| 2 | 村干部激励因素贡献分析--以陕西省长武县为例显示文摘本文将村干部的激励强度划分为工作满意度、工作难度评价和留任意愿三个替代指标。本文通过分析第一手农村调查数据并建立Ordered Logitistic模型和情景试验调查,研究了工资报酬、社会声誉、规范化村治制度的运行效果及发展机会等激励因素对村干部激励强度的贡献。研究发现:①村干部名义补贴兑现率能够显著提高其工作满意度和降低其工作难度评价,并提高其留任意愿;②村干部的社会声誉能够显著提高其工作满意度和留任意愿,并降低其工作难度评价;③规范化村治制度的运行效果能够提高村干部的工作满意度和留任意愿,但在短期会增加其工作难度评价;④为村干部创造学习、进修的机会对村干部激励的效果是模糊的。研究结果表明,通过提高村干部工资报酬待遇及其兑现率、强化村干部社会声誉、推行规范化村治制度能明显提高村干部的工作积极性;但是,向村干部提供发展机会对村干部的激励效果不明显。 | 王征兵 宁泽逵 Allan Rae | 2009 | 中国农村观察2009,,1: | 21 |
| 3 | Benefit of neoadjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced perihilar cholangiocarcinoma显示文摘AIM To clarify the role of neoadjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy(NACCRT) followed by surgical resection for localized or locally advanced perihilar cholangiocarcinoma(CCA).METHODS We retrospectively reviewed 57 patients who underwent surgical resection with or without NACCRT for perihilar CCA; 12 patients received NACCRT and 45 patients did not received NACCRT. Patients with locally advanced perihilar CCA requiring NACCRT were defined as follows:(1) a mass involving unilateral branches of the portal vein or hepatic artery with insufficient volume of the anticipated remnant lobe; or(2) an infiltrating mass in the main portal vein that was too long for reconstruction, identified at preoperative staging. RESULTS The median disease-free survival(DFS) durations of the neoadjuvant and non-neoadjuvant CCRT groups were26.0 and 15.1 mo, respectively(P = 0.91). The median overall survival(OS) durations of the neoadjuvant and non-neoadjuvant CCRT groups were 32.9 and 27.1 mo, respectively(P = 0.26). The NACCRT group showed a downstaging tendency compared to the non-NACCRT group as compared with the tumor stage confirmed by histological examination after surgery and the tumor stage confirmed by imaging test at the time of diagnosis(P = 0.01). CONCLUSION NACCRT does not prolong DFS and OS in localized or locally advanced perihilar CCA. | 4 | Eosinophilic gastroenteritis presenting as small bowel obstruction: A case report and review of the literature显示文摘Eosinophilic gastroenteritis is a rare disease of unknown etiology. It is characterized by eosinophilic infiltration of the bowel wall to a variable depth and symptoms associated with gastrointestinal tract. Recently, the authors experienced a case of eosinophilic gastroenteritis presenting as small bowel obstruction. A 51-year old woman was admitted to our hospital complaining of abdominal pain and vomiting. Physical examination revealed a distended abdomen with diffuse tenderness. Complete blood count showed mild leukocytosis without eosinophilia. Computed tomography confirmed a dilatation of the small intestine with ascites. An emergency laparotomy was performed for a diagnosis of peritonitis due to intestinal obstruction. Segmental resection of the ileum and end to end anastomosis were performed. Histologically, there was a dense infiltration of eosinophils throughout the entire thickness of ileal wall and eosinophilic enteritis was diagnosed. | 13 | Function-regeneration of non-porous hydrolyzed-MOF-derived materials显示文摘A facile synthetic strategy based on a water-based process is developed for the preparation of metal-organic framework (MOF)-derived materials by revisiting the hydrolyzed non-porous metal-organic frameworks (h-MOF). The poor water stability of MOF has been recognized as key limitations for its commercialization and large-scale applications because the hydrolysis resulted in the complete loss of their functionalities. However, we found that the negative effect of hydrolysis on MOF can be nullified during the heat treatment. As similar to the intact MOF, h-MOF can be used as a precursor for the preparation of MOF-derived materials from porous MOF-derived carbons (MDCs) to MDC@ZnO composites. The property of h-MOF-derived materials is almost equivalent to that of MOF-derived materials. In addition, h-MOF turned the weakness of water instability to the