1云南常见牛肝菌属真菌中汞含量及食用安全评价显示文摘汞(Hg)是危害人类健康的主要重金属元素之一,多数食用菌对Hg有很强的富集能力,测定食用菌中Hg含量,并对其进行食用安全性评价具有重要意义。采用冷原子吸收直接测汞仪系统测定85份云南常见牛肝菌属真菌菌盖、菌柄中总Hg含量;以同一牛肝菌子实体菌盖与菌柄总Hg含量比(Q(C/S))分析牛肝菌属真菌对Hg的富集特征;根据联合国粮农组织和世界卫生组织(FAO/WHO)现行每周Hg允许摄入量(provisional tolerable week—lyintake,PTWI)标准和中国GB2762—2012规定的食用菌中Hg限量标准评价样品的食用安全性。结果表明,菌盖和菌柄中总Hg含量分别在0.13—22.00、0.20~8.40mg·kg^-1DW,不同产地、种类及不同采集年份的样品中总Hg含量存在明显差异;同一牛肝菌菌盖、菌柄总Hg含量比(Q(C/S))在0.28~4.08,92%的样品Q((C/S))〉1,表明多数样品中菌盖对Hg的富集能力强于菌柄。根据GB2762-2012规定的食用菌及其制品中总Hg含量限量标准(≤0.1mg·kg^-1),发现所有测试样品的总Hg含量均超标;根据PTWI标准,假设成年人(60kg)每周食用300g新鲜牛肝菌,则多数样品Hg摄入量低于允许摄入量,无安全风险,而少数样品Hg摄入量高于允许摄入量,食用有一定的潜在风险。同时,牛肝菌总Hg含量与种类、产地、采集时间等因素密切相关,采食及安全评价需综合考虑这些因素。杨天伟 张霁 Jerzy FALANDYSZ Grazyna KRASIИSKA Martyna SABA 王元忠 刘鸿高 2015生态学杂志2015,34,12:12
2Examining the whole bowel, double balloon enteroscopy: Indications, diagnostic yield and complications显示文摘Double balloon enteroscopy(DBE) is an advanced type of endoscopic procedure which brings the advantage of reaching the whole small bowel using anterograde or the retrograde route. This procedure is both diagnostic and interventional for a variety of small intestinal diseases, such as vascular lesions, tumors, polyps and involvement of inflammatory bowel diseases.Main indication is the diagnosis and treatment of mid-gastrointestinal bleeding according to the recent published data all over the world. The complication rates seem to be higher than conventional procedures but growing experience is lowering them and improving the procedure to be safe and well tolerated. 3Wnt-/-β-catenin pathway signaling in human hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘The molecular basis of the carcinogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) has not been adequately clarified, which negatively impacts the development of targeted therapy protocols for this overwhelming neoplasia. The aberrant activation of signaling in the HCC is primarily due to the deregulated expression of the components of the Wnt-/-β-catenin. This leads to the activation of β-catenin/T-cell factor-dependent target genes that control cell proliferation, cell cycle, apoptosis, and cell motility. The deregulation of the Wnt pathway is an early event in hepatocarcinogenesis. An aggressive phenotype was associated with HCC, since this pathway is implicated in the proliferation, migration, and invasiveness of cancer cells, regarding the cell's own survival. The disruption of the signaling cascade Wnt-/-β-catenin has shown anticancer properties in HCC's clinical evaluations of therapeutic molecules targeted for blocking the Wnt signaling pathway for the treatment of HCC, and it represents a promising perspective. 4Particle shape consideration in numerical simulation of assemblies of irregularly shaped particles显示文摘The mechanical behavior of granular materials depends much on the shape of the constituent particles. Therefore appropriate modeling of particle, or grain, shape is quite important. This study employed the method of direct modeling of grain shape (Matsushima & Saomto, 2002), in which, the real shape of a grain is modeled by combining arbitrary number of overlapping circular elements which are connected to each other in a rigid way. Then, accordingly, a discrete-element program is used to simulate the assembly of grains. In order to measure the effects of grain shape on mechanical properties of assembly of grains, three types of grains-high angular grains, medium angular grains and round grains are considered where several biaxial tests are conducted on assemblies with different grain types. 