloys with light rare earths(Ce, Pr) have good low frequency absorbing property and those with heavy rare earths(Tb, Er) exhibit an improved high frequency absorbing property. The minimum refl ectivity at the absorbing peak frequency of RE13Fe84Cr3(RE=Ce, Pr, Tb, Er) are-9.49 d B at 5.76 GHz,-22.38 d B at 7.92 GHz,-18.52 d B at 11.68 GHz and-17.59 d B at 10.24 GHz, respectively. | 14 | Mettl13 protects against cardiac contractile dysfunction by negatively regulating C-Cbl-mediated ubiquitination of SERCA2a in ischemic heart failure显示文摘Ischemic heart failure(HF)remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality.Maintaining homeostasis of cardiac function and preventing cardiac remodeling deterioration are critical to halting HF progression.Methyltransferase-like protein 13(Mettl13)has been shown to regulate protein translation efficiency by acting as a protein lysine methyltransferase,but its role in cardiac pathology remains unexplored.This study aims to characterize the roles and mechanisms of Mettl13 in cardiac contractile function and HF.We found that Mettl13 was downregulated in the failing hearts of mice post-myocardial infarction(MI)and in a cellular model of oxidative stress.Cardiomyocyte-specific overexpression of Mettl13 mediated by AAV9-Mettl13 attenuated cardiac contractile dysfunction and fibrosis in response to MI,while silencing of Mettl13 impaired cardiac function in normal mice.Moreover,Mettl13 overexpression abrogated the reduction in cell shortening,Ca^(2+)transient amplitude and SERCA2a protein levels in the cardiomyocytes of adult mice with MI.Conversely,knockdown of Mettl13 impaired the contractility of cardiomyocytes,and decreased Ca^(2+)transient amplitude and SERCA2a protein expression in vivo and in vitro.Mechanistically,Mettl13 impaired the stability of c-Cbl by inducing lysine methylation of c-Cbl,which in turn inhibited ubiquitination-dependent degradation of SERCA2a.Furthermore,the inhibitory effects of knocking down Mettl13 on SERCA2a protein expression and Ca^(2+)transients were partially rescued by silencing c-Cbl in H_(2)O_(2)-treated cardiomyocytes.In conclusion,our study uncovers a novel mechanism that involves the Mettl13/c-Cbl/SERCA2a axis in regulating cardiac contractile function and remodeling,and identifies Mettl13 as a novel therapeutic target for ischemic HF. | Shuting Yu ZhiYong Sun Xiuzhu Wang Tiantian Ju Changhao Wang Yingqi Liu Zhezhe Qu KuiWu Liu Zhongting Mei Na Li Meixi Lu Fan Wu Min Huang Xiaochen Pang Yingqiong Jia Ying Li Yaozhi Zhang Shunkang Dou Jianhao Jiang Xin Li Baofeng Yang Weijie Du | 2023 | Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,12: | 0 |

| 16 | Influence of A-site doping barium on structure,magnetic and microwave absorption properties of LaFeO_(3)ceramics powders显示文摘In this paper,the effect of Ba^(2+)ions A-site doping LaFeO_(3)on structure,magnetic properties and microwave absorption properties was investigated by the sol-gel method.According to the TEM and FullProf refinement results,the structure of LaFeO_(3)changes from orthogonal(SG:Pnma)to cubic(SG:Pm-3 m)when the Ba doping amount is x=0.4.The SEM image shows that the particles size tends to decrease with the increase of Ba content.The production of weak ferromagnetism indicates that Ba doping has a significant effect on the magnetic properties of LaFeO_(3).The Neel temperature(TN)decreases significantly with the increase of Ba doping amount.An appropriate amount of Ba doping can effectively increase the dielectric and magnetic loss of LaFeO_(3)ceramics powders.The increase permittivity(ε’andε″)may be attributed to the hopping of the electrons between the Fe^(3+)and Fe^(4+)ions with the Ba^(2+)ions doping.The minimum reflection loss(RL_(min))of La_(0.9)Ba_(0.1)FeO_(3)at 6.72 GHz reaches-30.04 dB,its effective bandwidth(RL≤-10 dB)is 2.1 GHz,and the matching thickness is only 3.2 mm.These results indicate that Ba doping can effectively control the microwave absorption properties of LaFeO_(3),especially in the Cband. | Lei Huang Lichun Cheng Shunkang Pan Qingrong Yao Qianxin Long Man Wang Yucheng Chen Huaiying Zhou | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,7: | 0 |
