| 1 | Combined carriership of TLR9 -1237C and CD14 -260T alleles enhances the risk of developing chronic relapsing pouchitis显示文摘AIM: To investigate the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in genes involved in bacterial recognition and the susceptibility to pouchitis or pouchitis severity.METHODS: Analyses of CD14 -260C>T, CARD15/NOD2 3020insC, Toll-like receptor (TLR)4 +896A>G,TLR9 -1237T>C, TLR9+ 2848G>A, and IRAKM +22148G>A SNPs were performed in 157 ileal-pouch anal anastomosis (IPAA) patients (79 patients who did not develop pouchitis, 43 infrequent pouchitis patients,35 chronic relapsing pouchitis patients) and 224 Italian Caucasian healthy controls.RESULTS: No significant differences were found in SNP frequencies between controls and IPAA patients.However, a significant difference in carriership frequency of the TLR9-1237C allele was found between the infrequent pouchitis and chronic relapsing pouchitis groups [P = 0.028, odd's ratio (OR) = 3.2, 95%CI = 1.2-8.6].This allele uniquely represented a 4-locus TLR9 haplotype comprising both studied TLR9 SNPs in Caucasians.Carrier trait analysis revealed an enhanced combined carriership of the alleles TLR9 -1237C and CD14 -260T in the chronic relapsing pouchitis and infrequent pouchitis group (P = 0.018, OR = 4.1, 95%CI = 1.4 -12.3).CONCLUSION: There is no evidence that the SNPs predispose to the need for IPAA surgery. | 2 | 聚丙交酯复合乙交酯微球经肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗肝癌的动物实验显示文摘目的 :在肝细胞癌动物模型上观察聚丙交酯复合乙交酯 (PLcG)微球经肝动脉化疗栓塞术 (TACE)治疗肝癌的疗效。方法 :在雄性ACI大鼠 ( 15例 )肝包膜下植入MorrisHepatoma 392 4A肝癌小瘤块 ( 1mm3) ,移植术后 13天时行磁共振检查。再经正中腹切开术和经胃十二指肠动脉逆行插管进行以下介入治疗 :治疗组A( 40mgPLcG + 0 .0 5mg丝裂霉素 ,4例 )、对照组B( 0 .0 5mg丝裂霉素 + 0 .0 4mg碘化油 +肝动脉结扎 ,4例 )和对照组C( 1.5ml生理盐水 ,7例 )。插管术后 13天再次行磁共振术观察肝肿瘤体积变化。结果 :在C组 ,肿瘤体积在实验期间增长 2 7.12倍 ,在B组 ,肿瘤体积增长 3.76倍 ,而在A组 ,肿瘤体积仅增长 2 .87倍。A组与C组肿瘤体积增长率在t检验时均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :在动物实验中将PLcG微球运用于TACE可明显抑制肝肿瘤生长。 | 钱骏 冯敢生 TruebenbachJ Pereira PL Huppert PE Graepler F Eul T Claussen CD | 2001 | 放射学实践2001，16，6： | 4 |
| 3 | 补充重组人黄体生成素对于大龄生育期女性降调节后卵巢刺激和种植率的影响显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the effects of recombinant human luteinizing hormone (rhLH) supplementation on ovarian stimulation and implantation rate in down- regulated women of advanced reproductive age. Design: Prospective randomized study.Setting: University teaching hospital.Patient(s): A total of 120 consecutive normogona-dotropic infertile women < 35 years old undergoing their first cycle of IVF or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) treatment.Intervention(s): Ovarian stimulation in a long agonist protocol with a combination of recombinant human follicle- stimulating hormone (rhFSH) and rhLH (group 1, n = 60) starting on day 6 of FSH stimulation until hCG at a daily fixed dose of 150 IU of rhLH, or with rhFSH alone (group 2, n = 60).Main Outcome Measure(s): Ovarian stimulation characteristics, ovum retrieval, and IVF/ICSI outcome.Result(s): The mean number of intermediate (10- 14 mm) and large ( > 14- < 18 mm) but not leading ( < 18 mm) follicles was significantly lower in group 1 on the day of hCG injection.The oocyte yield and maturity as well as the number of oocytes fertilized were significantly higher in group 2 than in group 1.However, the number of patients having embryo transfer (n = 55 in both treatment groups), the number and quality of embryos replaced, the implantation rate (20.6% vs.21.7% ) and clinical pregnancy rates per embryo transfer (44% vs.45% ) were similar in groups 1 and 2.Conclusion(s): The rhLH supplementation does not increase ovarian response and implantation rates in patients of older reproductive age stimulated with rhFSH under pituitary suppression for assisted reproductive technologies(ARTs). | Fáabregues F.
