| 4 | Comparative Nutritional Analysis on Fish Meal and Meat and Bone Meal of Harmless Treatment of Dead Pig Carcass显示文摘In order to explore the resource utilization of the harmless treatment product(pork meat and bone meal,abbreviated PM)of pigs died of non-communicable diseases,the general nutritional components and amino acid composition of PM and fish meal were determined and compared.The results showed that the contents of moisture,crude protein,crude fat and ash in PM and fish meal were 3.25%and 8.92%,66.65%and 66.67%,13.52%and 8.23%,18.25%and 21.50%,respectively.The contents of essential amino acids(EAA)in PM and fish meal were 19.94%and 22.35%,respectively.For PM and fish meal,the first limiting amino acid was Met(methionine)+Cys(cysteine),and the second limiting amino acid was Lys(lysine);their essential amino acid indexes(EAAI)were 66.60 and 77.04,respectively;and their delicious amino acid(DAA)contents were 26.89%and 23.15%,respectively.In summary,the meat and bone meal of pigs died of non-communicable diseases has the characteristics of high protein and low ash contents,and has certain development and utilization potential as a recycled waste resource,especially in aquatic feed to replace fish meal. | Xiaofei CHENG Jin XIANG Shiming DENG Xing TIAN Xiping YUAN Shaoming LI Rui SONG Li LIU | 2020 | Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,6: | 1 |

| 6 | Tubulointerstitial nephritis antigen-like 1 is a novel matricellular protein that promotes gastric bacterial colonization and gastritis in the setting of Helicobacter pylori infection显示文摘The interaction between the gastric epithelium and immune cells plays key roles in H. pylori-associated pathology. Here, we demonstrate a procolonization and proinflammatory role of tubulointerstitial nephritis antigen-like 1 (TINAGL1), a newly discovered matricellular protein, in H. pylori infection. Increased TINAGL1 production by gastric epithelial cells (GECs) in the infected gastric mucosa was synergistically induced by H. pylori and IL-1β via the ERK-SP1 pathway in a cagA-dependent manner. Elevated human gastric TINAGL1 correlated with H. pylori colonization and the severity of gastritis, and mouse TINAGL1 derived from non-bone marrow-derived cells promoted bacterial colonization and inflammation. Importantly, H. pylori colonization and inflammation were attenuated in Tinagl1−/− and Tinagl1ΔGEC mice and were increased in mice injected with mouse TINAGL1. Mechanistically, TINAGL1 suppressed CCL21 expression and promoted CCL2 production in GECs by directly binding to integrin α5β1 to inhibit ERK and activate the NF-κB pathway, respectively, which not only led to decreased gastric influx of moDCs via CCL21-CCR7-dependent migration and, as a direct consequence, reduced the bacterial clearance capacity of the H. pylori-specific Th1 response, thereby promoting H. pylori colonization, but also resulted in increased gastric influx of Ly6Chigh monocytes via CCL2-CCR2-dependent migration. In turn, TINAGL1 induced the production of the proinflammatory protein S100A11 by Ly6Chigh monocytes, promoting H. pylori-associated gastritis. | 9 | Thiostrepton alleviates experimental colitis by promoting RORγt ubiquitination and modulating dysbiosis显示文摘Thiostrepton(TST)is a natural antibiotic with pleiotropic properties.This study aimed to elucidate the therapeutic effect of TST on experimental colitis and identify its targets.The effect of TST on colon inflammation was evaluated in a dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced colitis model and a T-cell transfer colitis model.The therapeutic targets of TST were investigated by cytokine profiling,immunophenotyping and biochemical approaches.The effect of TST on the gut microbiota and its contribution to colitis were evaluated in mice with DSS-induced colitis that were subjected to gut microbiota depletion and fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT).Alterations in the gut microbiota caused by TST were determined by 16S rDNA and metagenomic sequencing.Here,we showed that TST treatment significantly ameliorated colitis in the DSS-induced and T-cell transfer models.Specifically,TST targeted the retinoic acid-related orphan nuclear receptor RORγt to reduce the production of IL-17A byγδT cells,type 3 innate lymphoid cells(ILC3s)and Th17 cells in mice with DSS-induced colitis.Similarly,TST selectively prevented the development of Th17 cells in the T-cell transfer colitis model and the differentiation of naïve CD4^(+)T cells into Th17 cells in vitro.Mechanistically,TST induced the ubiquitination and degradation of RORγt by promoting the binding of Itch to RORγt.Moreover,TST also reversed dysbiosis to control colonic inflammation.Taken together,these results from our study describe the previously unexplored role of TST in alleviating colonic inflammation by reducing IL-17A production and modulating dysbiosis,suggesting that TST is a promising candidate drug for the treatment of IBD. | Ya Luo Cheng Liu Yuan Luo Xianglian Zhang Jing Li Changjiang Hu Shiming Yang | 2023 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,11: | 0 |

The main advantage of the receiver is that the spatial diversity is achieved by combining signals of array elements. Based on the detailed analysis of multiuser interference and noise characteristics, the performance of the proposed receiver is analyzed. Theoretical analysis shows significant performance improvement in terms of system capacity due to the use of antenna arrays compared with the conventional single antenna multicarrier DS-CDMA approach. | 11 | A New Model for Network Security Situation Assessment of the Industrial Internet显示文摘To address the problem of network security situation assessment in the Industrial Internet,this paper adopts the evidential reasoning(ER)algorithm and belief rule base(BRB)method to establish an assessment model.First,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the Industrial Internet and selects evaluation indicators that contain not only quantitative data but also qualitative knowledge.Second,the evaluation indicators are fused with expert knowledge and the ER algorithm.According to the fusion results,a network security situation assessment model of the Industrial Internet based on the ER and BRB method is established,and the projection covariance matrix adaptive evolution strategy(P-CMA-ES)is used to optimize the model parameters.This method can not only utilize semiquantitative information effectively but also use more uncertain information and prevent the problem of combinatorial explosion.Moreover,it solves the problem of the uncertainty of expert knowledge and overcomes the problem of low modeling accuracy caused by insufficient data.Finally,a network security situation assessment case of the Industrial Internet is analyzed to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the method.The research results showthat this method has strong applicability to the network security situation assessment of complex Industrial Internet systems.It can accurately reflect the actual network security situation of Industrial Internet systems and provide safe and reliable suggestions for network administrators to take timely countermeasures,thereby improving the risk monitoring and emergency response capabilities of the Industrial Internet. | Ming Cheng Shiming Li Yuhe Wang Guohui Zhou Peng Han Yan Zhao | 2023 | Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,5: | 0 |
