1An update on the regulatory mechanisms of NLRP3 inflammasome activation显示文摘The NOD-,LRR-,and pyrin domain-containing protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome is a multiprotein complex involved in the release of mature interleukin-1βand triggering of pyroptosis,which is of paramount importance in a variety of physiological and pathological conditions.Over the past decade,considerable advances have been made in elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying the priming/licensing(Signal 1)and assembly(Signal 2)involved in NLRP3 inflammasome activation.Recently,a number of studies have indicated that the priming/licensing step is regulated by complicated mechanisms at both the transcriptional and posttranslational levels.In this review,we discuss the current understanding of the mechanistic details of NLRP3 inflammasome activation with a particular emphasis on protein-protein interactions,posttranslational modifications,and spatiotemporal regulation of the NLRP3 inflammasome machinery.We also present a detailed summary of multiple positive and/or negative regulatory pathways providing upstream signals that culminate in NLRP3 inflammasome complex assembly.A better understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying NLRP3 inflammasome activation will provide opportunities for the development of methods for the prevention and treatment of NLRP3 inflammasome-related diseases.Seungwha Paik Jin Kyung Kim Prashanta Silwal Chihiro Sasakawa Eun-Kyeong Jo 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,5:43

3Lung adenocarcinoma with GGO nodules:HRCT radiological and pathological correlation显示文摘Background:Lung cancer is the most common cancer related death in the world for the both male and female as well.Adenocarcinoma is the most common pathological type which is in increasing trend.With recent advancement of screening of lung cancer with HRCT,GGO lesion has been noted frequently.GGO is a nonspecific finding that may be caused by various disorders,including inflammatory diseases,focal fibrosis,atypical adenomatous hyperplasia,bronchoalveolar carcinoma(BAC),and adenocarcinoma.This study intends to analyze the correlation between high resolutions computed tomography(HRCT)findings and the pathological findings of lung adenocarcinoma.Material and methods:Retrospective review of 16 cases of lung adenocarcinoma lesions after surgical resection.Tumors were defined as air containing type based on ratio of maximum dimension of the tumor on mediastinal window to the maximum diameter of the tumor on lung window was≤50%and as solid density if the ratio was>50%.The correlation between CT findings(homogenous/heterogeneous,airbronchogram,pleural tag,speculation,vascular involvement,pleural thickening,margin,shape)and pathological findings were investigated.Results:Of 3 air containing 2 were pre-invasive type and 1 was invasive.Among 13 solid density type all 13 were invasive type.Presence of speculation,heterogeneous appearance was found significantly associated with pathological invasion.Conclusion:Air containing type of small cells lung adenocarcinomas are preinvasive whereas solid densities are invasive.Speculation and heterogeneous are significant factor in invasive adenocarcinoma.ACHARYA Prashanta PAUDEL Rasmita XU Qiu-zhen 2015东南大学学报(医学版)2015,34,3:2
