| 1 | Phosphorus recovery from municipal and fertilizer wastewater:China's potential and perspective显示文摘Phosphorus(P) is a limited resource, which can neither be synthesized nor substituted in its essential functions as nutrient. Currently explored and economically feasible global reserves may be depleted within generations. China is the largest phosphate fertilizer producing and consuming country in the world. China's municipal wastewater contains up to 293,163 Mg year of phosphorus, which equals approximately 5.5% of the chemical fertilizer phosphorus consumed in China. Phosphorus in wastewater can be seen not only as a source of pollution to be reduced, but also as a limited resource to be recovered. | 2 | C_4作物FACE(free-air CO_2 enrichment)研究进展显示文摘持续迅速上升的大气二氧化碳浓度([CO2])是全球变暖最大的驱动因子,但其作为光合作用底物直接增加了作物的生产力。相比C3作物,人们对未来高浓度CO2情形下C4作物的响应规律认识较少。与封闭或半封闭气室研究相比,FACE(free-airCO2 enrichment)试验在空气自由流动的大田条件下对作物表现进行研究,它提供了对未来作物生长环境的真实模拟,因此提供了评估CO2肥料效应以及揭示植物响应机制的最好机会。作为人类重要的粮食和饲料来源,高粱和玉米是最重要的C4作物。在简介美国玉米和高粱FACE系统的基础上,综述了FACE情形下高浓度CO2(模拟本世纪中叶大气CO2浓度,即550μmol/mol)对两大作物生理、生长和产量以及土壤特性等方面的影响,同时比较了与气室研究结果的异同点。(1)FACE使干旱条件下两作物光合作用显著增强,但湿润条件下没有影响;FACE条件下高粱出现光合适应现象,而玉米没有;(2)FACE使两作物气孔导度大幅下降,导致叶温升高、蒸腾速率下降、蒸发蒸腾总量减少或没有变化、叶片总水势和水分利用效率增加或没有变化;(3)FACE对两作物物候期和化学组分影响很少;(4)FACE使干旱条件下两作物生长和产量略有增加,但湿润条件下没有影响;(5)FACE使高粱田土壤丛枝状菌根真菌的长度和易提取胶状物质浓度显著增加,导致水稳性土壤团聚体增加;FACE对高粱田N2O或含氮气体(N2O+N2)的排放没有影响;(6)高浓度CO2对两作物气孔导度的影响FACE试验明显大于气室试验,而对生长和产量的影响呈相反趋势。阐明CO2与基因型、土壤湿度和大气温度间的互作效应及其机制是下一轮C4作物FACE研究优先考虑的方向,技术的不断进步已为利用大型FACE系统来研究这些互作效应提供了可能。 | 王云霞 杨连新 Remy Manderscheid 王余龙 | 2011 | 生态学报2011,31,5: | 17 |

| 5 | 神经生长因子诱导神经干细胞分化的作用机制探讨显示文摘目的探讨神经生长因子(NGF)对体外培养的小鼠神经干细胞(NSCs)分化为神经元的作用及可能机制。方法以无血清培养法从孕13~14 d的昆明小鼠大脑皮质分离培养获得NSCs,传至3代后,进行NGF处理,并对培养的细胞进行MAP-2免疫细胞化学染色,荧光显微镜下对MAP-2阳性细胞进行计数。同时运用蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blot)考察NGF对TrkA、Akt、Erk磷酸化水平的影响;在研究NGF作用的信号转导通路时,预先给予各种信号通路抑制剂处理,再进行NGF干预,通过MAP-2染色及Western blot考察NGF促进神经干细胞分化为神经元的信号通路。结果 NGF可以显著促使NSCs分化为神经元并可以促进TrkA、Akt和Erk的磷酸化,呈现剂量和时间依赖性;各种通路抑制剂结果显示PI3K/Akt抑制剂可以阻断NGF对Akt的磷酸化作用,同时阻断了NGF对NSCs的促分化作用,MAPK抑制剂处理可以阻断NGF对Erk的磷酸化作用,但未见明显阻断NGF的促分化作用。结论 NGF可以促进NSCs分化为神经元,其作用机制可能与激活PI3K/Akt信号通路有关。 | 苏肖英 汪海涛 孟茜 Remi Quirion 郑文华 | 2012 | 广东医学2012,33,1: | 11 |
| 6 | Complex ankle arthrodesis: Review of the literature显示文摘Complex ankle arthrodesis is defined as an ankle fusion that is at high risk of delayed and nonunion secondary to patient comorbidities and/or local ankle/hindfoot factors. Risk factors that contribute to defining this group of patients can be divided into systemic factors and local factors pertaining to co-existing ankle or hindfoot pathology. Orthopaedic surgeons should be aware of these risk factors and their association with patients' outcomes after complex ankle fusions. Both external and internal fixations have demonstrated positive outcomes with regards to achieving stable fixation and minimizing infection. Recent innovations in the application of biophysical agents and devices have shown promising results as adjuncts for healing. Both osteoconductive and osteoinductive agents have been effectively utilized as biological adjuncts for bone healing with low complication rates. Devices such as pulsed electromagnetic field bone stimulators, internal direct current stimulators and low-intensity pulsed ultrasound bone stimulators have been associated with faster bone healing and improved outcomes scores when compared with controls. | 7 | Efficiency of HAART in the prevention of mother to children HIV-1 transmission at Saint Camille medical centre in Burkina Faso,West Africa显示文摘Objective:To evaluate efficiency of HAART in the prevention of mother to child HIV transmission.Methods:A longitudinal study was conducted on 1 300 women attending the antenatal service at Saint Camille Medical Centre from September 2010 to July 2011.The HIV status of mothers was determined by rapid tests and EUSA.Discordant results were confirmed by real-time PCR.PCR was used to determine HIV status of children born from HIV-positive mothers.Results:Among 1 300 pregnant women tested for HIV,378 were seropositive.Mothers were predominantly housewives(69.7%),and their mean age was(28.32±0.15) years.The overall prevalence of HIV transmission from mother to child was 4.8%(18/378).This prevalence differed significantly from 0.0%(0/114) to 6.8%(18/264) in children born from mothers under HAART and those with mothers under New Prophylactic Protocol(ACT + 3TC + NVP),respectively(P< 0.01).Children’s mortality rate during the medical follow up was 