1氮肥水平对不同土壤CH_4排放的影响显示文摘鉴于氮肥施用对农田CH4排放的影响还有很大不确定性,室外盆栽试验于2 0 0 2年在南京农业大学实施.选取3个供试土壤,各土壤设置对照和低、中、高3个不同氮肥水平,施入尿素量分别为0 g/盆钵(对照) ,0 . 6 4 g/盆钵,(低氮水平) ,1 . 2 8g/盆钵(中氮水平) ,1 . 93g/盆钵(高氮水平) .结果表明在水稻生长季,不同氮肥(尿素)施用量对稻田土壤CH4排放影响表现为不同土壤之间,及不同氮肥水平之间CH4排放均存在显著差异.无氮肥施入的情况下,3种土壤的CH4季节性累积排放量存在显著差异,分别为6. 7g/m2 ,1 2 . 6 g/m2 和8. 3g/m2 .施加氮肥后,3种土壤的CH4排放量随氮肥施入量的增加,均表现为降低趋势,不同土壤CH4排放量存在差异,土壤背景氮含量最高的F(江苏溧水)土壤的CH4排放都比相应氮肥水平下的G(江苏涟水)和H(江苏农科院)土壤的CH4排放低1倍左右.更进一步发现从低氮到中氮水平,3种土壤CH4排放量随氮肥用量的增加降低幅度最大,而此时各土壤的NH4 N含量随氮肥用量增加明显提高,推断造成CH4排放降低的主要可能原因是各土壤的氨态氮含量的增加所致.从中氮到高氮水平3种土壤的CH4排放量的变化不尽相同,G和H土壤的CH4排放量随氮肥用量的增加而降低,而F土壤在中氮和高氮水平下的CH4排放量没有明显变化,值分别为3 0焦燕 黄耀 宗良纲 周权锁 Ronald L. 4Two strategies for prevention of cytomegalovirus infections after liver transplantation显示文摘AIM: To analyze differences in patients' clinical course, we compared two regimes of either preemptive therapy or prophylaxis after liver transplantation.METHODS: This retrospective study was reviewed and approved by the institutional review board of the University of Leipzig. Cytomegalovirus(CMV) prophylaxis with valganciclovir hydrochloride for liver transplant recipients was replaced by a preemptive strategy in October 2009. We retrospectively compared liver transplant recipients 2 years before and after October 2009. During the first period, all patients received valganciclovir daily. During the second period all patients included in the analysis were treated following a preemptive strategy. Outcomes included one year survival and therapeutic intervention due to CMV viremia or infection.RESULTS: Between 2007 and 2010 n = 226 patients underwent liver transplantation in our center. n = 55 patients were D^+/R^- high risk recipients and were excluded from further analysis. A further 43 patients had to be excluded since CMV prophylaxis/preemptive strategy was not followed although there was no clinical reason for the deviation. Of the remaining 128 patients whose data were analyzed, 60 receivedprophylaxis and 68 were treated following a preemptive strategy. The difference in overall mortality was not significant, nor was it significant for one-year mortality where it was 10%(95%CI: 8%-28%, P = 0.31) higher for the preemptive group. No significant differences in blood count abnormalities or the incidence of sepsis and infections were observed other than CMV. In total, 19 patients(14.7%) received ganciclovir due to CMV viremia and/or infections. Patients who were treated according to the preemptive algorithm had a significantly higher rate risk of therapeutic intervention with ganciclovir [n = 16(23.5%) vs n = 3(4.9%), P = 0.003)].CONCLUSION: These data suggest that CMV prophylaxis is superior to a preemptive strategy in patients undergoing liver transplantation.Philipp Simon Max Sasse Sven Laudi David Petroff Michael Bartels Udo X Kaisers Sven Bercker 2016World Journal of Gastroenterology2016,22,12:5

6Long-term vegetation development on a wildfire slope in Innerzwain(Styria,Austria)显示文摘Forest fires in mountainous areas can cause severe deforestation which can potentially trigger secondary natural hazards like debris falls and avalanches.We documented an extreme case study for the range of possible post-fire land cover(LC)dynamics.We investigated a 15-ha,steep(10°-65°)burnt slope in Styria(Austria)at elevation of 760-1130m,which burned in 1946 and has not fully recovered to date.Seven8-class legend LC maps were produced(1954,1966,1973,1982,1998,2004,2009)and integrated in a vector-based GIS,mainly by on-screen interpretation of aerial photos.Our aim was to clarify how post-wildfire LC dynamics take place on a severely damaged,steep slope and to give a basic projection of the future vegetation recovery process.The pre-fire Pinus sylvestris stands have been mainly replaced by Picea abies and Larix decidua.Regeneration proceeded mainly from the base of the slope upwards.All tree species together still cover no more than 40%of the slope after more than 60 years of recovery,while grassland communities and rock/debris areas have expanded.Multitemporal analysis showed a slow but steady increase in woodland cover.Degraded rock/debris areas,however,expanded as well because soil erosion and related debris flows remained active.Slope angle(with a threshold value of approx.35-40°)seemed to control whether erosion or regeneration prevailed.According to a simple extrapolation,the slope will not reach its former condition before 2070.This extreme disturbance window of more than 120 years is owed to the steepness of the slope and to the shallow soils on dolomitic bedrock that were severely damaged by the fire.The neglect of any game fencing is a further factor slowing regeneration.Bodo Malowerschnig Oliver Sass 2014Journal of Forestry Research2014,25,1:4
