| 1 | The evolution of corneal and refractive surgery with the femtosecond laser显示文摘The use of femtosecond lasers has created an evolution in modern corneal and refractive surgery.With accuracy,safety,and repeatability,eye surgeons can utilize the femtosecond laser in almost all anterior refractive procedures;laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK),small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE),penetrating keratoplasty(PKP),insertion of intracorneal ring segments,anterior and posterior lamellar keratoplasty(Deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty(DALK)and Descemet's stripping endothelial keratoplasty(DSEK)),insertion of corneal inlays and cataract surgery.As the technology matures,it will push surgical limits and open new avenues for ophthalmic intervention in areas not yet explored.As we witness the transition from femto-LASIK to femto-cataract surgery it becomes obvious that this innovation is here to stay.This article presents some of the most relevant advances of femtosecond lasers to modern corneal and refractive surgery. | Antonis Aristeidou Elise V.Taniguchi Michael Tsatsos Rodrigo Muller Colm McAlinden Roberto Pineda Eleftherios I.Paschalis | 2015 | Eye and Vision2015，2，1： | 9 |
| 2 | 水力耦合作用下非饱和压实黄土细观变形机制试验研究显示文摘对两种状态的压实黄土进行了一维常含水率压缩试验及常应力增湿试验,结合压汞法及扫描电镜等细观结构研究手段,对压缩以及增湿作用下压实黄土的细观结构演化进行分析,进一步对压实黄土在水力耦合作用下的细观变形机制进行探讨。研究结果表明:常含水率压缩下,压实黄土饱和度增大,可以在进一步压缩下发展为饱和土的固结过程;细观层面上非饱和压实黄土的压缩是其大孔隙在应力作用下塌陷减少的结果,而小孔隙分布在压缩中不受影响;常竖向应力下增湿,压实黄土的湿化变形随着竖向应力的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势,最大湿化应变发生在压实应力附近。细观层面上,湿化作用下,颗粒及团聚体之间的黏结弱化,发生崩塌滑移,大孔隙塌陷减小而小孔隙增多,湿化后土体结构趋于均匀稳定。而压实黄土的蠕变也是在恒定荷载作用下土颗粒或团聚体的蠕滑、大孔隙进一步压缩引起的。结合研究结果,进一步从细观角度对黄土高填方施工期及工后期沉降进行总结阐述。 | 葛苗苗 李宁 盛岱超 朱才辉 PINEDA Jubert | 2021 | 岩土力学2021，42，9： | 8 |
| 3 | Adjuvant therapy sparing in rectal cancer achieving complete response after chemoradiation显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the long-term results of conventional chemoradiotherapy and laparoscopic mesorectal excision in rectal adenocarcinoma patients without adjuvant therapy.METHODS:Patients with biopsy-proven adenocarcinoma of the rectum staged cT3-T4 by endoscopic ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging received neoadjuvant continuous infusion of 5-fluorouracil for five weeks and concomitant radiotherapy.Laparoscopic surgery was planned after 5-8 wk.Patients diagnosed with ypT0N0 stage cancer were not treated with adjuvant therapy according to the protocol.Patients with ypT1-2N0 or ypT3-4 or N+were offered 5-fluorouracil-based adjuvant treatment on an individual basis.An external cohort was used as a reference for the findings.RESULTS:One hundred and seventy six patients were treated with induction chemoradiotherapy and 170underwent total mesorectal excision.Cancer staging of ypT0N0 was achieved in 26/170(15.3%)patients.After a median follow-up of 58.3 mo,patients withypT0N0 had five-year disease-free and overall survival rates of 96%(95%CI:77-99)and 100%,respectively.We provide evidence about the natural history of patients with localized rectal cancer achieving a complete response after preoperative chemoradiation.The inherent good prognosis of these patients will have implications for clinical trial design and care of patients.CONCLUSION:Withholding adjuvant chemotherapy after complete response following standard neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy and laparoscopic mesorectal excision might be safe within an experienced multidisciplinary team. | Xabier García-Albéniz Rosa Gallego Ralf Dieter Hofheinz Gloria Fernández-Esparrach Juan Ramón Ayuso-Colella Josep Antoni Bombí Carles Conill Miriam Cuatrecasas Salvadora Delgado Angels Ginés Rosa Miquel Mario Pagés Estela Pineda Verónica Pereira Aarón Sosa Oscar Reig Iván Victoria Luis Feliz Antonio María de Lacy Antoni Castells Iris Burkholder Andreas Hochhaus Joan Maurel | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014，20，42： | 5 |
| 4 | Carbonaceous residues from biomass gasification as catalysts for biodiesel production显示文摘Tars and alkali ashes from biomass gasification processes currently constitute one of the major problems in biomass valorisation,generating clogging of filters and issues related with the purity of syngas production.To date,these waste residues find no useful applications and they are generally disposed upon generation in the gasification process.A detailed analysis of these residues pointed out the presence of high quantities of Ca(>30 wt%).TG experiments indicated that a treatment under air at moderate temperatures(400-800 C) decomposed the majority of carbon species,while XRD indicated the presence of a crystalline CaO phase.CaO enriched valorized materials turned out to be good heterogeneous catalysts for biodiesel production from vegetable oils,providing moderate to good activities(50%-70% after 12 h) to fatty acid methyl esters in the transesterification of sunflower oil with methanol. | Rafael Luque Antonio Pineda Juan C.
