1Outline of the Report on Cardiovascular Disease in China,2010显示文摘Major and profound changes have taken place in China over the past 30 years.Rapid socioeconomic progress has exerted a great impact on lifestyle,ranging from food,clothing,working and living conditions,and means of transportation to leisure activities and entertainment.At the same time,new health problems have emerged,and health services are facing new challenges.Presently,cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are among the top health problems of the Chinese people,and pose a serious challenge to all engaged in the prevention and control of these diseases.An epidemic of CVD in China is emerging as a result of lifestyle changes,urbanization and longevity.Both national policy decision-making and medical practice urgently need an authoritative report which comprehensively reflects the trends in the epidemic of CVD and current preventive measures.Since 2005,guided by the Bureau of Disease Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China and the National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases of China,nationwide experts in the fields of epidemiology,clinical medicine and health economics in the realms of CVD,cerebrovascular disease,diabetes and chronic kidney disease,completed the Report on Cardiovascular Diseases in China every year.The report aims to provide a timely review of the trend of the epidemic and to assess the progress of prevention and control of CVD.In addition,as the report is authoritative,representative and readable,it will become an information platform in the CVD field and an important reference book for government,academic institutes,medical organizations and clinical physicians.This publication is expected to play a positive role in the prevention and control of CVD in China.We present an abstract from the Report on Cardiovascular Diseases in China (2010),including trends in CVD,morbidity and mortality of major CVDs,up-to-date assessment of risk factors,as well as health resources for CVD,and a profile of medical expenditure,with the aim of providing evidence for decision-making in CVD prevention and control programs in China,and of delivering the most authoritative information on CVD prevention and control for all citizens.HUSheng Shou KONG Ling Zhi GAO Run Lin ZHU Man Lu WANG Wen WANG Yong Jun WU Zhao Su CHEN Wei Wei LIU Ming Bo For the editorial board 2012Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2012,25,3:93

5Chinese expert consensus statement on the diagnosis and treatment of fulminant myocarditis显示文摘Fulminant myocarditis is primarily caused by infection with any number of a variety of viruses. It arises quickly, progresses rapidly, and may lead to severe heart failure or circulatory failure presenting as rapid-onset hypotension and cardiogenic shock,with mortality rates as high as 50%–70%. Most importantly, there are no treatment options, guidelines or an expert consensus statement. Here, we provide the first expert consensus, the Chinese Society of Cardiology Expert Consensus Statement on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Fulminant Myocarditis, based on data from our recent clinical trial(NCT03268642). In this statement, we describe the clinical features and diagnostic criteria of fulminant myocarditis, and importantly, for the first time,we describe a new treatment regimen termed life support-based comprehensive treatment regimen. The core content of this treatment regimen includes(i) mechanical life support(applications of mechanical respirators and circulatory support systems,including intraaortic balloon pump and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation),(ii) immunological modulation by using sufficient doses of glucocorticoid, immunoglobulin and(iii) antiviral reagents using neuraminidase inhibitor. 8Grey GM(1,1) Model with Function-Transfer Method for Wear Trend Prediction and its Application显示文摘Trend forecasting is an important aspect in fault diagnosis and work state supervision. The principle, where Grey theory is applied in fault forecasting, is that the forecast system is considered as a Grey system; the existing known information is used to infer the unknown information’s character, state and development trend in a fault pattern, and to make possible forecasting and decisions for future development. It involves the whitenization of a Grey process. But the traditional equal time interval Grey GM (1,1) model requires equal interval data and needs to bring about accumulating addition generation and reversion calculations. Its calculation is very complex. However, the non equal interval Grey GM (1,1) model decreases the condition of the primitive data when establishing a model, but its requirement is still higher and the data were pre processed. The abrasion primitive data of plant could not always satisfy these modeling requirements. Therefore, it establishes a division method suited for general data modeling and estimating parameters of GM (1,1), the standard error coefficient that was applied to judge accuracy height of the model was put forward; further, the function transform to forecast plant abrasion trend and assess GM (1,1) parameter was established. These two models need not pre process the primitive data. It is not only suited for equal interval data modeling, but also for non equal interval data modeling. Its calculation is simple and convenient to use. The oil spectrum analysis acted as an example. The two GM (1,1) models put forward in this paper and the new information model and its comprehensive usage were investigated. 9细鳞斜颌鲴的养殖及其生物学研究显示文摘细鳞斜颌鲴是在我国分布较广而又为群众所喜爱的一种野生经济鱼类。这种鱼在某些天然水体中可成为优势种群,产量较大,最高可以占总渔获量的50%以上。但有许多水体中却没有这种鱼或数量不大。通过试验和研究,我们已能对这种鱼进行大规模的人工繁殖和苗种培育,近年来,已将数万尾大规格鱼种投放到一原来只投放“家鱼”(泛指鲩、青、鲢、鳙,以下均同)的水库中,并将检验其增产效果。实践证明斜颌鲴在池塘中与现有“家鱼”混养时,非但不影响“家鱼”的生长,并可使池塘总产量增加10%以上;原因是这种鱼主要以其他养殖鱼类尚未利用或未能充分利用的腐屑、腐泥和着生藻类为食物。该鱼头两年生长较快,两周年可达一市斤左右,并第一次达到性成熟,这种规格的鱼上市就是经济价值高的优良食用鱼。因其在池塘中易于捕捞,故也是丰产塘中轮捕轮放的好对象。按普通“家鱼”种的培育方法当年鱼可养成4寸左右,第二年底都能在半斤以上,大的可达8两半。由于该鱼头小肉多而味美,故即使2—3两重的鱼在市场上也受到顾客的欢迎。本文还介绍了养殖这种鱼的方法及其有关的生物学资料,并讨论了在天然水体中促使这种鱼增产的可能途径。Administrative Board of the Tao-Yuan-Ho Reservoir,Hupei Province Section of Introduction Acclimation,Laboratory of Fish Genetics Breeding,Institute of Hydrobiology,Hupei Province 1975水生生物学集刊1975,5,4:10

19Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Protocols for Diabetic Nephropathy显示文摘As a dreaded consequence of diabetes mellitus (DM),diabetic nephropathy (DN)accounts for about 40%of end-stage renal disease (ESRD).
