| 1 | 七星瓢虫 (鞘翅目 :瓢虫科 )触角的扫描电镜观察(英文)显示文摘用扫描电子显微镜对两性七星瓢虫的触角进行了观察 ,结果显示 ,鳞状触角分七节 ,分别为雄性 95 0 0 0±81 16 μm而雌性为 972 0 0± 9 5 7μm长。电镜下可观察到七星瓢虫触角有 8种类型的感觉器 (sensillae) ,即 :chaetica(Ch) ,trichoidea(Tr) ,basiconica(Ba) ,campaniformia(Ca) ,ampucellaceous(Am) ,scolopalia(Sc) ,placodea(Pl)和钩状感觉器。Ch在雄性长为 6 2 5 0± 2 89而在雌性为 72 5 0± 5 0 0 μm。Tr在雄性长为 10 75± 1 5 0 μm而在雌性为 14 98± 2 2 5 μm长。Ba在雄雌两性中分别为 5 7± 0 0 2 μm和 0 75± 0 0 6 μm长。Ca为半球状 ,其直径在两性中均在 3 0 μm。Am的直径在雄雌中分别为 1 2和 1 5 μm。Ca为椭圆内陷盘状。Sc在其顶部较阔而在末端尖锐 ,2 5 μm。在雄性触角上观察到一钩状感觉器 ,长 2 1 0 μm ,它表明七星瓢虫在触角上的性别两型性。在雄雌中其感觉器Ch ,Ca ,Am ,Pl的数量上接近。Tr在雄性触角上数量较大而Ba则在雌性触角上数量较多。 | Shefali Srivastava Omkar | 2003 | Entomologia Sinica2003,10,4: | 3 |

| 3 | Potential prognostic biomarkers in pancreatic juice of resectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma显示文摘Despite potentially curative surgery pancreatic cancer has a dismal prognosis.Serum cancer antigen 19-9(CA 19-9) correlates with tumor burden,resectability and survival in patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.Identification of novel biomarkers may facilitate early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and improve survival.Pancreatic juice is a rich source of cancer-specific proteins rendering it a promising tool for identifying biomarkers.Recent proteomic and micro RNA expression analyses have identified several biomarkers of potential diagnostic and prognostic value.Tumor markers CA 19-9 and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) are widely used in the characterization of premalignant and malignant lesions of the pancreas.Elevated level of CEA in bile is a marker for malignancy and a predictor of hepatic recurrence.The potential value of CA 19-9,CEA and lactate dehydrogenase as prognostic biomarkers in pancreatic juice and bile is unknown.Specimens of pancreatic juice and bile can be readily collected during surgical resection of the tumor.Profiling of pancreatic juice and bile to identify novel prognostic biomarkers may improve selection of patients for adjuvant therapy with a favorable impact on overall survival in patients diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. | Shefali Agrawal | 2017 | World Journal of Clinical Oncology2017,8,3: | 2 |

| 9 | Eosinophilic ascites: A diagnostic and therapeutic challenge显示文摘Eosinophilic gastroenteritis(EGE) is a rare condition characterized by eosinophilic infiltration of the gastrointestinal tract. Depending on the dominant layer of infiltration it is classified into three types namely, mucosal, muscularis and subserosal. The most uncommon variant is the subserosal type characterized by primarily subserosal disease, eosinophilic ascites and peripheral hypereosinophilia. The clinical features are non-specific with history of atopic predisposition and allergy. Endoscopic biopsy is frequently non-diagnostic due to an uninvolved gastrointestinal mucosa rendering its diagnosis a challenge. The mainstay of diagnosis is peripheral hypereosinophilia and eosinophil-rich ascitic fluid on diagnostic paracentesis. Oral steroid therapy is usually the first line of treatment with dramatic response. Due to a propensity for relapse, steroid-sparing therapy should be considered for relapses of EGE. | 20 | Peptide-based DNA delivery system显示文摘Gene therapy is defined as the ability to change individual's genetics by correcting genetic mutations or making site-specific alterations that target therapeutic treatment.The focus of gene therapy is optimization of delivery vectors.Peptide-based DNA delivery vaccine is a field in non-viral gene delivery systems and not many researchers have looked after it.DNA vaccines have many appealing production potentials,including the ability to provide cross-protection against various virus subtypes,mass manufacturing in a reasonably short period,and greater stability than other delivery systems.Non-viral approaches are considered benign than viral delivery because of factors such as lack of immunogenicity,low toxicity,and the potential for tissue specificity.DNA vaccines have several limitations but,in this review,we focus on how a novel peptide R9-K-GALA can be used in DNA vaccine and overcome almost all the pitfalls.It is also expected that this delivery system can be used to protect against Malaria.R9-K-GALA is a novel peptide,and arginine(R)is used in this peptide because GALA cannot directly bind to DNA.So,Arginine will help to bind DNA as arginine being positively charged and DNA is negatively charged.This review mainly focuses on how peptides can be used to make DNA vaccines and how DNA vaccines in the coming future can be a breakthrough for many diseases. | Pranjal Somvanshi Shefali Khisty | 2021 | Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2021,,3: | 1 |