5Microstructure and anisotropic swelling behaviour of compacted bentonite/sand mixture显示文摘Pre-compacted elements(disks,torus) of bentonite/sand mixture are candidate materials for sealing plugs of radioactive waste disposal.Choice of this material is mainly based on its swelling capacity allowing all gaps in the system to be sealed,and on its low permeability.When emplaced in the gallery,these elements will start to absorb water from the host rock and swell.Thereby,a swelling pressure will develop in the radial direction against the host rock and in the axial direction against the support structure.In this work,the swelling pressure of a small scale compacted disk of bentonite and sand was experimentally studied in both radial and axial directions.Different swelling kinetics were identified for different dry densities and along different directions.As a rule,the swelling pressure starts increasing quickly,reaches a peak value,decreases a little and finally stabilises.FOr some dry densities,higher peaks were observed in the radial direction than in the axial direction.The presence of peaks is related to the microstructure change and to the collapse of macropores.In parallel to the mechanical tests,microstructure investigation at the sample scale was conducted using microfocus X-ray computed tomography(μCT).Image observation showed a denser structure in the centre and a looser one in the border,which was also confirmed by image analysis.This structure heterogeneity in the radial direction and the occurrence of macro-pores close to the radial boundary of the sample can explain the large peaks observed in the radial swelling pressure evolution.Another interesting result is the higher anisotropy found at lower bentonite dry densities,which was also analysed by means of μCT observation of a sample at low bentonite dry density after the end of test It was found that the macro-pores,especially those between sand grains,were not filled by swelled bentonite,which preserved the anisotropic microstructure caused by uniaxial compression due to the absence of microstructure collapse.Simona Saba Jean-Dominique Barnichon Yu-Jun Cui Anh Minh Tang Pierre Delage 2014Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2014,6,2:8
6Digital subtraction angiography for the analysis of supraaortic vessels: What is its role nowadays?显示文摘For about 50 years, angiography represented the only imaging method for studying carotid arteries in order to detect the presence of pathological stenosis due to atherosclerotic plaque. Recently, thanks to the use of non-invasive methods, physicians are able to study and quantify the presence of carotid atherosclerosis in vivo These procedures have enabled the introduction of new concepts: (1) the degree of carotid stenosis is approxi- mate to the volume and extension of carotid plaque; and (2) a set of parameters, easily identifiable by com- puted tomography angiography, magnetic resonance angiogram and ultra-sound echo-color Doppler, are closely linked to the development of ischemic symptoms and can significantly increase the risk of stroke regard- less of the degree of stenosis. 7Effectiveness of Saccharomyces boulardii in a rat model of colitis显示文摘AIM:To investigate the effects of Saccharomyces boulardii(S.boulardii) in an experimental rat model of trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS)-induced colitis.METHODS:Thirty-two Wistar albino female rats were categorized into five groups.On the first day of the study,50 mg TNBS was administered via a rectal catheter in order to induce colitis in all rats,except those in the control group.For 14 d,the rats were fed a standard diet,without the administration of any additional supplements to either the control or TNBS groups,in addition to 1 mg/kg per day S.boulardii to the S.boulardii group,1 mg/kg per day methyl prednisolone(MP) to the MP group.The animals in the S.boulardii + MP group were coadministered these doses of S.boulardii and MP.During the study,weight loss,stool consistency,and the presence of obvious blood in the stool were evaluated,and the disease activity index(DAI) for colitis was recorded.The intestines were examined and colitis was macro-and microscopically scored.The serum and tissue levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and nitric oxide(NO) were determined,and fungemia was evaluated in the blood samples.RESULTS:The mean DAI scores for the MP and S.boulardii + MP groups was significantly lower than the TNBS group(3.69 ± 0.61 vs 4.46 ± 0.34,P = 0.018 and 3.77 ± 0.73 vs 4.46 ± 0.34,P = 0.025,respectively).While no significant differences between the TNBS and the S.boulardii or MP groups could be determined in terms of serum NO levels,the