1水分胁迫对番茄叶片气孔传导及光合色素的影响显示文摘 以栽培番茄品种AilsaCraig的6叶期幼苗为试验材料,在水培条件下研究了50,75和100g/LPEG水分胁迫对叶片气孔传导、光合色素含量及发叶速度的影响。结果表明,水分胁迫使气孔传导度和发叶速度降低,光合色素增加。气孔传导度和发叶速度的降低均与水分胁迫强度和持续时间有关,而光合色素的增加主要与胁迫持续时间有关。程智慧 孟焕文 Stephen A Rolfe Julie D Scholes 2002西北农林科技大学学报(自然科学版)2002,30,6:32
2催化吲哚生成靛蓝的细胞色素P450BM-3定向进化研究显示文摘以催化吲哚产生的靛蓝在630nm处具有特殊的吸收峰为高通量筛选指标,将来源于Bacillusmegaterium的细胞色素P450BM-3单加氧酶的基因序列用易错聚合酶链式反应进行定向进化,通过多轮突变,在原有的能产靛蓝的高活力突变酶的基础上成功获得了三个高于亲本酶的突变酶,突变酶的酶活分别是亲本酶的6.6倍(hml001),9.6倍(hml002)和5.3倍(hml003),并对突变酶的动力学参数进行了分析.突变酶DNA测序的结果表明,hml001含有一个有义氨基酸置换I39V,hml002含有三个有义氨基酸置换D168N,A225V,K440N,hml003含有一个有义氨基酸置换E435D,这些突变位点有些远离底物结合部位,有些位于底物结合部位.李红梅 梅乐和 URLACHER VLADA SCHMID ROLF D 2005生物化学与生物物理进展2005,32,7:14

4促进透皮递药的化学和物理方法显示文摘开发透皮给药系统中的关键,是药物吸收的重现性和提供足够治疗的药物量。目前,仅有少量商品化制剂,主要是那些在低毫克级有效、并且在24小时内能透入足够量以产生系统作用的药物制剂。本文介绍促进药物透皮吸收和应用透皮给药制剂的各种技术。化学方法在过去几年中,用化学方法促进药物透皮吸收受到很多关注,化学促进剂可分为两类:两性分子和潜溶剂分子。两者均作用于角质层,且有一共同的特征,即影响穿透剂的热力学活性。潜溶剂与两性促进剂的区别在于前者能很快影响角质层并透入皮肤深层。两性分子含有极性和非极性部分,显示各自的溶解特性,一般称为表面活性剂,微溶于水,目前研究的若干两性分子如表所示。Rolf D 闻苹 1989国外医药(合成药.生化药.制剂分册)1989,10,6:3
