296-Week Treatment of Tenofovir Amibufenamide and Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate in Chronic Hepatitis B Patients显示文摘Background and Aims:Tenofovir amibufenamide(TMF)is a novel phosphoramidated prodrug of tenofovir with nonin-ferior efficacy and better bone and renal safety to tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)in 48 weeks of treatment.Here,we update 96-week comparison results.Methods:Patients with chronic hepatitis B were assigned(2:1)to receive either 25 mg TMF or 300 mg TDF with matching placebo for 96 weeks.The virological suppression was defined as HBV DNA levels<20 IU/mL at week 96.Safety was evaluated thoroughly with focusing on bone,renal,and metabolic pa-rameters.Results:Virological suppression rates at week 96 were similar between TMF and TDF group in both HBeAg-positive and HBeAg-negative populations.Noninferior efficacy was maintained in the pooled population,while it was first achieved in patients with HBV DNA≥7 or 8 log10 IU/mL at baseline.Non-indexed estimated glomerular filtration rate for renal safety assessment was adopted,while a smaller decline of which was seen in the TMF group than in the TDF group(p=0.01).For bone mineral density,patients receiv-ing TMF displayed significantly lower reduction levels in the densities of spine,hip,and femur neck at week 96 than those receiving TDF.In addition,the lipid parameters were stable after week 48 in all groups while weight change still showed the opposite trend.Conclusions:TMF maintained similar efficacy at week 96 compared with TDF with continued superior bone and renal safety profiles(NCT03903796).Zhihong Liu Qinglong Jin Yuexin Zhang Guozhong Gong Guicheng Wu Lvfeng Yao Xiaofeng Wen Zhiliang Gao Yan Huang Daokun Yang Enqiang Chen Qing Mao Shide Lin Jia Shang Huanyu Gong Lihua Zhong Huafa Yin Fengmei Wang Peng Hu Qiong Wu Chao Pan Wen Jia Chuan Li Chang’an Sun Junqi Niu Jinlin Hou TMF Study Group 2023Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,3:3
3Image recognition and empirical application of desert plant species based on convolutional neural network显示文摘In recent years,deep convolution neural network has exhibited excellent performance in computer vision and has a far-reaching impact.Traditional plant taxonomic identification requires high expertise,which is time-consuming.Most nature reserves have problems such as incomplete species surveys,inaccurate taxonomic identification,and untimely updating of status data.Simple and accurate recognition of plant images can be achieved by applying convolutional neural network technology to explore the best network model.Taking 24 typical desert plant species that are widely distributed in the nature reserves in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China as the research objects,this study established an image database and select the optimal network model for the image recognition of desert plant species to provide decision support for fine management in the nature reserves in Xinjiang,such as species investigation and monitoring,by using deep learning.Since desert plant species were not included in the public dataset,the images used in this study were mainly obtained through field shooting and downloaded from the Plant Photo Bank of China(PPBC).After the sorting process and statistical analysis,a total of 2331 plant images were finally collected(2071 images from field collection and 260 images from the PPBC),including 24 plant species belonging to 14 families and 22 genera.A large number of numerical experiments were also carried out to compare a series of 37 convolutional neural network models with good performance,from different perspectives,to find the optimal network model that is most suitable for the image recognition of desert plant species in Xinjiang.The results revealed 24 models with a recognition Accuracy,of greater than 70.000%.Among which,Residual Network X_8GF(RegNetX_8GF)performs the best,with Accuracy,Precision,Recall,and F1(which refers to the harmonic mean of the Precision and Recall values)values of 78.33%,77.65%,69.55%,and 71.26%,respectively.Considering the demand factors of hardware equipment and inference time,Mobile NetworkV2 achieves the best balance among the Accuracy,the number of parameters and the number of floating-point operations.The number of parameters for Mobile Network V2(MobileNetV2)is 1/16 of RegNetX_8GF,and the number of floating-point operations is 1/24.Our findings can facilitate efficient decision-making for the management of species survey,cataloging,inspection,and monitoring in the nature reserves in Xinjiang,providing a scientific basis for the protection and utilization of natural plant resources.LI Jicai SUN Shiding JIANG Haoran TIAN Yingjie XU Xiaoliang 2022Journal of Arid Land2022,14,12:2

