1Novel way to research nonlinear feedback shift register显示文摘In this paper,we regard the nonlinear feedback shift register(NLFSR)as a special Boolean network,and use semi-tensor product of matrices and matrix expression of logic to convert the dynamic equations of NLFSR into an equivalent algebraic equation.Based on them,we propose some novel and generalized techniques to study NLFSR.First,a general method is presented to solve an open problem of how to obtain the properties(the number of fixed points and the cycles with different lengths)of the state sequences produced by a given NLFSR,i.e.,the analysis of a given NLFSR.We then show how to construct all 22n-(l-n)/22n-lshortest n-stage feedback shift registers(nFSR)and at least 22n-(l-n)-1/22n-l-1shortest n-stage nonlinear feedback shift registers(nNLFSR)which can output a given nonperiodic/periodic sequence with length l.Besides,we propose two novel cycles joining algorithms for the construction of full-length nNLFSR.Finally,two algorithms are presented to construct 22n-2-1different full-length nNLFSRs,respectively.ZHAO DaWei PENG HaiPeng LI LiXiang HUI SiLi YANG YiXian 2014Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,9:7
2Integrated proteomic and metabolomic analyses reveal the importance of aroma precursor accumulation and storage in methyl jasmonate-primed tea leaves显示文摘In response to preharvest priming with exogenous methyl jasmonate(MeJA),tea plants adjust their physiological behavior at the molecular level.The whole-organism reconfiguration of aroma formation from the precursor to storage is poorly understood.In this study,we performed iTRAQ proteomic analysis and identified 337,246,and 413 differentially expressed proteins in tea leaves primed with MeJA for 12 h,24h,and 48 h,respectively.Furthermore,a total of 266 nonvolatile and 100 volatile differential metabolites were identified by utilizing MS-based metabolomics.A novel approach that incorporated the integration of extended self-organizing map-based dimensionality was applied.The vivid time-scale changes tracing physiological responses in MeJA-primed tea leaves are marked in these maps.Jasmonates responded quickly to the activation of the jasmonic acid pathway in tea leaves,while hydroxyl and glycosyl jasmonates were biosynthesized simultaneously on a massive scale to compensate for the exhausted defense.The levels ofα-linolenic acid,geranyl diphosphate,farnesyl diphosphate,geranylgeranyl diphosphate,and phenylalanine,which are crucial aroma precursors,were found to be significantly changed in MeJA-primed tea leaves.Green leaf volatiles,volatile terpenoids,and volatile phenylpropanoids/benzenoids were spontaneously biosynthesized from responding precursors and subsequently converted to their corresponding glycosidic forms,which can be stably stored in tea leaves.This study elucidated the physiological response of tea leaves primed with exogenous methyl jasmonate and revealed the molecular basis of source and sink changes on tea aroma biosynthesis and catabolism in response to exogenous stimuli.The results significantly enhance our comprehensive understanding of tea plant responses to exogenous treatment and will lead to the development of promising biotechnologies to improve fresh tea leaf quality.Jiang Shi Jiatong Wang Haipeng Lv Qunhua Peng Monika Schreiner Susanne Baldermann Zhi Lin 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:2

18Gravitational wave astronomy: the current status显示文摘In the centenary year of Einstein's General Theory of Relativity, this paper reviews the current status of gravitational wave astronomy across a spectrum which stretches from attohertz to kilohertz frequencies. Sect. 1 of this paper reviews the historical development of gravitational wave astronomy from Einstein's first prediction to our current understanding the spectrum. It is shown that detection of signals in the audio frequency spectrum can be expected very soon, and that a north-south pair of next generation detectors would provide large scientific benefits. Sect. 2 reviews the theory of gravitational waves and the principles of detection using laser interferometry. The state of the art Advanced LIGO detectors are then described. These detectors have a high chance of detecting the first events in the near future. Sect. 3 reviews the KAGRA detector currently under development in Japan,which will be the first laser interferometer detector to use cryogenic test masses. Sect. 4 of this paper reviews gravitational wave detection in the nanohertz frequency band using the technique of pulsar timing. Sect. 5 reviews the status of gravitational wave detection in the attohertz frequency band, detectable in the polarisation of the cosmic microwave background, and discusses the prospects for detection of primordial waves from the big bang. The techniques described in sects. 1–5 have already placed significant limits on the strength of gravitational wave sources. Sects. 6 and 7 review ambitious plans for future space based gravitational wave detectors in the millihertz frequency band. 20Fine-tuning of pore-space-partitioned metal-organic frameworks for efficient C_(2)H_(2)/C_(2)H_(4) and C_(2)H_(2)/CO_(2) separation显示文摘Acetylene (C_(2)H_(2)) and ethylene (C_(2)H_(4)) both are important chemical raw materials and energy fuel gasses.But the effective removement of trace C_(2)H_(2)from C_(2)H_(4)and the purification of C_(2)H_(2)from carbon dioxide(CO_(2)) are particularly challenging in the petrochemical industry.As a class of porous physical adsorbent,metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have exhibited great success in separation and purification of light hydrocarbon gas.Herein,we rationally designed four novel MOFs by the strategy of pore space partition(PSP) via introducing triangular tri(pyridin-4-yl)-amine (TPA) into the 1D hexagonal channels of acs-type parent skeleton.By modulating the functional groups of linear dicarboxylate linkers for the parent skeleton,a series of isoreticular PSP-MOFs (SNNU-278-281) were successfully obtained.The synergistic effects of suitable pore size and Lewis basic functional groups make these MOFs ideal C_(2)H_(2)adsorbents.The gas adsorption experimental results show that all MOFs have excellent C_(2)H_(2)uptakes.Specially,SNNU-278demonstrates a high C_(2)H_(2)uptake of 149.7 cm3/g at 273 K and 1 atm.Meanwhile,SNNU-278-281 MOFs also show extremely great C_(2)H_(2)separation from CO_(2)and C_(2)H_(4).The optimized SNNU-281 with highdensity hydroxy groups exhibits extraordinary C_(2)H_(2)/CO_(2)and C_(2)H_(2)/C_(2)H_(4)dynamic breakthrough interval times up to 31 min/g and 17 min/g under 298 K and 1 bar.Xiaobing Mu Yingying Xue Mancheng Hu Peng Zhang Ying Wang Haipeng Li Shuni Li Quanguo Zhai 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,2:0
