Modulation of expression of P16 and Her2 in rat breast tissues of mammary hyperplasia model by external use of Rupifang Extract显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Rupifang Extract in external use on expression of proto-oncogenes her2 and tumor suppression genes p16 in rat breast tissues of mammary hyperplasia model. To explore the mechanisms of Rupifang Extract in external use for preventing and treating mammary hyperplasia.METHODS:Thirty virginal female Wistar rats were randomized into 5 groups,6 in each,A:blank control group;B:model group;C:the low dose group of Rupifang;D:the middle dose group of Rupifang;and E:The high dose group of Rupifang. The mammary hyperplasia rat models were produced by injecting estradiol benzoate and progesterone and irritating by tail nipping.Drug intervention was also launched during the model formation. After 30 days, the expression of her2 and p16 in breast tissues of rats in each group were detected by the SP immunohistochemical method.RESULTS:Compared with Blank control group, the expression of her2 in breast tissues in Model group was higher, and the expression of p16 was lower(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After intervention with Rupifang Extract, compared with Model group, the expression of her2 in breast tissues in Rupifang groups was lower, and the expression of p16 higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01).CONCLUSION:The mechanisms of Rupifang Extract in external application for preventing and treating mammary hyperplasia may be reducing the expression of proto-oncogenes her2 and increasing the expression of tumor suppression genes p16. | Guijuan Zhang Dehui Li Hui Guo Rui Liao Bizhu Tan Suyi Zhang Yubin Liu Min Ma Xiaoting Zeng Zhuolong Peng Si Huang Yinghui Zheng Yi Ma | 2012 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,4: | 6
Discrete time transfer matrix method for dynamics analysis of complex weapon systems显示文摘Efficient, precise dynamic modeling and analysis for complex weapon systems have become more and more important in their dynamic design and performance optimizing. As a new method developed in recent years, the discrete time transfer matrix method of multibody system is highly efficient for multibody system dynamics. In this paper, taking a shipboard gun system as an example, by deducing some new transfer equations of elements, the discrete time transfer matrix method of multibody sys- tem is used to solve the dynamics problems of complex rigid-flexible coupling weapon systems successfully. This method does not need the global dynamic equations of system and has the low order of system matrix, high computational efficiency. The proposed method has advantages for dynamic design of complex weapon systems, and can be carried over straightforwardly to other complex mechanical systems. | RUI XiaoTing RONG Bao WANG GuoPing HE Bin | 2011 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,5: | 5
The application of carbon materials in nonaqueous Na‐O2 batteries显示文摘Na‐O2 batteries are advantageous as the candidates of next‐generation electric vehicles due to their ultrahigh theoretical energy density and have attracted enormous attention recently.Tremendous efforts have been devoted to improve the Na‐O2 battery performance by designing advanced electrodes with various carbonbased materials.Carbon materials used in Na‐O2 batteries not only function as the air electrode to provide active sites and accommodate discharge products but also as Na anode protectors against dendrite growth and chemical/electrochemical corrosion. In this review,we mainly focus on the application of various carbonbased materials in Na‐O2 batteries and highlight their advances. The scientific understanding on the fundamental design of the material microstructure and chemistry in relation to the battery performance are summarized. Finally, perspectives on enhancing the overall battery performance based on the optimization and rational design of carbon‐based cell components are also briefly anticipated. | Xiaoting Lin Qian Sun Kieran Doyle Davis Ruying Li Xueliang Sun | 2019 | Carbon Energy2019,1,2: | 5
Transfer matrix method for determination of the natural vibration characteristics of elastically coupled launch vehicle boosters显示文摘The analysis of natural vibration characteristics has become one of important steps of the manufacture and dynamicdesignintheaerospaceindustry.Thispaperpresents a new scenario called virtual cutting in the context of the transfer matrix method of linear multibody systems closedlooptopologyforcomputingthefreevibrationcharacteristics of elastically coupled fl xible launch vehicle boosters. In this approach, the coupled system is idealized as a triple-beam system-like structure coupled by linear translational springs, where a non-uniform free-free Euler–Bernoulli beam is used.A large thrust-to-weight ratio leads to large axial accelerations that result in an axial inertia load distribution from nose to tail. Consequently, it causes the development of significan compressive forces along the length of the launch vehicle. Therefore, it is important to take into account this effect in the transverse vibration model. This scenario does not need the global dynamics equations of a system, and it has high computational efficien y and low memory requirements. The validity of the presented scenario is achieved through comparison to other approaches published in the literature. | Laith K.Abbas Qinbo Zhou Hossam Hendy Xiaoting Rui | 2015 | Acta Mechanica Sinica2015,31,4: | 3

Dynamic modeling and H_∞ independent modal space vibration control of laminate plates显示文摘In this paper, combining the transfer matrix method and the finite element method, the modified finite element transfer matrix method is presented for high efficient dynamic modeling of laminated plates. Then, by constructing the modal filter and the disturbance force observer, and using the feedback and feedforward approaches, the H ∞ independent modal space control strategy is designed for active vibration control of laminate plates subjected to arbitrary, immeasurable disturbance forces. Compared with ordinary dynamic modeling and control methods of laminated plate structures, the proposed method has the low memory requirement, high computational efficiency and robust control performance. Formulations as well as some numerical examples are given to validate the method and the control performance. | RONG Bao RUI XiaoTing WANG GuoPing YANG FuFeng | 2011 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,9: | 1

Dynamic Simulation of Space Debris Cloud Capture Using the Tethered Net显示文摘Space debris, especially the space debris cloud, has threatened severely the safety of future space missions. In the framework of multibody system dynamics,a computational approach is proposed in this study to investigate the dynamics of net deployment and capture of space debris cloud using this net subject to large overall motions and large deformations. To obtain high simulation fidelity of capturing space debris cloud, the gradient deficient beam element of the absolute nodal coordinate formulation(ANCF)is employed to discretize threads which are woven into the net.The normal contact force between the net and the debris cloud and among debris particles is computed by using the penalty method. Some deployment examples are presented to investigate the influences of shooting velocity of bullets and microgravity as well as the angle between the traveling direction of the net and the microgravity direction on the deployment characteristics of the tethered net.Other capturing examples are given to clarify the effect of the deployment area of the net at the moment it starts to contact with the debris cloud on the capture rate and to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach for capturing space debris cloud using the net in microgravity conditions. | Qingtao Wang Dongping Jin Xiaoting Rui | 2021 | Space(Science & Technology)2021,,1: | 1