level of serum NO in the S.boulardii + MP group was significantly higher than in the TNBS and S.boulardii groups(8.12 ± 4.25 μmol/L vs 3.18 ± 1.19 μmol/L,P = 0.013;8.12 ± 4.25 μmol/L vs 3.47 ± 1.66 μmol/L,P = 0.012,respectively).The tissue NO levels in the S.boulardii,MP and S.boulardii + MP groups were significantly lower than the TNBS group(16.62 ± 2.27 μmol/L vs 29.72 ± 6.10 μmol/L,P = 0.002;14.66 ± 5.18 μmol/Lvs 29.72 ± 6.10 μmol/L,P = 0.003;11.95 ± 2.34 μmol/Lvs 29.72 ± 6.10 μmol/L,P = 0.002,respectively).The tissue NO levels in the S.boulardii,MP and S.boulardii + MP groups were similar.The mean serum and tissue TNF-α levels were determined to be 12.97 ± 18.90 pg/mL and 21.75 ± 15.04 pg/mL in the control group,18.25 ± 15.44 pg/mL and 25.27 ± 11.95 pg/mL in the TNBS group,20.59 ± 16.15 pg/mL and 24.39 ± 13.06 pg/mL in the S.boulardii group,9.05 ± 5.13 pg/mL and 24.46 ± 10.85 pg/mL in the MP group,and 13.95 ± 10.17 pg/mL and 24.26 ± 10.37 pg/mL in the S.boulardii + MP group.Significant differences in terms of the levels of serum and tissue TNF-α and the macroscopic and microscopic scores were not found between the groups.S.boulardii fungemia was not observed in any of the rats.However,Candida fungemia was detected in one rat(14%) in the TNBS group,two rats(28%) in the S.boulardii group,three rats(50%) in the MP group,and three rats(42%) in S.boulardii + MP group.CONCLUSION:S.boulardii does not demonstrate considerable effects on the DAI,pathological scores,or cytokine levels but does decrease the tissue NO levels.Mujde Soyturk Saba Mukaddes Saygili Huseyin Baskin Ozgul Sagol Osman Yilmaz Fatih Saygili Hale Akpinar 2012World Journal of Gastroenterology2012,18,44:6
8Acute arterial mesenteric ischemia and reperfusion:Macroscopic and MRI findings, preliminary report显示文摘AIM:To explore the physiopathology and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)findings in an animal model of acute arterial mesenteric ischemia(AAMI)with and without reperfusion.METHODS:In this study,8 adult Sprague-Dawley rats underwent superior mesenteric artery(SMA)ligation and were then randomly divided in two groups of 4.In groupⅠ,the ischemia was maintained for 8 h.In groupⅡ,1-h after SMA occlusion,the ligation was removed by cutting the thread fixed on the back of the animal,and reperfusion was monitored for 8 h.MRI was performed using a 7-T system.RESULTS:We found that,in the case of AAMI without reperfusion,spastic reflex ileus,hypotonic reflex ileus,free abdominal fluid and bowel wall thinning are present from the second hour,and bowel wall hyperintensity in T2-W sequences are present from the fourth hour.The reperfusion model shows the presence of early bowel wall hyperintensity in T2-W sequences after 1 h and bowel wall thickening from the second hour.CONCLUSION:Our study has shown that MRI can assess pathological changes that occur in the small bowel and distinguish between the presence and absence of reperfusion after induced acute arterial ischemia.Luca Saba Daniela Berritto Francesca Iacobellis Mariano Scaglione Sigismondo Castaldo Santolo Cozzolino Maria Antonietta Mazzei Veronica Di Mizio Roberto Grassi 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,40:5
9Air quality monitoring using mobile microscopy and machine learning显示文摘Rapid,accurate and high-throughput sizing and quantification of particulate matter(PM)in air is crucial for monitoring and improving air quality.In fact,particles in air with a diameter of≤2.5μm have been classified as carcinogenic by the World Health Organization.Here we present a field-portable cost-effective platform for high-throughput quantification of particulate matter using computational lens-free microscopy and machine-learning.This platform,termed c-Air,is also integrated with a smartphone application for device control and display of results.This mobile device rapidly screens 6.5 L of air in 30 s and generates microscopic images of the aerosols in air.It provides statistics of the particle size and density distribution with a sizing accuracy of~93%.We tested this mobile platform by measuring the air quality at different indoor and outdoor