1三江源地区生长季气候变化趋势及草地植被响应显示文摘三江源地区草地植被生长状况不仅关系着当地的生态环境和牧畜业生产,而且对中国和亚洲的生态环境都有重要的影响.但以往的研究集中于年、季尺度降水和气温的变化趋势分析上,很少研究草地植被生长季的气候变化以及草地植被的响应.为此,本文利用三江源地区1961~2007年气温、降水、日照时数和1982年以来NOAA/AVHRR植被指数以及牧业气象站1994年有完整观测以来围封草地的牧草高度、生物量和草层覆盖度等资料,构建气候变化评价模型和草地植被生长气候适宜度模型,综合分析了三江源地区生长季气候变化趋势、草地植被生长气候适宜度变化趋势以及草地植被对气候变化的响应.结果表明,1961年以来三江源地区生长季4~8月平均气温、降水量和日照时数均呈增加趋势,增加幅度分别为每10年0.24℃,2.32mm和2.81h;4~5和6~8月平均气温分别增高0.17和0.30℃,降水量增幅分别为2.80和?0.38mm,日照时数分别增加2.15和1.2h.三江源地区草地植被生长气候适宜度呈上升趋势,其中4~5月上升的速度快于6~8月,整体气候朝着有利于草地植被生长的方向变化.三江源地区1982年以来植被指数整体呈弱的增加趋势,2004年以来草地植被变好趋势明显,草地植被的生长对气候已呈现出正响应的变化.为此,建议三江源地区应充分利用气温升高、降水增加,有利于草地植被生长的暖湿化趋势,加大草地保护力度,促进草地生态环境尽快恢复.钱拴 伏洋 PAN F F 2010中国科学:地球科学2010,40,10:26
2Sorafenib inhibits growth and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma by blocking STAT3显示文摘AIM: To investigate the inhibitory role and the underlying mechanisms of sorafenib on signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) activity in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).METHODS: Human and rat HCC cell lines were treated with sorafenib. Proliferation and STAT3 dephosphorylation were assessed. Potential molecular mechanisms of STAT3 pathway inhibition by sorafenib were evaluated. In vivo antitumor action and STAT3 inhibition were investigated in an immunocompetent orthotopic rat HCC model.RESULTS: Sorafenib decreased STAT3 phosphorylationat the tyrosine and serine residues (Y705 and S727), but did not affect Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) and phosphatase shatterproof 2 (SHP2), which is associated with growth inhibition in HCC cells. Dephosphorylation of S727 was associated with attenuated extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) phosphorylation, similar to the effects of a mitogen-activated protein kinase (MEK) inhibitor U0126, suggesting that sorafenib induced S727 dephosphorylation by inhibiting MEK/ERK signaling. Meanwhile, sorafenib could also inhibit Akt phosphorylation, and both the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitor LY294002 and Akt knockdown resulted in Y705 dephosphorylation, indicating that Y705 dephosphorylation by sorafenib was mediated by inhibiting the PI3K/Akt pathway. 5Nomogram for predicting transmural bowel infarction in patients with acute superior mesenteric venous thrombosis显示文摘BACKGROUND The prognosis of acute mesenteric ischemia(AMI)caused by superior mesenteric venous thrombosis(SMVT)remains undetermined and early detection of transmural bowel infarction(TBI)is crucial.The predisposition to develop TBI is of clinical concern,which can lead to fatal sepsis with hemodynamic instability and multi-organ failure.Early resection of necrotic bowel could improve the prognosis of AMI,however,accurate prediction of TBI remains a challenge for clinicians.When determining the eligibility for explorative laparotomy,the underlying risk factors for bowel infarction should be fully evaluated.AIM To develop and externally validate a nomogram for prediction of TBI in patients with acute SMVT.METHODS Consecutive data from 207 acute SMVT patients at the Wuhan Tongji Hospital and 89 patients at the Guangzhou Nanfang Hospital between July 2005 and December 2018 were included in this study.They were grouped as training and external validation cohort.The 207 cases(training cohort)from Tongji Hospital were divided into TBI and reversible intestinal ischemia groups based on the final therapeutic outcomes.