| 1 | 马尾松抗松毛虫植株的抗性机制研究显示文摘本文研究了广西玉林地区、林科所1959年种植的马尾松抗虫11号植株的抗性机制。通过用抗11号松树对马尾松毛虫成虫产卵选择性试验和幼虫饲养试验。发现抗11号松树对成虫具有拒产卵性,对幼虫具有拒取食性。用抗11号松树针叶饲养的幼虫,出现发育迟缓,死亡率高,蛹重减轻等现象。本研究证明了抗11号松树对马尾松毛虫具有抗选择性和抗生性。抗虫性的主要原因是针叶内含物起了变化,产生拒成虫产卵及幼虫取食并致令生成营养屏障。 | The Research Group of the Resistance of Massion Pine to Masson Pine Moth | 1990 | 林业科学1990，26，2： | 22 |
| 2 | 历史的进步与退步:以“大一统”观念为例显示文摘2005年10月15日—16日,南开大学历史学院和《历史研究》编辑部在天津联合举办“中国传统社会基本问题论坛”。“论坛”特别注重中国传统社会演进的重大问题、基本脉络的认识把握与理论提升,以及学界关注的热点问题。由于议题大多是中国古代史教学科研中值得深思的共性疑难,故与会者唇枪舌剑,彼此交锋,讨论非常热烈。还在相互论难中迸发出不少智慧火花,提高和升华了理论认识。争鸣议论的热点主要是:历史观与中国传统社会研究理论范式的清理与建构,包括唯物史观、文化史观、阶级分析方法等;中国传统社会的阶段性发展与变迁,例如唐宋变革、文明冲突与中华多元一体、思想与社会的互动等;中国传统社会的基本构造、集团、分层及利益冲突整合等等。与会者普遍认为,改革开放以来,我国的史学研究突破了“五朵金花”之类的单调理论范式,在具体深入的断代研究和专门研究上取得了前所未有的成绩,应予以充分肯定。但是,倘若仅仅满足于断代或专门的具体研究,局限性较大。只有具体研究与基本问题探讨共同发展,相得益彰,才能积极推动中国古代史研究的繁荣。现将与会专家的代表性论说荟萃如下,以飨同好,以飨读者。 | 尤锐(Yuri Pines) | 2006 | 史学集刊2006，，1： | 6 |
| 3 | Halofuginone for fibrosis, regeneration and cancer in the gastrointestinal tract显示文摘Organ fibrosis and architectural remodeling can severely disrupt tissue function,often with fatal consequences.Fibrosis is the end result of chronic inflammatory reactions induced by a variety of stimuli,and the key cellular mediator of fibrosis comprises the myofibroblasts which,when activated,serve as the primary collagen-producing cells.Complex links exist between fibrosis,regeneration and carcinogenesis,and the concept that all organs contain common tissue fibrosis pathways that could be potential therapeutic targets is an attractive one.Because of the major impact of fibrosis on human health there is an unmet need for safe and effective therapies that directly target fibrosis.Halofuginone inhibits tissue fibrosis and regeneration,and thereby affects the development of tumors in various tissues along the gastrointestinal tract.The high efficacy of halofuginone in reducing the fibrosis that affects tumor growth and tissue regeneration is probably due to its dual role in inhibiting the signaling pathway of transforming growth factorβ,on the one hand,and inhibiting the development of Th17 cells,on the other hand.At present halofuginone is being evaluated in a clinical trial for other fibrotic indication,and any clinical success in that trial would allow the use of halofuginone,also for all other fibrotic indications,including those of the gastrointestinal tract. | Mark Pines | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014，20，40： | 5 |

| 16 | Hydrodynamics based transfection in normal and fibrotic rats显示文摘AIM: Hydrodynamics based transfection (HBT), the injection of a large volume of naked plasmid DNA in a short time is a relatively simple, efficient and safe method for in vivo transfection of liver cells. Though used for quite some time, the mechanism of gene transfection has not yet been elucidated. METHODS: A luciferase encoding plasmid was injected using the hydrodynamics based procedure into normal and thioacetamide-induced fibrotic Sprague Dawley rats. Scanning and transmission electron microscopy images were taken. The consequence of a dual injection of Ringer solution and luciferase pDNA was followed. Halofuginone, an anti collagen type I inhibitor was used to reduce ECM load in fibrotic rats prior to the hydrodynamic injection. RESULTS: Large endothelial gaps formed as soon as 10’ following hydrodynamic injection; these gradually returned to normal 10 d post injection. Hydrodynamic administration of Ringer 10 or 30 m prior to moderate injection of plasmid did not result in efficient transfection suggesting that endothelial gaps by themselves are not sufficient for gene expression. Gene transfection following hydrodynamic injection in thioacetamide induced fibrotic rats was diminished coinciding with the level of fibrosis. Halofuginone, a specific collagen typeⅠ inhibitor, alleviated this effect. CONCLUSION: The hydrodynamic pressure formedfollowing HBT results in the formation of large endothelial gaps. These gaps, though important in the transfer of DNA molecules from the blood to the space of Disse are not enough to provide the appropriate conditions for hepatocyte transfection.
