| 1 | Electromagnetic and microwave absorption properties of Er-Ho-Fe alloys显示文摘The Er_xHo_(2-x)Fe_(17)(x = 0.0, 0.1,0.2, 0.3, 0.4) powders were prepared by arc melting and high energy ball milling method. The influence of the Er substitution on phase structure, morphology, saturation magnetization, electromagnetic parameters was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM), vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM) and vector network analyzer(VNA),respectively. The results show that the saturation magnetization increases and the average particle size increases with the increase of Er content. The minimum absorption peak frequency shifts towards a lower frequency region with the increase of Er content. The Er_(0.3)Ho_(1.7)Fe_(17) powder can achieve the minimum RL of-24.07 dB at 6.96 GHz with a thickness of 2.0 mm and the minimum RL is less than-20 dB at the thickness range from 2.0 to 3.0 mm. The minimum RL of Er_(0.3)Ho_(1.7)Fe_(17) is-37.26 dB at5.68 GHz and the frequency bandwidth of R<-10 dB reaches about 1.2 GHz with a thickness of 2.4 mm.And the microwave absorbing properties of the composite with different weight ratios of Er_(0.3)Ho_(1.7)Fe_(17)/graphene were researched. The microwave absorbing peaks of the composite shift to lower frequency with the increase of graphene content. The values of the minimum RL of Er_(0.3)Ho_(1.7)Fe_(17)/graphene are close to-10 dB with absorbing coating thicknesses increased. | Jialiang Luo Shunkang Pan Lichun Cheng Peihao Lin Yu He Junqing Chang | 2018 | Journal of Rare Earths2018,36,7: | 3 |
| 2 | Microwave Absorbing Performance of RE-Fe Based Alloys显示文摘RE13Fe84Cr3(RE=Ce, Pr, Tb, Er) and Pr13-xFe84Cr3Tix(x=0, 2, 4, 6) alloy powders were prepared by arc smelting method and high energy ball milling technique. The phase structure and the morphology of the alloy powders were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and their microwave absorbing properties were determined by a vector network analyzer. The results show that the alloys with light rare earths(Ce, Pr) have good low frequency absorbing property and those with heavy rare earths(Tb, Er) exhibit an improved high frequency absorbing property. The minimum refl ectivity at the absorbing peak frequency of RE13Fe84Cr3(RE=Ce, Pr, Tb, Er) are-9.49 d B at 5.76 GHz,-22.38 d B at 7.92 GHz,-18.52 d B at 11.68 GHz and-17.59 d B at 10.24 GHz, respectively. The absorbing bandwidth under-10 d B of the Pr13Fe84Cr3 powder was widened from 1.91 GHz to 3.89 GHz by adding 2% Ti, but the refl ectivity of the alloy was increased from-22.38 d B to-14.91 d B. | 刘星 PAN Shunkang CHENG Lichun 饶光辉 LIN Peihao | 2015 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2015,30,3: | 1 |

| 4 | Design and comparative analysis of self-propelling drill bit applied to deep-sea stratum drilling robot显示文摘Robotic subsea stratum drilling robot is a method for new subsea stratigraphic geological investigation and resource exploration.Resistance at the front end is the main source of resistance to the robot’s motion in the strata.Since there is no continuous and strong downward drilling force as in conventional drilling rigs, robot movement relies heavily on the drill bit to reduce the drilling resistance. In this study we propose a self-propelling drill bit that can discharge soil debris to provide propulsive force and reduce the resistance. The key parameter of the drill bit design, the spiral blade lead angle, was determined by theoretical analysis of the drill bit’s soil discharging effect. To verify the structural advantages of the self-propelling drill bit in reducing resistance,a comparative analysis with a conventional conical drill bit was conducted. The drilling process of both bits was simulated using finite element simulation at various rotation speeds, the penetration force and torque data of both drill bits were obtained, and tests prepared accordingly in subsea soil were conducted. The simulations and tests verified that the penetration force of the self-propelling drill bit was lower than that of the conventional conical drill bit.The self-propelling drill bit can reduce the resistance effectively, and may play an important role in the stratum movement of drilling robots. | Peihao ZHANG Xingshuang LIN Hao WANG Jiawang CHEN Zhenwei TIAN Zixin WENG Ziqiang REN Peng ZHOU | 2023 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2023,24,10: | 0 |
| 5 | Incorporating redox-sensitive nanogels into bioabsorbable nanofibrous membrane to acquire ROS-balance capacity for skin regeneration显示文摘Facing the high incidence of skin diseases,it is urgent to develop functional materials with high bioactivity for wound healing, where reactive oxygen species(ROS)play an important role in the wound healing process mainly via adjustment of immune response and neovasculation. In this study,we developed a kind of bioabsorbable materials with ROS-mediation capacity for skin disease therapy.Firstly,redox-sensitive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-acrylic acid)(PNA)nanogels were synthesized by radical emulsion polymerization method using a disulfide molecule as crosslinker. The resulting nanogels were then incorporated into the nanofibrous membrane of poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)via airbrushing approach to offer bioabsorbable membrane with redox-sensitive ROS-balance capacity. In vitro biological evaluation indicated that the PNA-contained bioabsorbable membrane improved cell adhesion and proliferation compared to the native PLLA membrane. In vivo study using mouse wound skin model demonstrated that PNA-doped nanofibrous membranes could promote the wound healing process, where the disulfide bonds in them were able to adjust the ROS level in the wound skin for mediation of redox potential to achieve higher wound healing efficacy. | Shihao Zhang Yamin Li Xiaofeng Qiu Anqi Jiao Wei Luo Xiajie Lin Xiaohui Zhang Zeren Zhang Jiachan Hong Peihao Cai Yuhong Zhang Yan Wu Jie Gao Changsheng Liu Yulin Li | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,10: | 0 |
