1中国幽门螺杆菌vacA基因的等位变异显示文摘目的 明确中国幽门螺杆菌 (Helicobacterpylori,Hp)全长vacA基因的等位变异及其与西方主要菌株基因序列的差异。方法 从 5例胃病患者胃黏膜活检组织中分离培养 2 2个单个Hp克隆 ,以Westernblot确定vacA表型特点 ,以体外细胞毒性试验确定其活性。然后选择 5株有代表性的克隆进行基因组DNA抽提、PCR扩增及vacA基因全序列测定、分析。结果 5株中 4株vacA表达阳性。只有 1株 (5 0 6 0d)可在体外诱导HeLa细胞产生显著空泡变性。 5株vacA基因有相同的信号序列 (sla)及相似的编码相对分子质量为 37× 10 3 和跨膜输出段 (outermembraneexporter ,OME)的基因序列。 4株vacA基因的中间区 (编码相对分子质量为 5 8× 10 3 蛋白 )表现为m2型等位基因 ,1株为m1型。同型中国HpvacA基因相似率为 97.6 %~ 99.2 % ,高于西方同型相似率 (92 .1% )。 结论 中国人HpvacA基因与西方菌株相比存在显著的等位变异 ,形成相对独立的一个亚簇。m2型菌株比m1型菌株常见。细胞毒活性与vacA基因中间区类型有关 。纪徐淮 Daniela Burroni 许国铭 Cristina Pagliaccia Jean 屠振兴 丁华 杜奕奇 Rino JohnL.Telford 2000中华消化杂志2000,20,3:11
2Hybrid electric discharge plasma technologies for water decontamination:a short review显示文摘Electric discharge plasma(EDP)can efficiently degrade aqueous pollutants by its in situ gen erated strong oxidative species(OH,0,H2O2.O.etc)“nd other physiochemical effects(UV irradiation,shockwaves,local high temperature,etc),but a high energy consumptions limit the application of EDP in water treatment.Some adsorbents,catalysts,and oxida nts have been employed for en hanci ng the degradation of pollutants by discharge plasma.These hybrid plasma technologies offer improved water treatment performance compared to dischai'ge plasma alone.This paper reviews the water decontamination performance and mechanisms of these hybrid plasma technologies,and some suggestions on future water treatment technologies based on discharge plasma are also proposed.商克峰 李杰 Rino MORENT 2019Plasma Science and Technology2019,21,4:11
3新辅助化疗后行腹腔镜辅助胃切除术治疗晚期胃癌显示文摘目前治疗晚期胃癌的方法为开腹胃切除及D2淋巴结清扫并在术后行S-1或卡倍他滨加奥沙利铂辅助化疗。然而III期胃癌患者的预后并不理想。为了提高生存率,需要加大化疗药物的剂量。鉴于患者接受二联或三联化疗的顺应性差,新辅助化疗将是一个充满前景的方法。目前在东亚国家,正进行多项III期临床试验用于评估新辅助化疗效果。另一方面,手术治疗方法已倾向于行腹腔镜手术。在日本和韩国已经进行了多项III期临床试验评估腹腔镜辅助远端胃切除(LADG)在早期和晚期患者中的疗效。因此,未来标准治疗肿瘤位于中、下1/3晚期胃癌的候选方案由综合治疗组成,包括新辅助化疗及随后的LADG。只要新辅助化疗是按标准实施,随后的腹腔镜胃切除术的可行性、安全性及长期生存率是有保障的。在这个背景下,我们实施了一项随机II期临床试验比较新辅助化疗后LADG和开腹远端胃切除术(ODG)治疗胃癌的疗效。Takaki Yoshikawa Takashi Oshima Yasushi Rino Munetaka Masuda 2013中国普通外科杂志2013,22,10:9
4Early gastric cancer diagnostic ability of ultrathin endoscope loaded with laser light source显示文摘BACKGROUND Conventionally, the low luminous intensity, low image resolution, and difficulty in operation have been reported with the ultrathin endoscope. However, it has markedly advanced recently. The improvement of the diagnostic ability is expected.AIM To compare the early gastric cancer diagnostic ability of an ultrathin endoscope loaded with a laser light source and that of the conventional endoscope.METHODS The target subjects were 375 consecutive patients who underwent endoscopy at our hospital for post-endoscopic submucosal dissection follow-up of gastric cancer from January to August 2018. During endoscopy, the ultrathin endoscope was used in 140 patients(37.3%), and the conventional endoscope was used in235 patients(62.7%). Patient background was adjusted using the propensity score matching method, and gastric cancer detection ability was evaluated in the two groups.RESULTS The gastric cancer detection rate was 7.8% in the ultrathin endoscope group and7.0% in the conventional endoscope group, and the mean intragastric observation time was 4.1 ± 1.7 min in the ultrathin endoscope group and 4.1 ± 1.9 min in the conventional endoscope group, showing no significant differences between the groups. Moreover, the biopsy implementation rate was 31.8% in the ultrathin endoscope group and 41.1% in the conventional endoscope group, and the biopsy prediction rate was 17.9% and 13.2%, respectively, showing no significant differences between the groups.CONCLUSION The gastric cancer diagnostic ability of the ultrathin endoscope loaded with a laser light source was comparable to that of the conventional endoscope. The observation time was also comparable. 5Hepatitis B virus subgenotypes and basal core promoter mutations in Indonesia显示文摘AIM:To identify the distribution of hepatitis B virus (HBV) subgenotype and basal core promoter (BCP) mutations among patients with HBV-associated liver disease in Indonesia.METHODS: Patients with chronic hepatitis (CH, n=61), liver cirrhosis (LC, n=62), and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC,n=48) were included in this study. HBV subgenotype was identified based on S or preS gene sequence, and mutations in the HBx gene including the overlapping BCP region were examined by direct sequencing.RESULTS: HBV genotype B (subgenotypes B2, B3, B4, B5 and B7) the major genotype in the samples, accounted for 75.4%, 71.0% and 75.0% of CH, LC and HCC patients, respectively, while the genotype C (subgenotypes