1Commissioning progress of the FAST显示文摘The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST) was completed with its main structure installed on September 25, 2016, after which it entered the commissioning phase. This paper aims to introduce the commissioning progress of the FAST over the past two years. To improve its operational reliability and ensure effective observation time, FAST has been equipped with a real-time information system for the active reflector system and hierarchical commissioning scheme for the feed support system, which ultimately achieves safe operation of the two systems. For meeting the high-performance indices, a highprecision measurement system was set up based on the effective control methods that were implemented for the active reflector system and feed support system. Since the commissioning of the FAST, a low-frequency ultra-wideband receiver and 19-beam1.05-1.45 GHz receiver have been mainly used. Telescope efficiency, pointing accuracy, and system noise temperature were completely tested and ultimately achieved the acceptance indices of the telescope. The FAST has been in the process of national acceptance preparations and has begun to search for pulsars. 2Achieving highly uniform two-dimensional PbI2 flakes for photodetectors via space confined physical vapor deposition显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D) PbI_2 flakes have been attracting intensive attention as one potential candidate for the modern optoelectronics. However, suffered from the instability of kinetics-driven growth, the fabricated 2D PbI_2 flakes have a wide dimensional distribution even under the same conditions. Herein, a novel facile space confined physical vapor deposition(PVD) process is provided to synthesize uniform triangle PbI_2 flakes with high quality. The confined space provides a relatively stable growth environment that renders more control on the growth kinetics, leading to highly uniform triangle PbI_2 flakes with the average size of 5 mm and thickness of 17 nm. Moreover, as-fabricated PbI_2-based photodetectors show promising stable and flexible optoelectronic performances to 470 nm light, including high responsivity(0.72 AW^(-1)), large on/off ratio up to 900, fast photoresponse speed(rise time of 13.5 ms and decay time of 20 ms) and high detectivity(1.04×10^(10) Jones). 4Hierarchically porous nitrogen-doped carbon as cathode for lithium–sulfur batteries显示文摘Porous nitrogen-doped carbon is an especially promising material energy storage due to its excellent conductivity, stable physicochemical properties, easy processability, controllable porosity and low price.Herein, we reported a novel well-designed hierarchically porous nitrogen-doped carbon(HPNC) via a combination of salt template(ZnCl_2) and hard template(SiO_2) as sulfur host for lithium–sulfur batteries. The low-melting ZnCl_2 is boiled off and leaves behind micropores and small size mesopores during pyrolysis process, while the silica spheres are removed by acid leaching to generate interconnected 3D network of macropores. The HPNC-S electrode exhibits an initial specific capacity of 1355 mAh g^(–1) at 0.1 C(1 C = 1675 m Ah g^(–1)), a high-rate capability of 623 m Ah g^(–1) at 2 C, and a small decay of 0.13% per cycle over 300 cycles at 0.2 C. 6Optimal Dispatch for Battery Energy Storage Station in Distribution Network Considering Voltage Distribution Improvement and Peak Load Shifting显示文摘Distribution networks are commonly used to demonstrate low-voltage problems.A new method to improve voltage quality is using battery energy storage stations(BESSs),which has a four-quadrant regulating capacity.In this paper,an optimal dispatching model of a distributed BESS considering peak load shifting is proposed to improve the voltage distribution in a distribution network.The objective function is to minimize the power exchange cost between the distribution network and the transmission network and the penalty cost of the voltage deviation.In the process,various constraints are considered,including the node power balance,single/two-way power flow,peak load shifting,line capacity,voltage deviation,photovoltaic station operation,main transformer capacity,and power factor of the distribution network.The big M method is used to linearize the nonlinear variables in the objective function and constraints,and the model is transformed into a mixed-integer linear programming problem,which significantly improves the model accuracy.Simulations are performed using the modified IEEE 33-node system.A typical time period is selected to analyze the node voltage variation,and the results show that the maximum voltage deviation can be reduced from 14.06%to 4.54%.The maximum peak-valley difference of the system can be reduced from 8.83 to 4.23 MW,and the voltage qualification rate can be significantly improved.Moreover,the validity of the proposed model is verified through simulations.Xiangjun Li Rui Ma Wei Gan Shijie Yan 2022Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2022,10,1:8
