1层状双氢氧化物(LDHs)的合成及应用(英文)显示文摘Layered double hydroxides, a class of anionic clays possessing sandwich like structure in which negative anions are sandwiched into positively charged metal layers in a repeating manner, have been studied extensively. Layered double hydroxides could be fabricated with combination of different divalent(Cd^(2+), Mn^(2+), Fe^(2+), Pb^(2+)) and trivalent(Al^(3+), Cr^(3+), Fe^(3+)) metals and layered arrangement imparts unique properties such as adsorption properties and catalytic properties in these compounds. Exciting feature of these compounds is the memory effect. There are a number of methods to synthesize these layered compounds, such as co-precipitation, hydrothermal, sol-gel, urea hydrolysis,?etc. The synthesized LDHs can be characterized morphologically and compositionally i.e. scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, powder X-Ray diffraction, Mossbauer spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, XPS, etc. The wonderful feature of layered double hydroxides is the pliancy of interlayer space enabling them to accommodate various anionic species, and high surface area making them efficient in numerous applications such as adsorbents, anion exchange, catalysts, and biological compatible.Saba Jamil Afaaf Rahat Alvi Shanza Rauf Khan Muhammad Ramzan Saeed Ashraf Janjua 2019化学进展2019,31,2:3

32D Carbon Fiber Reinforced High Density Polyethylene Multi-Layered Laminated Composite Panels:Structural,Mechanical,Thermal,and Morphological Profile显示文摘Carbon fiber reinforced high density polyethylene multi-layered laminated composite panels(HDPE/CF MLCP) with excellent in-plane properties along transverse direction have been formulated. Composite architectures with carbon fiber(CF) designed in 2D layout in conventional composites can alleviate their properties in thickness direction, but all attempts so far developed have achieved restrained success. Here,we have exposed an approach to the high strength composite challenge, without altering the 2D stack design on the basis of concept of fiber reinforced laminated composites that would provide enhanced mechanical and thermal properties along transverse direction. CF sheets allowed the buckling of adjoining plies in 2D MLCP. We fabricated 2D MLCP by stacking the alternative CF and HDPE layers under different loading conditions, which resulted in high strength composites. 5Enhancing pharmaceutical potential and oral bioavailability of Allium cepa nanosuspension in male albino rats using response surface methodology显示文摘Objective:To enhance the pharmaceutical potential and oral bioavailability of quercetin contents of Allium cepa peel extract by novel nanosuspension technology.Methods:Nanoprecipitation approach was successfully used for the formulation of nanosuspension.To obtain pharmaceutical-grade nanosuspension with minimum particle size and polydispersity index,sodium lauryl sulphate was selected as a stabilizer.Important formulation parameters were statistically optimized by the response surface methodology approach.The optimized nanosuspension was subjected to stability and in vitro dissolution testing and characterized by scanning electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and zeta sizer.To evaluate the preeminence of nanosuspension over coarse suspension,comparative bioavailability studies were carried out in male albino rats.The pharmaceutical potential of developed nanosuspension was evaluated by antioxidant,antimicrobial,and toxicity studies.Results:The optimized nanosuspension showed an average particle size of 275.5 nm with a polydispersity index and zeta potential value of 0.415 and−48.8 mV,respectively.Atomic force microscopy revealed that the average particle size of nanosuspension was below 100 nm.The formulated nanosuspension showed better stability under refrigerated conditions.Nanosuspension showed an improved dissolution rate and a 2.14-fold greater plasma concentration of quercetin than coarse suspension.Moreover,the formulated nanosuspension exhibited enhanced antioxidant and antimicrobial potential and was non-toxic.Conclusions:Optimization of nanosuspension effectively improves the pharmaceutical potential and oral bioavailability of Allium cepa extract.Fatiqa Zafar Nazish Jahan Shaukat Ali Saba Jamil Riaz Hussain Saba Aslam 2022Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2022,12,1:0