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were conducted to identify independent risk factors for TBI using the training data,and a nomogram was subsequently developed.The performance of the nomogram was evaluated with respect to discrimination,calibration,and clinical usefulness in the training and external validation cohort.RESULTS Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses identified the following independent prognostic factors associated with TBI in the training cohort:The decreased bowel wall enhancement(OR=6.37,P<0.001),rebound tenderness(OR=7.14,P<0.001),serum lactate levels>2 mmol/L(OR=3.14,P=0.009)and previous history of deep venous thrombosis(OR=6.37,P<0.001).Incorporating these four factors,the nomogram achieved good calibration in the training set[area under the receiver operator characteristic curve(AUC)0.860;95%CI:0.771-0.925]and the external validation set(AUC 0.851;95%CI:0.796-0.897).The positive and negative predictive values(95%CIs)of the nomogram were calculated,resulting in positive predictive values of 54.55%(40.07%-68.29%)and 53.85%(43.66%-63.72%)and negative predictive values of 93.33%(82.14%-97.71%)and 92.24%(85.91%-95.86%)for the training and validation cohorts,respectively.Based on the nomogram,patients who had a Nomo-score of more than 90 were considered to have high risk for TBI.Decision curve analysis indicated that the nomogram was clinically useful.CONCLUSION The nomogram achieved an optimal prediction of TBI in patients with AMI.Using the model,the risk for an individual patient inclined to TBI can be assessed,thus providing a rational therapeutic choice.Meng Jiang Chang-Li Li Chun-Qiu Pan Wen-Zhi Lv Yu-Fei Ren Xin-Wu Cui Christoph F Dietrich 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,26:4

8饲料中添加蛋白酶对肉鸡性能、养分利用率、肠道形态和胴体品质的影响显示文摘试验在饲喂玉米、高粱为主的肉鸡日粮中补充大豆,并添加蛋白酶,研究蛋白酶对肉鸡性能、养分消化率、肠道形态和胴体品质的影响。试验选取1日龄AA肉仔鸡(43.8±1.31 g)256只,均为公鸡,随机分配到2×2试验设计方阵中,方阵包括正常组(玉米组和高粱组)和蛋白酶组(空白组和添加蛋白酶150 mg·kg^(-1)的试验组)。试验1~21 d为第一阶段,22~42 d为第二阶段。试验结果表明,第二阶段中,日粮中添加蛋白酶极显著提高肉鸡的平均日增重(ADG,P<0.01),在整个试验过程中显著提高(P<0.05)。在各个时期,正常组对肉鸡生产性能均无显著影响(P>0.05)。19~21 d时,添加蛋白酶可显著提高肉鸡的表观代谢能(AME),干物质(DM)、总能量(GE)和养分消化率(P<0.05)。此外,日粮以高粱为主时,AME、GE消化率有降低趋势(P=0.05),氮沉积率也有降低趋势(P=0.08)。40~42 d时,日粮中添加蛋白酶可显著提高AME,DM、GE和氮沉积率(P<0.05)。21 d时,日粮中添加蛋白酶极显著增加肠绒毛高度、肠绒毛与隐窝深度比值,极显著降低十二指肠、空肠、回肠的隐窝深度(P<0.01)。42 d时,日粮中添加蛋白酶显著增加空肠肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值,显著降低隐窝深度(P<0.05)。日粮中添加蛋白酶显著增加胸肌重、24 h p H,显著降低胸肌的滴水损失(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,饲养阶段日粮中添加复合蛋白酶可提高肉鸡ADG;在第一阶段可改善AME、DM、GE和氮沉积率和肠道形态。补充蛋白酶可提高出栏重、胸肌重和24 h pH,降低胸肌的滴水损失。低单宁高粱日粮与玉米日粮相比,对肉鸡性能的影响相近。Xu X Wang H L Pan L Ma X K Tian Q Y Xu Y T Long S F Zhang Z H Piao X S 2017饲料博览2017,0,1:2