environments and measurement times,and compared our results to those of an Environmental Protection Agency–approved device based on beta-attenuation monitoring,which showed strong correlation to c-Air measurements.Furthermore,we used c-Air to map the air quality around Los Angeles International Airport(LAX)over 24 h to confirm that the impact of LAX on increased PM concentration was present even at 47 km away from the airport,especially along the direction of landing flights.With its machinelearning-based computational microscopy interface,c-Air can be adaptively tailored to detect specific particles in air,for example,various types of pollen and mold and provide a cost-effective mobile solution for highly accurate and distributed sensing of air quality.Yi-Chen Wu Ashutosh Shiledar Yi-Cheng Li Jeffrey Wong Steve Feng Xuan Chen Christine Chen Kevin Jin Saba Janamian Zhe Yang Zachary Scott Ballard Zoltán Göröcs Alborz Feizi Aydogan Ozcan 2017Light(Science & Applications)2017,6,1:5
10云南省野生牛肝菌总汞含量测定分析及健康风险评估显示文摘【目的】系统测定云南常见野生牛肝菌中总Hg含量,分析不同产地、种类及不同部位牛肝菌对Hg的富集规律和积累特征,评价野生牛肝菌的食用安全性,为野生食用菌产业的发展和食用安全评估提供数据依据。【方法】采用MA-2000直接测Hg仪—冷原子吸收光谱法测定牛肝菌菌盖、菌柄中总Hg含量,计算同一牛肝菌菌盖与菌柄总Hg含量比(QC/S),分析不同种类、部位牛肝菌中总Hg含量的差异和富集规律。根据中国《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762—2012)规定的食用菌中Hg限量标准及联合国粮农组织和世界卫生组织(FAO/WHO)规定的每周Hg允许摄入量(provisional tolerable weekly intake,PTWI)现行标准,评价云南野生牛肝菌的食用安全性。【结果】同一子实体菌盖与菌柄的比值(QC/S)在0.3~8.8之间,95%牛肝菌样品菌盖、菌柄总Hg含量比(QC/S)≥1,表明多数牛肝菌菌盖对Hg的富集能力强于菌柄。本研究中多数野生牛肝菌菌盖、菌柄总Hg含量超过GB 2762—2012规定的食用菌中Hg含量限量标准(≤0.1 mg/kg);根据PTWI标准,假设成年人(60 kg)每周食用300 g新鲜牛肝菌,则多数样品Hg摄入量低于允许摄入量,无安全风险,而2013年采自玉溪大营街的美味牛肝菌,2012年采自楚雄永仁县的铜色牛肝菌及2014年采自玉溪新平的绒柄牛肝菌等少数样品Hg摄入量高于该标准。【结论】不同产地、种类牛肝菌菌盖、菌柄中总Hg含量存在明显差异,有少数牛肝菌总Hg含量超过相关标准,食用具有一定的潜在风险。李杰庆 杨天伟 张霁 Jerzy FALANDYSZ Grazyna KRASINSKA Martyna SABA 王元忠 刘鸿高 2017云南农业大学学报(自然科学版)2017,32,3:4

12Prognostic significance of vascular endothelial growth factor polymorphisms in colorectal cancer patients显示文摘AIM To investigate the associations of the genetic polymor-phisms of vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGF-A)-1498C>T and-634G>C, with the survival of patients with colorectal cancer(CRC). METHODS A prospective cohort consisting of 131 Brazilians patients consecutively operated on with a curative intention as a result of sporadic colorectal carcinoma was studied. DNA was extracted from peripheral blood and its amplification and allelic discrimination for each genetic polymorphism was performed using the technique of polymerase chain reaction(PCR) in real-time. The real-time PCR technique was used to identify the VEGF-A-1498C>T(rs833031) and-634G>C(rs2010963) polymorphisms. Genotyping was validated for VEGF-A-1498C>T polymorphism in 129 patients and for VEGF-A-634G>C polymorphism in 118 patients. The analysis of association between categorical variables was performed using logistic regression, survival by Kaplan-Meier method and multivariate analysis by the Cox regression method. RESULTS In the univariate analysis there was a significant association(OR = 0.32; P = 0.048) between genotype CC of the VEGF-A-1498C>T polymorphism and the presence of CRC liver metastasis. There was no association between VEGF-A-1498C>T polymorphism and VEGF-A-634G>C polymorphism with further clinical or anatomopathologic variables. The genotype CC of the VEGF-A-1498C>T polymorphism was significantly correlated with the 5-year survival(P = 0.032), but not significant difference(P = 0.27) was obtained with the VEGF-A-634G>C polymorphism with the 5-year survival in the univariate analysis. The genotype CT(HR = 2.79) and CC(HR = 4.67) of the polymorphism VEGF-A-1498C>T and the genotype CC(HR = 3.76) of the polymorphism VEGF-A-634C>G acted as an independent prognostic factor for the risk of death in CRC patients. 