2Actinobacteria-enhanced plant growth, nutrient acquisition, and crop protection:Advances in soil, plant, and microbial multifactorial interactions显示文摘Agricultural areas of land are deteriorating every day owing to population increase, rapid urbanization, and industrialization. To feed today’s huge populations, increased crop production is required from smaller areas, which warrants the continuous application of high doses of inorganic fertilizers to agricultural land. These cause damage to soil health and, therefore, nutrient imbalance conditions in arable soils. Under these conditions, the benefits of microbial inoculants (such as Actinobacteria) as replacements for harmful chemicals and promoting ecofriendly sustainable farming practices have been made clear through recent technological advances. There are multifunctional traits involved in the production of different types of bioactive compounds responsible for plant growth promotion, and the biocontrol of phytopathogens has reduced the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. 3Physicochemical properties of β-cyclodextrin solutions and precipitates prepared from injectable vehicles显示文摘β-Cyclodextrin( β-CyD) is cyclic oligosaccharide of a glucopyranose, containing a relatively hydrophobic central cavity and hydrophilic outer surface. However, the usefulness of β-CyD is limited owing to its low aqueous solubility whereas we found that its apparent high solubility was evident in some injectable solvents including 2-pyrrolidone(PYR), Nmethyl pyrrolidone(NMP) and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO). Therefore, in the present study, the physicochemical properties of the 30–60% w/w β-CyD in PYR, NMP and DMSO were investigated such as viscosity, water resistant, matrix formation rate and syringeability. The higher the concentration of β-CyD resulted in the increased viscosity and the higher force and energy of syringeability. β-CyD in PYR gave the highest viscosity which contributed to the lowest syringeability while β-CyD in DMSO exhibited the highest syringeability. The β-CyD in DMSO and NMP exhibited the higher rate of matrix formation. β-CyD in PYR showed the highest water resistant for phase separation while β-CyD in NMP gave the faster de-mixing rate compared to that from PYR. The difference in physicochemical properties of β-CyD dried ppts studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) revealed that there was partial complexation of β-CyD with respective solvents. 4小麦CBL结合蛋白激酶基因TaCIPK16的克隆及特征分析显示文摘类钙调磷酸酶亚基B蛋白(calcineurin B-1ike protein,CBL)作为一类钙离子结合蛋白,通过与一类蛋白激酶(CBL-interacting protein kinase,ClPK)结合,从而在钙信号依赖的生理生化过程中发挥作用。该研究在条锈菌诱导的小麦叶片中克隆获得CIPK家族中1个基因TaCIPK16,并利用qRT-PCR技术、酵母双杂交技术及亚细胞定位技术分析了其功能特性。序列分析表明,TaCIPK16编码447个氨基酸,包含保守的激酶催化结构域及调控结构域,与水稻、拟南芥CIPK蛋白具有高度相似性。酵母双杂交分析验证显示,TaCIPK16与TaCBL4和TaCBL9存在强烈互作。定量分析表明,TaCIPK16受到条锈菌的诱导表达,在小麦与条锈菌互作过程中呈显著差异表达趋势。综上结果,TaCIPK16可能作为正调控因子参与了小麦对条锈菌的抗病防卫反应。MYO THWIN 刘芃 马微 薛庆贺 郭军 康振生 2016西北植物学报2016,36,6:2
5西双版纳布龙自然保护区勐宋片区附生维管植物多样性与分布特征(英文)显示文摘利用地面观测和单绳上树法初次对布龙自然保护区勐宋片区开展的附生维管植物调查表明:1)在6个样地77株宿主上(共调查96株乔木,占地约0.2ha),共有1756株、丛个体,隶属14科47属103种;相比世界其他区域,物种丰富度处于旧世界热带水平区间,高于温带,但明显低于新世界热带水平;2)兰科植物为最丰富的类群(60%),其次为蕨类植物(24%),其他类群占16%;3)垂直分布特征研究表明,距地面10~15m的中等高度带为物种最丰富的区间,约有51%的物种;0~5m高度带为个体数量最多的区间,共有约24%个体,揭示了除中等高度带以外的另一个重要附生生境;4)常见的绞杀型榕属植物未见,而半附生植物密脉鹅掌柴(Schefflera elliptica)和多蕊木(Tupidanthus calrlgtratus)数量较多。赵明旭 Geekiyanage Nalaka Harrison Rhett Daniel 许建初 Khin Myo Myo Ridwan Nurdiana Dian Paudel Ekananda 2015植物分类与资源学报2015,37,3:2

14Role of clove oil in solvent exchange-induced doxycycline hyclate-loaded Eudragit RS in situ forming gel显示文摘Solvent exchange induced in situ forming gel(ISG) is the promising drug delivery system for periodontitis treatment owing to the prospect of maintaining an effective high drug level in the gingival crevicular fluid. In the present study, the influence of clove oil(CO) on the characteristics of doxycycline hyclate(DH)-loaded ISG comprising Eudragit RS(ERS) was investigated including viscosity/rheology, syringeability, in vitro gel formation/drug release, matrix formation/solvent diffusion and antimicrobial activities. CO could dissolve ERS and increase the viscosity of ISG and its hydrophobicity could also retard the diffusion of solvent and hinder the drug diffusion; thus, the minimization of burst effect and sustained drug release were achieved effectively. All the prepared ISGs comprising CO could expel through the 27-gauge needle for administration by injection and transform into matrix depot after exposure to the simulated gingival crevicular fluid. The antimicrobial activities against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus mutans and Porphyromonas gingivalis were increased when the ratio of CO and N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP) was decreased from 1:1 to 1:10 owing to higher diffusion of DH except that for C. albicans was increased as CO amount was higher.Therefore, CO could minimize the burst while prolonging the drug release of DH-loaded ERS ISG for use as a local drug delivery system for periodontitis treatment.Thawatchai Phaechamud Sai Myo Thurein Takron Chantadee 2018Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2018,13,2:1
