| 3 | A two-step weighted least-squares method for joint estimation of source and sensor locations: A general framework显示文摘It is well known that the Two-step Weighted Least-Squares(TWLS) is a widely used method for source localization and sensor position refinement. For this reason, we propose a unified framework of the TWLS method for joint estimation of multiple disjoint sources and sensor locations in this paper. Unlike some existing works, the presented method is based on more general measurement model, and therefore it can be applied to many different localization scenarios.Besides, it does not have the initialization and local convergence problem. The closed-form expression for the covariance matrix of the proposed TWLS estimator is also derived by exploiting the first-order perturbation analysis. Moreover, the estimation accuracy of the TWLS method is shown analytically to achieve the Cramér-Rao Bound(CRB) before the threshold effect takes place. The theoretical analysis is also performed in a common mathematical framework, rather than aiming at some specific signal metrics. | 4 | The synthesis of 6-(tert-butyl)-8-fluoro-2,3-dimethylquinoline carbonate derivatives and their antifungal activity against Pyricularia oryzae显示文摘A series of novel 6-(/er/-butyl)-8-fluoro-2,3- dimethylquinoline carbonate derivatives were designed and synthesized. Bioassay results showed that some of them exhibited good activity against Pyricularia oryzae (P. oryzae). It was found that the compound 5q (benzyl (6-(tert-butyl)-8-fluoro-2,3-dimethylquinolin-4-yl) carbonate) possessed good activity against P. oryzae whatever protective activity (10 mg·L^-1) or curative activity (25 mg·L^-1), which was better than that of control tebufloquin. | 5 | The involvement of wheat U-box E3 ubiquitin ligase TaPUB1 in salt stress tolerance显示文摘U-box E3 ubiquitin ligases play important roles in the ubiquitin/26 S proteasome machinery and in abiotic stress responses. Ta PUB1-overexpressing wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) were generated to evaluate its function in salt tolerance. These plants had more salt stress tolerance during seedling and flowering stages, whereas the Ta PUB1-RNA interference(RNAi)-mediated knock-down transgenic wheat showed more salt stress sensitivity than the wild type(WT). Ta PUB1 overexpression upregulated the expression of genes related to ion channels and increased the net root Na+efflux, but decreased the net K+efflux and H+influx, thereby maintaining a low cytosolic Na+/K+ratio, compared with the WT. However,RNAi-mediated knock-down plants showed the opposite response to salt stress. Ta PUB1 could induce the expression of some genes that improved the antioxidant capacity of plants under salt stress. Ta PUB1 also interacted with Ta MP(Triticum aestivum α-mannosidase protein), a regulator playing an important role in salt response in yeast and in plants. Thus, low cytosolic Na+/K+ratios and better antioxidant enzyme activities could be maintained in wheat with overexpression of Ta PUB1 under salt stress. | 8 | Tuning the luminous properties and optical thermometry of Cs_(2)SnCl_(6) phosphor microcrystals via Bi and Sb codoping显示文摘The toxicity and instability of lead halide perovskite seriously limit its commercial application in lighting,although it has high photoluminescence(PL)efficiency and adjustable emission.Here,lead-free bismuth(Bi)and antimony(Sb)codoped Cs_(2)SnCl_(6)(BSCSC)microcrystals(MCs)are prepared successfully by a solvothermal method.The PL spectrum is composed of dual emission bands with the peak at 485 and 650 nm,of which relative intensity can be tunable through the change of Bi and Sb feeding contents,respectively.Because of the phonon–electron interaction,the PL intensity is enhanced as the temperature rises within the range of 80–260 K.Then,the nonradiative transition is intensified until 380 K,which results in decrease in PL intensity.Simultaneously,combining with time-resolved PL,it is concluded that the emission peak at 485 nm is attributed to the[Bi_(Sn)+V_(Cl)]as the luminescent centers with the lifetime of hundreds of nanoseconds,and the emission peak at 650 nm is attributed to microsecond-timescale self-trapped excitons.The maximum values of relative sensitivity(S_(R))and absolute sensitivity(S_(A))values obtained are 3.82%K^(-1) and 5.11 ns·K^(-1),which for the first time to our knowledge demonstrate that BSCSC MCs can be novel luminescent materials for developing better optical thermometry.Whitelight-emitting diodes(WLEDs)are constructed using BSCSC MCs only combined with an LED chip,the Commission Internationale de L’Eclairage color coordinates of which are(0.30,0.37).It provides a novel scheme for the lighting field to realize WLEDs without adding additional commercial phosphors. | SHUNFA GONG RUIRUI WU SEN YANG LIFANG WU MINMIN ZHANG QIUJU HAN WENZHI WU | 2021 | Photonics Research2021,9,11: | 2 |

| 16 | A differential privacy protection query language for medical data:a proof-of-concept system validation显示文摘Objective: Medical data mining and sharing is an important process in E-Health applications. However, because these data consist of a large amount of personal private information of patients, there is the risk of privacy disclosure when sharing and mining. Therefore, ensuring the security of medical big data in the process of publishing, sharing, and mining has become the focus of current research. The objective of our study is to design a framework based on a differential privacy protection mechanism to ensure the secure sharing of medical data. We developed a privacy protection query language (PQL) that integrates multiple data mining methods and provides a secure sharing function.Methods: This study is mainly performed in Xuzhou Medical University, China and designs three sub-modules: a parsing module, mining module, and noising module. Each module encapsulates different computing methods, such as a composite parser and a noise theory. In the PQL framework, we apply the differential privacy theory to the results of the computing between modules to guarantee the security of various mining algorithms. These computing devices operate independently, but the mining results depend on their cooperation. In addition, PQL is encapsulated in MNSSp3 that is a data mining and security sharing platform and the data comes from public data sets, such as UCBI. The public data set (NCBI database) was used as the experimental data, and the data collection time was January 2020.Results: We designed and developed a query language that provides functions for medical data mining, sharing, and privacy preservation. We theoretically proved the performance of the PQL framework. | 17 | Inner Co Synergizing Outer Ru Supported on Carbon Nanotubes for Efficient pH-Universal Hydrogen Evolution Catalysis显示文摘Exploring highly active but inexpensive electrocatalysts for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is of critical importance for hydrogen production from electrochemical water splitting.Herein,we report a multicomponent catalyst with exceptional activity and durability for HER,in which cobalt nanoparticles were in-situ confined inside bamboo-like carbon nanotubes(CNTs)while ultralow ruthenium loading(~2.6μg per electrode area~cm^(−2))is uniformly deposited on their exterior walls(Co@CNTsǀRu).The atomic-scale structural investigations and theoretical calculations indicate that the confined inner Co and loaded outer Ru would induce charge redistribution and a synergistic electron coupling,not only optimizing the adsorption energy of H intermediates(ΔGH*)but also facilitating the electron/mass transfer.The as-developed Co@CNTsǀRu composite catalyst requires overpotentials of only 10,32,and 63 mV to afford a current density of 10 mA cm^(−2) in alkaline,acidic and neutral media,respectively,representing top-level catalytic activity among all reported HER catalysts.The current work may open a new insight into the rational design of carbon-supported metal catalysts for practical applications. | Jian Chen Yuan Ha Ruirui Wang Yanxia Liu Hongbin Xu Bin Shang Renbing Wu Hongge Pan | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,11: | 1 |