7Low-temperature superplasticity of ZK40 magnesium alloy processed using equal channel angular pressing显示文摘Microstructure evolution and superplastic behaviors of ZK40 magnesium alloy were investigated in the temperature range of 473~623 K. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to study the microstructure changes, twinning occurred significantly after being processed by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) for one pass through the die, the mean grain size was 5.6μm. Finer grains can be obtained after further processing through ECAP, the average grain size of the alloy processed by ECAP for three passes was as low as 0.8 μm; this alloy exhibited low temperature superplasticity at 473~523 K, elongations obtained at the same initial strain rate of 1×10-3 s-1 were 260% at 473 K and 612% at 523 K, respectively. Corresponding values for the ZK40 alloy processed by ECAP for only one pass were 124% at 473 K and 212% at 523 K, respectively; poor superplastic behavior of this material was related to the long-range stresses associated with the non-equilibrium grain boundaries within the coarse grains. 9Preliminary design method for absorber pipe length of tunnel lining ground heat exchangers based on energy efficiency of heat pump显示文摘Many ongoing tunnel projects provide a favorable opportunity for the investigation and application of tunnel lining ground heat exchangers(GHEs).Tunnel lining GHEs can be connected to a heat pump to extract geothermal energy for heating and cooling buildings.Numerous studies have focused on the thermal performance of tunnel lining GHEs;however,the studies on the interaction between heat pumps and tunnel lining GHEs are relatively rare.In this study,a coupled heat transfer model of heat pumps and tunnel lining GHEs was proposed and then calibrated based on in situ test results.The model was used to evaluate the energy efficiency of a heat pump with tunnel lining GHEs under different conditions.The results show that the energy efficiency ratio(EER)increases exponentially with the absorber pipe length and thermal conductivity of the surrounding rock.The EER is governed by the convection heat transfer coefficient,which varies exponentially;meanwhile,the EER decreases approximately linearly with the annual average air temperature in the tunnel.Different types of heat pumps affect the EER significantly,and the EER of a Type-3 heat pump is higher than that of a Type-1 heat pump by 27.1%.Based on the aforementioned results,an empirical formula for the EER and absorber pipe length was established.Moreover,a preliminary design method for the absorber pipe length based on this empirical formula was developed.The method was employed to determine the appropriate absorber pipe length for the tunnel lining GHEs in the Shapu tunnel in Shenzhen,China.Finally,groups of absorber pipe layouts with a pipe spacing of 0.5 m,area of 135 m2,and length of 293.5 m were preliminarily determined.Chenglin Li Guozhu Zhang Qi Zhang Yongli Xie Xiaohua Liu Shiding Cao Bin Wei 2022Underground Space2022,7,6:0
10Smart control system for the precision cultivation of black fungus显示文摘Black fungus,with high nutritional and medicinal value,has been cultivated in China for a long time,and Heilongjiang alone accounts for about 40%of the global output.At present,the cultivation of black fungus derives mainly from the inheritance of relatively primitive practices and experience of farmers,resulting in inconsistent quality of fungus.In this study,a smart control system for the precision cultivation of black fungus was designed by using intelligent detection and control technology.The system includes a precision culture test environment and remote control system.The precision cultivation environment contains four sub-independent environments.The key parameters such as temperature,humidity,and light behavior were collected and can be adjusted individually,according to the precision cultivation stages.The intelligent remote control system included a controller cabinet,sensors unit,temperature control unit,humidity