17AutoML: A systematic review on automated machine learning with neural architecture search显示文摘AutoML(Automated Machine Learning)is an emerging field that aims to automate the process of building machine learning models.AutoML emerged to increase productivity and efficiency by automating as much as possible the inefficient work that occurs while repeating this process whenever machine learning is applied.In particular,research has been conducted for a long time on technologies that can effectively develop high-quality models by minimizing the intervention of model developers in the process from data preprocessing to algorithm selection and tuning.In this semantic review research,we summarize the data processing requirements for AutoML approaches and provide a detailed explanation.We place greater emphasis on neural architecture search(NAS)as it currently represents a highly popular sub-topic within the field of AutoML.NAS methods use machine learning algorithms to search through a large space of possible architectures and find the one that performs best on a given task.We provide a summary of the performance achieved by representative NAS algorithms on the CIFAR-10,CIFAR-100,ImageNet and wellknown benchmark datasets.Additionally,we delve into several noteworthy research directions in NAS methods including one/two-stage NAS,one-shot NAS and joint hyperparameter with architecture optimization.We discussed how the search space size and complexity in NAS can vary depending on the specific problem being addressed.To conclude,we examine several open problems(SOTA problems)within current AutoML methods that assure further investigation in future research.Imrus Salehin Md.Shamiul Islam Pritom Saha S.M.Noman Azra Tuni Md.Mehedi Hasan Md.Abu Baten 2024Journal of Information and Intelligence2024,2,1:0
18Electrical transport properties of V_(2)O_(5)-added Ni-Co-Zn ferrites显示文摘Frequency-dependent dielectric constant,dielectric loss,AC conductivity values and complex impedance spectra of V_(2)O_(5)-added Ni-Co-Zn ferrites(Ni_(0.62)Co_(0.03)Zn_(0.35)Fe_(2)O_(4)+xV_(2)O_(5),where x=0,0.5,1 and 1.5 wt.%)have been investigated at room tempera-ture.The dielectric properties of the samples follow the Maxwell-Wagner polarization model.An inverse relationship was found between dielectric constant and AC electrical resistivity for all the samples.The dielectric constants decreased with the addition of V_(2)O_(5),while the electrical resistivities of V_(2)O_(5)-added Ni-Co-Zn ferrites are found to be larger than that of pure Ni-Co-Zn ferrite.The AC conductivity was reduced with the addition of V_(2)O_(5)to Ni-Co-Zn ferrite at lower-frequency region.However,AC conductivity shows a sharp increase at higher-frequency region,which could be attributed to the enhancement of electron hopping between the Fe2+and Fe3+ions in the ferrite matrix due to the activity of the grains.The complex impedance spectroscopy results through Cole-Cole/Nyquist plot have demonstrated a single semicircular arc.It indicates that conduction mechanism takes place predominantly through the grain/bulk property,which could be ascribed to the larger grain size of V_(2)O_(5)-added Ni-Co-Zn ferrites.M.Firoz Uddin M.Samir Ullah S.Manjura Hoque F.A.Khan A.A.Momin Sm.Rubayatul Islam Faizus Salehin M.A.Hakim 2021Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2021,11,6:0
19Magnetic poly(acrylic acid)-based hydrogels for rapid ammonium sorption and efficient sorbent separation from sewage显示文摘Ammonium sorption and recovery processes typically take place in conventional packed columns,with a configuration that enables maximum sorption by the sorbents.However,batch or semi-continuous operations in packed columns have associated issues such as scaling and frequent backwashing requirements,which are economically prohibitive.As an alternative,ammonium sorption could occur in well-mixed continuously stirred tanks,which would allow for the ammonium sorption process to be retrofitted in existing wastewater treatment plants,provided that efficient sorbent separation can be achieved.This study demonstrates,for the first time,the preparation of magnetic poly(acrylic acid)-based(PAA)ammonium sorbents through the incorporation of magnetic(Fe_(3)O_(4))nanoparticles(MNP)produced via scalable and cost-effective electrochemical synthesis.The MNP and PAA hydrogels were synthesized independently and the MNPs subsequently integrated into the PAA hydrogel network by particle diffusion and physical entrapment.No adverse effects on swelling and ammonium sorption following immersion in either synthetic or real sewage were observed after MNPs were incorporated into the hydrogels.Importantly,PAA-MNP hydrogels demonstrated high ammonium sorption efficiencies(80-93%)in real sewage and achieved rapid ammonium recovery of 73±1.1% within 15 min of mild acid washing(pH 4)15 min at a maximum recovery.Heidy Cruz Miriam Yap Gabon Sirajus Salehin Thomas Seviour Bronwyn Laycock Ilje Pikaar 2021Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2021,,2:0
20Assessment of biogas generation potential from slaughterhouse wastes in Dhaka city,Bangladesh显示文摘Slaughterhouse waste is a highly energy-rich waste and is an attractive material to treat through anaerobic digestion to produce biogas.Biogas could be burned to provide heating and electricity or can be converted to bio-methane to be used as fuel.It can also aid in waste management and evidently reduce the ecological and environmental hazards.In this paper,the potential of biogas generation from the slaughterhouses in Dhaka is investigated.Slaughterhouses in 21 regions in Dhaka city have been surveyed for data collection and analysis.The study estimates that approximately 7915 tons of slaughterhouse waste are generated annually from the slaughterhouses in Dhaka city which has the potential to generate 2.15 Mm^(3) of biogas.A case study on the biggest government registered slaughterhouse is also demonstrated regarding generating electricity.Sayedus Salehin Syed Shaheer Uddin Ahmed Md.Ehasanul Hoque Md.Salauddin Mrigdad S.M.Ashef Hussain S.M.Tahsin Intisar 2021Waste Disposal and Sustainable Energy2021,3,1:0