7The non-destructive analysis of ancient jade artifacts unearthed from the Liangzhu sites at Yuhang,Zhejiang显示文摘Samples of the jade artifacts unearthed from the Liangzhu sites at Yuhang (Fanshan,Yaoshan, Huiguanshan and Tangshan) of Zhejiang province were described. The chemical composition, phase and jade structure of a hundred and more intact samples were analyzed by the non-destructive techniques of PIXE, XRD and laser Raman spectroscopy. Results showed that the minerals of the jade artifacts mostly belonged to tremolite and tremolite-actinolite. Relationship of the civilization development in the Neolithic age and the application of tremolite type mineral in jade artifacts was discussed. The contents of rare and trace elements in tremolite jade artfacts and in mineral samples were measured for the first time. 8Analysis of Phthalate Esters in Air, Soil and Plants in Plastic Film Greenhouse显示文摘The phthalate esters such as DMP, DEP, DBP and DEHP in air, soil and plant samples in plastic film greenhouse were clean up with fine silica gel column and determined with HPLC. It was found that the concentrations of PEs in air and soil samples in plastic film greenhouse are much higher than those of contrast samples. 9Effect of tungsten oxide on ceria nanorods to support copper species as CO oxidation catalysts显示文摘In this work,tungsten oxide with different concentrations(0,0.4 at%,2.0 at%and 3.2 at%)was introduced to the ceria nanorods via a deposition-precipitation(DP)approach,and copper species of ca.10 at%were sequentially anchored onto the modified ceria support by a similar DP route.The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of the amount of tungsten oxide(0,0.4 at%,2.0 at%,and 3.2 at%)modifier on the copper-ceria catalysts for CO oxidation reaction and shed light on the structure-activity relationship.By the aids of multiple characterization techniques including N2 adsorption,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS),and temperature-programmed reduction by hydrogen(H2-TPR)in combination with the catalytic performance for CO oxidation reaction,it is found that the copper-ceria samples maintain the crystal structure of the fluorite fcc CeO2 phase with the same nanorod-like morphology with the introduction of tungsten oxide,while the textural properties(the surface area,pore volume and pore size)of ceria support and copper-ceria catalysts are changed,and the oxidation states of copper and tungsten are kept the same as Cu2+and W6+before and after the reaction,but the introduction of tungsten oxide(WO3)significantly changes the metal-support interaction(transfer the CuOx clusters to Cu-[Ox]-Ce species),which delivers to impair the catalytic activity of copper-ceria catalysts for CO oxidation reaction.Yu'nan Li Lin Gan Rui Si 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,1:5

11The fundamental performance of FAST with 19-beam receiver at L band显示文摘The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST) has passed national acceptance and finished one pilot cycle of ‘Shared-Risk’ observations. It will start formal operation soon. In this context, this paper describes testing results of key fundamental parameters for FAST, aiming to provide basic support for observation and data reduction of FAST for scientific researchers. The 19-beam receiver covering 1.05–1.45 GHz was utilized for most of these observations. The fluctuation in electronic gain of the system is better than 1% over 3.5 hours, enabling enough stability for observations. Pointing accuracy,aperture efficiency and system temperature are three key parameters for FAST. The measured standard deviation of pointing accuracy is 7.9′′, which satisfies the initial design of FAST. When zenith angle is less than 26.4°, the aperture efficiency and system temperature around 1.4 GHz are ~0.63 and less than 24 K for central beam, respectively. The sensitivity and stability of the 19-beam backend are confirmed to satisfy expectation by spectral HI observations toward NGC 672 and polarization observations toward 3 C 286. 