control unit,light control unit,and information transmitting unit.The controller cabinet includes a key controller which can auto-control the temperature,humidity,and lightly adjust components according to the precision cultivation conditions and processing.The temperature sensors were installed in a 3D array close to the fungus bags about 5 cm in rooms.The light tape was installed on the six walls and also had three colors(Red,Blue,and Green)which could be controlled independently in each room.The control strategy through the analysis of the data collected by all sensors,the current cultivate situation of the cultivation environment was obtained,and the heater,fan,light,and nozzle were regulated according to the strategy to maintain a suitable precision cultivation environment for fungus.To verify the feasibility of the precision cultivation processing and control system,the test result shows that the error of temperature control was about 0℃-1℃,the error of humidity control was about 1%-4%,and the error of illuminance control was about 0-50 lx;All the verification results show that the control system for precision cultivation has high precision and can meet the needs of exploring the'Black 29'fungus cultivation experiment environment.Based on the orthogonal experiment,the best combination of the temperature and humidity for each growth stage was also investigated in this study,further proving the reliability and feasibility of the control system for the precision cultivation of Auricularia auricula.Yongcheng Jiang Jianjun Li Yang Li Shide Li Xin Song Haiyun Wu Shiwei Zhu 2023International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,1:0
11AtomGAN:unsupervised deep learning for fast and accurate defect detection of 2D materials at the atomic scale显示文摘The extraction of atomic-level material features from electron microscope images is crucial for studying structure-property relationships and discovering new materials.However,traditional electron microscope analyses rely on time-consuming and complex human operations;thus,they are only applicable to images with a small number of atoms.In addition,the analysis results vary due to observers’individual deviations.Although efforts to introduce automated methods have been performed previously,many of these methods lack sufficient labeled data or require various conditions in the detection process that can only be applied to the target material.Thus,in this study,we developed AtomGAN,which is a robust,unsupervised learning method,that segments defects in classical 2D material systems and the heterostructures of MoS_(2)/WS_(2)automatically.To solve the data scarcity problem,the proposed model is trained on unpaired simulated data that contain point and line defects for MoS_(2)/WS_(2).The proposed AtomGAN was evaluated on both simulated and real electron microscope images.The results demonstrate that the segmented point defects and line defects are presented perfectly in the resulting figures,with a measurement precision of 96.9%.In addition,the cycled structure of AtomGAN can quickly generate a large number of simulated electron microscope images.Danpeng CHENG Wuxin SHA Zuo XU Shide LI Zhigao YIN Yuling LANG Shun TANG Yuan-Cheng CAO 2023Science China(Information Sciences)2023,66,6:0
12MXene Ti_(3)C_(2) decorated g-C_(3)N_(4)/ZnO photocatalysts with improved photocatalytic performance for CO_(2) reduction显示文摘Photocatalytic reduction of CO_(2) is considered as a kind of promising technologies for solving the greenhouse effect.Herein,a novel hybrid structure of g-C_(3)N_(4)/ZnO/Ti_(3)C_(2) photocatalysts was designed and fabricated to investigate their abilities for CO_(2) reduction.As demonstration,heterojunction of g-C_(3)N_(4)/ZnO can improve photogenerated carriers’separation,the addition of Ti_(3)C_(2) fragments can further facilitate the photocatalytic performance from CO_(2) to CO.Hence,g-C_(3)N_(4)/ZnO/Ti_(3)C_(2) has efficiently increased CO production by 8 and 12 times than pristine g-C_(3)N_(4) and ZnO,respectively.Which is ascribed to the photogenerated charge migration promoted by metallic Ti_(3)C_(2).This work provides a guideline for designing efficient hybrid catalysts on other applications in the renewable energy fields.Jianxin Li Yuhua Wang Yitong Wang Yao Guo Shiding Zhang Haixiang Song Xianchang Li Qianqian Gao Wanyu Shang Shuaishuai Hu Huibin Zheng Xifei Li 2023Nano Materials Science2023,5,2:0