13Comparing the deactivation behaviour of Co/CNT and Co/γ-Al_2O_3 nano catalysts in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis显示文摘An extensive study of Fischer-Tropsch (FT) synthesis on cobalt nano particles supported on γ-alumina and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) catalysts is reported.20 wt% of cobalt is loaded on the supports by impregnation method.The deactivation of the two catalysts was studied at 220 C,2 MPa and 2.7 L/h feed flow rate using a fixed bed micro-reactor.The calcined fresh and used catalysts were characterized extensively and different sources of catalyst deactivation were identified.Formation of cobalt-support mixed oxides in the form of xCoO yAl2O3 and cobalt aluminates formation were the main sources of the Co/γ-Al2O3 catalyst deactivation.However sintering and cluster growth of cobalt nano particles are the main sources of the Co/CNTs catalyst deactivation.In the case of the Co/γ-Al2O3 catalyst,after 720 h on stream of continuous FT synthesis the average cobalt nano particles diameter increased from 15.9 to 18.4 nm,whereas,under the same reaction conditions the average cobalt nano particles diameter of the Co/CNTs increased from 11.2 to 17.8 nm.Although,the initial FT activity of the Co/CNTs was 26% higher than that of the Co/γ-Al2O3,the FT activity over the Co/CNTs after 720 h on stream decreased by 49% and that over the Co/γ-Al2O3 by 32%.For the Co/γ-Al2O3 catalyst 6.7% of total activity loss and for the Co/CNTs catalyst 11.6% of total activity loss cannot be recovered after regeneration of the catalyst at the same conditions of the first regeneration step.It is concluded that using CNTs as cobalt catalyst support is beneficial in carbon utilization as compared to γ-Al2O3 support,but the Co/CNTs catalyst is more susceptible for deactivation.Ahmad Tavasoli Saba Karimi Somayeh Taghavi Zahra Zolfaghari Hamideh Amirfirouzkouhi 2012Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2012,21,5:4

15云南野生牛肝菌生长土壤汞含量分布特征显示文摘人为因素释放的Hg对环境造成严重污染,研究云南野生菌主产区土壤Hg含量对于环境保护和食品安全具有重要意义。该研究收集云南10个地州的57份牛肝菌生长土壤(0~10 cm)样本,并采用冷蒸气原子吸收光谱法对其Hg含量进行测定。结果表明,不同地区样本Hg含量范围(mg/kg,以干重计算)分别为:0.036~3.2(玉溪)、0.089~1.2(楚雄)、0.075~2.5(大理)、0.22~1.1(昆明)、0.075~0.34(曲靖)、0.36~0.98(红河)、0.12~1.3(迪庆)、0.30~0.83(保山)、0.047~0.53(普洱)、1.2(文山)。采自玉溪的土壤样本中Hg含量变化范围最大。除1份玉溪样本外,其他样本Hg含量均高于中国土壤背景值(0.038 mg/kg),可能对野生菌中Hg含量提高有一定影响。未来研究应着重考虑土壤Hg与牛肝菌Hg之间的关系。张霁 Martyna Saba Anna Wiejak Jerzy Falandysz 王元忠 2016环境科学与技术2016,39,8:3
16Hydrus microstent implantation for surgical management of glaucoma: a review of design, efficacy and safety显示文摘With the advent of microinvasive glaucoma surgery(MIGS),the spectrum of modalities available to manage patients with this chronic and heterogeneous condition has broadened.Despite its novelty however,there has been a rapid evolution in the development of a multitude of devices,each targeting a structure along the aqueous drainage pathway.A growing body of evidence has demonstrated IOP and medication burden reduction,and a more favorable safety profile with MIGS procedures in contrast to traditional incisional surgeries.Among the array of MIGS,the Hydrus®Microstent(Ivantis,Inc.,Irvine,CA)is a recent FDA approved device,designed to bypass the trabecular meshwork and provide a scaffold for Schlemm’s canal.The objective of this article is to review the Hydrus from conception to clinical use,and present data on its efficacy and safety to date.The available literature has shown promise,however inherent to all novel devices,only longterm monitoring will ensure sustained IOP control and an acceptable safety profile.Surgical advancements in glaucoma have revolutionized the field,and continued research and development will establish these approaches in clinical treatment algorithms.Saba Samet Jeb A.Ong Iqbal Ike K.Ahmed 2019Eye and Vision2019,6,1:3
17Linear and non-linear approaches to predict the Darcy-Weisbach friction factor of overland flow using the extreme learning machine approach显示文摘In modeling of overland flow and erosion, the overland flow friction factor(f), is a crucial factor. Due to the importance of a good understanding of f and its variability, the current study aimed to investigate the capability of non-linear approaches to estimate the Darcy-Weisbach friction factor of overland flow and its components(sediment transport, wave, form, and grain friction factors) through the Extreme Learning Machine(ELM) approach. Four datasets were used herein which were obtained from flume experiments done by different