13Spontaneous Vesicle Formation in Mixed Aqueous Solution of Poly-tailed Cationic and Anionic Surfactants显示文摘Spontaneous vesicles from the mixed aqueous solution of poly-tailed cationic surfactant PTA and anionic surfactant AOT are firstly obtained. Vesicle formation and characterizations are demonstrated by negative-staining TEM and dynamic light scattering. A monodisperse vesicle system is obtained with a polydispersity of 0.082. Ultrasonication can promote the vesicle formation. 15Adaptive immune responses to SARS-CoV-2 infection in severe versus mild individuals显示文摘The global Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 has affected more than eight million people.There is an urgent need to investigate how the adaptive immunity is established in COVID-19 patients.In this study,we proled adaptive immune cells of PBMCs from recovered COVID-19 patients with varying disease severity using single-cell RNA and TCR/BCR V(D)J sequencing.The sequencing data revealed SARS-CoV-2-specic shufing of adaptive immune repertories and COVID-19-induced remodeling of peripheral lymphocytes.Characterization of variations in the peripheral T and B cells from the COVID-19 patients revealed a positive correlation of humoral immune response and T-cell immune memory with disease severity.Sequencing and functional data revealed SARS-CoV-2-specic T-cell immune memory in the convalescent COVID-19 patients.Furthermore,we also identied novel antigens that are responsive in the convalescent patients.Altogether,our study reveals adaptive immune repertories underlying pathogenesis and recovery in severe versus mild COVID-19 patients,providing valuable information for potential vaccine and therapeutic development against SARS-CoV-2 infection.Fan Zhang Rui Gan Ziqi Zhen Xiaoli Hu Xiang Li Fengxia Zhou Ying Liu Chuangeng Chen Shuangyu Xie Bailing Zhang Xiaoke Wu Zhiwei Huang 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:3
16Chitosan oligosaccharide modified liposomes enhance lung cancer delivery of paclitaxel显示文摘Lung cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer-related death worldwide.Various therapeutic failed in the effective treatment of the lung cancer due to their limited accumulation and exposure in tumors.In order to promote the chemotherapeutics delivery to lung tumor,we introduced chitosan oligosaccharide(CSO)modification on the liposomes.CSO conjugated Pluronic P123 polymers with different CSO grafting amounts,called as CP50 and CP20,were synthesized and used to prepare CSO modified liposomes(CP50-LSs and CP20-LSs).CP50-LSs and CP20-LSs displayed significantly enhanced cellular uptake in A549 cells in vitro as well as superior tumor accumulation in vivo compared with non-CSO modified liposomes(P-LSs).This phenomenon was related to the increased affinity between CSO modified liposomes and tumor cells following massive adsorption of collagen,which was highly expressed in lung tumors.In the A549 tumor-bearing mouse model,intravenous injection of paclitaxel(PTX)-loaded CP50-LSs every 3 days for 21 days resulted in optimal antitumor therapeutic performance with an inhibition rate of 86.4%.These results reveal that CSO modification provides promising applicability for nanomedicine design in the lung cancer treatment.Yun-qiu Miao Ming-shu Chen Xin Zhou Lin-miao Guo Jing-jing Zhu Rui Wang Xin-xin Zhang Yong Gan 2021Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2021,42,10:2

18A High-Capacity Ammonium Vanadate Cathode for Zinc-Ion Battery显示文摘Given the advantages of being abundant in resources,environmental benign and highly safe,rechargeable zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)enter the global spotlight for their potential utilization in large-scale energy storage.Despite their preliminary success,zinc-ion storage that is able to deliver capacity>400 mAh g^-1 remains a great challenge.Here,we demonstrate the viability of NH4V4O10(NVO)as high-capacity cathode that breaks through the bottleneck of ZIBs in limited capacity.The first-principles calculations reveal that layered NVO is a good host to provide fast Zn^2+ions diffusion channel along its[010]direction in the interlayer space.On the other hand,to further enhance Zn^2+ion intercalation kinetics and long-term cycling stability,a three-dimensional(3D)flower-like architecture that is self-assembled by NVO nanobelts(3D-NVO)is rationally designed and fabricated through a microwave-assisted hydrothermal method.As a result,such 3D-NVO cathode possesses high capacity(485 mAh g^-1)and superior long-term cycling performance(3000 times)at 10 A g^-1(~50 s to full discharge/charge).Additionally,based on the excellent 3D-NVO cathode,a quasi-solid-state ZIB with capacity of 378 mAh g^-1is developed.Qifei Li Xianhong Rui Dong Chen Yuezhan Feng Ni Xiao Liyong Gan Qi Zhang Yan Yu Shaoming Huang 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,5:2
