| 1 | Improvement in Mechanical Properties of Microalloyed Steel 30MSV6 by a Precipitation Hardening Process显示文摘The microstructural evolutions and mechanical properties of vanadium microalloyed steel (30MSV6) during precipitation hardening were studied. The effects of aging temperature and cooling rate on mechanical strength (yield strength and ultimate tensile strength) were similar. Increasing aging temperature or cooling rate firstly increased the mechanical strength of specimens up to their maximum values, which then decreased with further increase in aging temperature or cooling rate. Microstructural evolutions revealed that cooling rate had significant effects on the pearlite interlamellar spacing and size of pre-eutectoid ferrite. Unlike the effect of austenitizing temperature, the pearlite interlamellar spacing and pre-eutectoid ferrite size were decreased by increasing the cooling rate from austenitizing temperature. According to the microstructural evolutions and mechanical properties, the optimal heat treatment process of microalloyed steel 30MSV6 was austenitizing at 950 ℃ for 1 h, air cooling (3.8 ℃/s) and aging at 600 ℃ for 1.5 h. | 2 | Effect of deep cryogenic treatment on the properties of 80CrMo12 5 tool steel显示文摘The effect of deep cryogenic treatment on the mechanical properties of 80CrMo12 5 tool steel was investigated. Moreover, the effects of stabilization (holding at room temperature for some periods before deep cryogenic treatment) and tempering before deep cryogenic treatment were studied. The results show that deep cryogenic treatment can eliminate the retained austenite, making a better carbide distribution and a higher carbide amount. As a result, a remarkable improvement in wear resistance of cryogenically treated specimens is observed. Moreover, the ultimate tensile strength increases, and the toughness of the sample decreases. It is also found that both stabilization and tempering before deep cryogenic treatment decrease the wear resistance, hardness, and carbides homogeneity compared to the deep cryogenically treated samples. | 14 | Lavender aromatherapy on anxiety and depression in patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome: a single-blind randomized clinical trial显示文摘Objective:In cardiovascular disease,a patient’s anxiety and depression can increase cardiac rehabilitation duration and recovery.Lavender aromatherapy as a non-pharmacological intervention effective in other contexts may be an efficient intervention to alleviating anxiety and depression in patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome(ACS).Methods:In this study,110 ACS patients were randomly assigned to two intervention and control groups.Inhalation of the lavender fragrance was prescribed for the intervention group and the drop of aromatic almond for the control group for 3 days.Results:The first-day anxiety and depression were significantly different in the two groups at 1 h and 9 h after the intervention.The’morning’s difference before the intervention was not significant,but it was substantial 1 h after the intervention.On the third morning of the intervention,this difference was confirmed.Conclusions:This study confirmed the effectiveness of lavender aromatherapy in reducing anxiety and depression in ACS patients.This’study’s results enable intensive care nurses to use aromatherapy with lavender oil as a non-pharmacological and cost-effective intervention to reduce their psychological tensions and increase patient satisfaction during hospitalization in the cardiac care units(CCU). | Mohammad Nategh Mohammad Reza Heidari Abbas Ebadi Reza Norouzadeh Zahra Mohebbinia Bahman Aghaie | 2022 | Frontiers of Nursing2022,9,2: | 1 |