researchers. In order to investigate the effects of different parameters on the friction factor, numerous models consisting of various parameters were utilized to predict the friction factor using the ELM approach. The modeling procedure was established in two stages; the first stage aimed to model the overland flow friction factor and investigate the effect of the different parameters on the friction factor using non-linear separation via the ELM approach. In the second stage, the friction factor was linearly separated into different types of friction factors and then the separate components were estimated. Sensitivity analysis results confirmed the key role of Froude number(Fr) values for most of the models. 18云南疣柄牛肝菌属真菌中汞含量及食用健康风险分析显示文摘汞(Hg)对人类健康有明显的毒害作用,多数野生食用菌对Hg有很强的富集能力,测定野生食用菌中总Hg含量,并对其进行食用安全评估有重要意义。采用冷原子吸收光谱法测定云南常见疣柄牛肝菌属真菌菌盖、菌柄中总汞(Hg)含量,分析样品对Hg的富集特征;以FAO/WHO现行每周Hg允许摄入量(provisional tolerable weekly intake,PTWI)标准,评估疣柄牛肝菌属真菌的食用安全性。结果显示,不同产地、种类及不同采集时间疣柄牛肝菌属真菌的总Hg含量差异明显,菌盖中总Hg含量在0.54~4.80 mg·kg-1dw之间,菌柄总Hg含量在0.32~2.80 mg·kg^(-1)dw之间,同一种牛肝菌菌盖总Hg含量均大于菌柄(Q(C/S)>1),表明疣柄牛肝菌属真菌对Hg的积累量与生长环境、种类、部位等有关。根据FAO/WHO暂行的每周Hg允许摄入量标准(0.004 mg·kg-1bw),成年人(60 kg)每周食用300 g(鲜重)采自云南的疣柄牛肝菌属真菌,Hg摄入量远低于PTWI标准,对人体Hg暴露风险较低。杨天伟 张霁 Jerzy Falandysz Gra.zyna Krasińska Martyna Saba 王元忠 2016生态毒理学报2016,11,3:3
19Diagnosis of Toxoplasma gondii infection in pregnant women using automated chemiluminescence and quantitative real time PCR显示文摘Objective: To identify serodiagnosis and quantification of Toxoplasma gondii(T. gondii) infection among pregnant women in Salmas, northwest of Iran. Methods: In this crosssectional study, 276 blood samples were collected from pregnant women referred to the health care centers in Salmas city. The demographic variables were also recorded. Titers of antiToxoplasma IgM and IgG antibodies(Ab) were determined using the chemiluminescence immunoassay. Quantitative real-time PCR targeting the T. gondii repeated element gene was also performed on the blood sample. Results: Out of all, 19.92%(55/276) and 2.17%(6/276) patients were seropositive for anti-Toxoplasma IgG and IgM Ab, respectively. Moreover, the presence of T. gondii DNA was observed in 12.31%(34/276) blood samples. A significant relationship was observed between the IgG Ab seropositivity and contact with the cat as a risk factor(P=0.022). Conclusions: The seroprevalence rate of T. gondii infection in pregnant women is relatively low. Consequently, the seronegative pregnant women are at risk, and a considerable rate of positive blood samples for the presence of parasite's DNA should not be ignored. Besides, quantitative real-time PCR could be considered as an accurate method for diagnosis of acute toxoplasmosis especially when the precise results are of the most importance in pregnancy. 20层状双氢氧化物(LDHs)的合成及应用(英文)显示文摘Layered double hydroxides, a class of anionic clays possessing sandwich like structure in which negative anions are sandwiched into positively charged metal layers in a repeating manner, have been studied extensively. Layered double hydroxides could be fabricated with combination of different divalent(Cd^(2+), Mn^(2+), Fe^(2+), Pb^(2+)) and trivalent(Al^(3+), Cr^(3+), Fe^(3+)) metals and layered arrangement imparts unique properties such as adsorption properties and catalytic properties in these compounds. Exciting feature of these compounds is the memory effect. There are a number of methods to synthesize these layered compounds, such as co-precipitation, hydrothermal, sol-gel, urea hydrolysis,?etc. The synthesized LDHs can be characterized morphologically and compositionally i.e. scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, powder X-Ray diffraction, Mossbauer spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, XPS, etc. The wonderful feature of layered double hydroxides is the pliancy of interlayer space enabling them to accommodate various anionic species, and high surface area making them efficient in numerous applications such as adsorbents, anion exchange, catalysts, and biological compatible.Saba Jamil Afaaf Rahat Alvi Shanza Rauf Khan Muhammad Ramzan Saeed Ashraf Janjua 2019化学进展2019,31,2:3