C1, C2 and C3) was detected in 24.6%, 29.0%, and 25.0% of CH, LC, and HCC patients, respectively. Subgenotypes B3 (84.9%) and C1 (82.2%) were the main subgenotype in HBV genotype B and C, respectively. Serotype adw2 (84.9%) and adrq+ (89.4%) were the most prevalent in HBV genotype B and C, respectively. Double mutation (A1762T/G1764A) in the BCP was significantly higher in LC (59.7%) and HCC (54.2%) than in CH (19.7%), suggesting that this mutation was associated with severity of liver disease. The T1753V was also higher in LC (46.8%), but lower in HCC (22.9%) and CH (18.0%), suggesting that this mutation may be an indicator of cirrhosis.CONCLUSION: HBV genotype B/B3 and C/C1 are the major genotypes in Indonesia. 6Association of core promoter mutations of hepatitis B virus and viral load is different in HBeAg(+) and HBeAg(-) patients显示文摘AIM:To identify the prevalence of hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) and to assess the association of hepatitis B virus (HBV) core promoter mutations and viral load in Indonesian patients.METHODS:Sixty-four patients with chronic hepatitis,65 with liver cirrhosis and 50 with hepatocellular carcinoma were included in this study.HBeAg and hepatitis B e antibody (HBeAb) tests were performed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and the mutations were analyzed by sequencing.Viral load was measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS:Of 179 patients,108 (60.3%) were HBeAg(-) and 86 (79.6%) of these HBeAg(-) patients had been seroconverted.The A1896 mutation was not found in HBeAg(+) patients,however,this mutation was detected in 70.7% of HBeAg(-) patients.This mutation was frequently found when HBeAg was not expressed (87.7%),compared to that found in HBeAg seroconverted patients (65.1%).The A1899 mutation was also more prevalent in HBeAg(-) than in HBeAg(+) patients (P=0.004).The T1762/A1764 mutation was frequently found in both HBeAg(+) and HBeAg(-) patients,however,the prevalence of this mutation did not significantly differ among the two groups (P=0.054).In HBeAg(+) patients,the T1762/A1764 mutation was correlated with lower HBV DNA (P < 0.001).The A1899 mutation did not correlate with HBV DNA (P=0.609).In HBeAg(-) patients,the T1762/A1764 mutation alone was not correlated with HBV DNA (P=0.095),however,the presence of either the T1762/A1764 or A1896 mutations was associated with increased HBV DNA (P < 0.001).CONCLUSION:The percentage of HBeAg(-) patients is high in Indonesia,and most of the HBeAg(-) patients had been seroconverted.The A1896 mutation was most likely the major cause of HBeAg loss.The T1762/A1764 mutation alone was associated with lower viral loads in HBeAg(+) patients,but not in HBeAg(-) patients.Andi Utama Marlinang Diarta Siburian Sigit Purwantomo Mariana Destila Bayu Intan Tri Shinta Kurniasih Susan Tai Rino Alvani Gani Laurentius Adrianus Lesmana All Sulaiman Wenny Astuti Achwan Soewignjo Soemohardjo Arnelis Nasrul Zubir Julius Syafruddin AR Lelosutan Benyamin Lukito Tantoro Harmono 2011World Journal of Gastroenterology2011,17,6:3

12Investigation on removal pathways of Di 2-ethyl hexyl phthalate from synthetic municipal wastewater using a submerged membrane bioreactor显示文摘Highly hydrophobic Di 2-ethyl hexyl phthalate(DEHP) is one of the most prevalent plasticizers in wastewaters. Since its half-life in biological treatment is around 25 days, it can be used as an efficiency indicator of wastewater treatment plant for the removal of hydrophobic emerging contaminants. In this study, the performance of submerged membrane bioreactor was monitored to understand the effect of DEHP on the growth of aerobic microorganisms. The data showed that the chemical oxygen demand(COD)and ammonia concentration were detected below 10 and 1.0 mg/L, respectively for operating conditions of hydraulic retention time(HRT) = 4 and 6 hr, sludge retention time(SRT) = 140 day and sludge concentration between 11.5 and 15.8 g volatile solid(VS)/L. The removal efficiency of DEHP under these conditions was higher and ranged between 91% and 98%. Results also showed that the removal efficiency of DEHP in biological treatment depended on the concentration of sludge, as adsorption is the main mechanism of its removal. For the submerged membrane bioreactor, the pore size is the pivotal factor for DEHP removal, since it determines the amount of soluble microbial products coming out of the process. Highly assimilated microorganisms increase the biodegradation rate, as 74% of inlet DEHP was biodegraded; however, the concentration of DEHP inside sludge was beyond the discharge limit.