1.3%(5/378).Among 16 women with HIV dubious status by ELISA,the Real Time PCR confirmed 2/16(12.5%) as HIV positive. | 9 | Characterisation of pH decline and meat color development of beef carcasses during the early postmortem period in a Chinese beef cattle abattoir显示文摘This study investigated the pH/temperature decline of beef carcasses in a typical Chinese abattoir and color development as pH declined during rigor onset. A natural cubic spline model was used to model the pH/temperature decline for those carcasses which passed through pH 6.0. Six of the 97 carcasses that exhibited a high(≥6.10) ultimate pH(pHu)(darkcutting) in the M. longissimus lumborum(LL) were sampled, along with the same numbers of normal pHu and intermediate pHu carcasses(5.40–5.79; 5.80–6.10, respectively), to examine color development within 24h postmortem. It was shown that 66.7% of the modeled carcasses were outside the ideal pH/temperature window with a temperature@pH6.0 lower than ideal, suggesting the need for acceleration of the pH decline. | 19 | Investigation on laser brazing AA6056 Al alloy to XC18 low-carbon steel显示文摘Based on the studies of influence of YAG laser heating conditions for Al alloy melt and steel on wettability,the mechanics of the laser overlap braze welding of 6056 Al and XC18 steel sheet has been investigated.Under the temperature range which is above the melting point of the Al alloy and below the melting point of the steel, two dissimilar metals can be joined by means of laser braze welding. There is no crack observed in the joining area, i.e. Al-Fe intermetallic phase (Fe3Al/FeAl/FeAl3/Fe2Al5) layer formed by solution and diffusion between liquid-solid interface. The temperature range can be defined as the process temperatures of laser braze welding of Al-Fe materials. Selecting a higher laser heating temperature can improve the wettability of Al melt to steel surface, but the intermetallic phase layer is also thicker. | 20 | Gender development and hepatitis B and C infections among pregnant women in Africa:a systematic review and metaanalysis显示文摘Background:Although Africa is a region of hyper endemicity to viral hepatitis B(HBV)and C(HCV)infections,there is limited data on their related burden among pregnant women.The present systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to determine the magnitude of these infections among pregnant women living in Africa and investigate its association with gender-related human development indicators.Main text:We searched PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Africa Journal Online,and Global Index Medicus,with no language restriction,to identify observational studies on HBV and HCV infections in pregnant women residing in Africa published from January 1,2000 until December 31;2017.Eligible studies reported the prevalence of HBV and/or HCV infection(s)(HBs antigen and HCV antibodies)and/or infectivity(HBe antigen or detectable HCV viral load).Each study was independently reviewed for methodological quality.We used a random-effects model metaanalysis to pool studies.In total,145 studies(258251 participants,30 countries)were included,of which 120(82.8%)had a low,24(16.5%)a moderate,and one(0.7%)had a high risk of bias.The prevalence of HBV and HG/infections was 6.8%(95%confidence interval[CI]:6.1-7.6,113 studies)and 3.4%(95%CI:2.6-A.2,58 studies),respectively.The prevalence of HBe antigen and HCV detectable viral load was 18.9%(95%CI:14.4-23.9)and 62.3%(95%CI:51.6-72.5)in HBV positive and HCV positive pregnant women,respectively.The multivariable meta-regression analysis showed that the prevalence of HBV infection increased with decreasing gender development index,males,level of education and females'expected years of schooling.Furthermore,this prevalence was higher in rural areas and in western and central Africa.The prevalence of HCV infection increased with decreasing proportion of seats held by women in parliament.Conclusions:To address the burden of HBV and HCV infections,beyond well-known risk factors at the individual-level,macro-level factors including gender-related human development indicators and dwelling in rural areas should be considered.In Africa,HBV or HCV infeaed mothers seems to have high potential of transmission to their children. | Jean Joel Bigna Angeladine M.Kenne Aghiles Hamroun Marie S.Ndangang Audrey Joyce Foka Dahlia Noelle Tounouga Remi Lenain Marie A.Amougou Jobert Richie Nansseu | 2019 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2019,8,2: | 2 |