strength of facile water-based process for hybridization. | 14 | Effect of preoperative biliary drainage on surgical results after pancreaticoduodenectomy in patients with distal common bile duct cancer:Focused on the rate of decrease in serum bilirubin显示文摘AIM: To examine if the rate of decrease in serum bilirubin after preoperative biliary drainagecan be used as a predicting factor for surgical complications and postoperative recovery after pancreaticoduodenectomy in patients with distal common bile duct cancer.METHODS: A retrospective study was performed in 49 consecutive patients who underwent pancrea-ticoduodenectomy for distal common bile duct cancer. Potential risk factors were compared between the complicated and uncomplicated groups. Also, the rates of decrease in serum bilirubin were compared pre- and postoperatively. RESULTS: Preoperative biliary drainage (PBD) was performed in 40 patients (81.6%). Postoperative morbidity and mortality rates were 46.9% (23/49) and 6.1% (3/49), respectively. The presence or absence of PBD was not different between the complicated and uncomplicated groups. In patients with PBD, neither the absolute level nor the rate of decrease in serum bilirubin was significantly different. Patients with rapid decrease preoperatively showed faster decrease during the first postoperative week (5.5 ± 4.4 μmol/L vs -1.7 ± 9.9 μmol/L, P = 0.004).CONCLUSION: PBD does not affect the surgical outcome of pancreaticoduodenectomy in patients with distal common bile duct cancer. | 15 | Hog Production in China:Technological Bias and Factor Demand显示文摘Technological change and factor biases are estimated by employing a translog cost function based on a new adjusted dataset for China’s hog production sector. Technological change is found not to have been neutral and the factor bias to be statistically significant towards feed grain-saving technology. It is also found that the demand for feed grain is elastic with respect to its own price and that strong substitution relationships exist with respect to some other inputs. Thus, along with technological biases, the changes in input price could affect hog farmer input behaviors and therefore change factor shares of hog production cost in China. In other words, demand for feed grain is very elastic, which results in feed grain-saving technological bias. | 20 | Efficient photovoltaic effect in graphene/h-BN/silicon heterostructure self-powered photodetector显示文摘Graphene(Gr)/Si-based optoelectronic devices have attracted a lot of academic attention due to the simpler fabrication processes,low costs,and higher performance of their two-dimensional(2D)/three-dimensional(3D)hybrid interfaces in Schottky junction that promotes electron-hole separation.However,due to the built-in potential of Gr/Si as a photodetector,the Iph/Idark ratio is often hindered near zero-bias at relatively low illumination intensity.This is a major drawback in self-powered photodetectors.In this study,we have demonstrated a self-powered van der Waals heterostructure photodetector in the visible range using a Gr/hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)/Si structure and clarified that the thin h-BN insertion can engineer asymmetric carrier transport and avoid interlayer coupling at the interface.The dark current was able to be suppressed by inserting an h-BN insulator layer,while maintaining the photocurrent with minimal decrease at near zero-bias.As a result,the normalized photocurrent-to-dark ratio(NPDR)is improved more than 104 times.Also,both Iph/Idark ratio and detectivity,increase by more than 104 times at−0.03 V drain voltage.The proposed Gr/h-BN/Si heterostructure is able to contribute to the introduction of next-generation photodetectors and photovoltaic devices based on graphene or silicon. | Ui Yeon Won Boo Heung Lee Young Rae Kim Won Tae Kang Ilmin Lee Ji Eun Kim Young Hee Lee Woo Jong Yu | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,6: | 2 |
