1Rainwater utilization and storm pollution control based on urban runoff characterization显示文摘The characteristics of urban runoffs and their impact on rainwater utilization and storm pollution control were investigated in three different functional areas of Zhengzhou City, China. The results showed that in the same rain event the pollutant loads (chemical oxygen demand (COD) and total suspended solids (TSS)) in the sampling areas were in the order of industrial area > commercial area > residential area, and within the same area the COD and TSS concentrations of road runoffs were higher than those of roof runoffs. The first flush effects in roof and road runoffs were observed, hence the initial rainwater should be treated separately to reduce rainwater utilization cost and control storm pollution. The initial roof rainfall of 2 mm in residential area, 5 mm in commercial area and 10 mm in industrial area, and the initial road rainfall of 4 mm in residential area and all the road rainfall in commercial and industrial areas should be collected and treated accordingly before direct discharge or utilization. Based on the strong correlation between COD and TSS (R2, 0.87-0.95) and the low biodegradation capacity (biochemical oxygen demand BOD5/COD < 0.3), a sedimentation process and an effective filtration system composed of soil and slag were designed to treat the initial rainwater, which could remove over 90% of the pollutant loads. 2Rational secret sharing as extensive games显示文摘The threat that comes from previously used punishment strategies in rational secret sharing is weakened because the punishment somtimes also causes loss to the punisher himself.In this paper,we first model 2-out-of-2 rational secret sharing in an extensive game with imperfect information,and then provide a strategy for achieving secret recovery in this game.Moreover,we prove that the strategy is a sequential equilibrium which means after any history of the game no player can benefit from deviations so long as the other players stick to the strategy.In particular,when a deviation is detected,the punishment executed by the punisher is still his optimal option.Therefor,by considering rational secret sharing as an extensive game,we design punishment strategies that effectively punish the deviants and meanwhile guarantee punishers' benefit.Hence,these punishments are more credible than previous ones.Except assuming the existence of simultaneous channels,our scheme can have dealer off-line and extend to the t-out-of-n setting,and also satisfies computational equilibria in some sense.ZHANG ZhiFang LIU MuLan 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,3:12
3Inhibition of PI3K/Akt/m TOR signaling pathway enhances the sensitivity of the SKOV3/DDP ovarian cancer cell line to cisplatin in vitro显示文摘The activation of the PI3K/AKT/m TOR pathway plays a key role in ovarian cancer tumorigenesis, progression and chemotherapy resistance. This study aimed to explore the possible mechanism that PI-103, a dual inhibitor of phosphatidylinositide 3-kinase and m TOR, enhances the sensitivity of SKOV3/DDP ovarian cancer cell line to cisplatin chemotherapy. 4Microbial biodegradation of microcystin-RR by bacterium Sphingopyxis sp. USTB-05显示文摘A strain,USTB-05,isolated from Lake Dianchi,China,degraded the cyanobacterial toxin microcystin-RR(MC-RR) at the rate of 16.7 mg/L per day.Analysis of 16S rDNA sequence showed that the strain was Sphingopyxis sp.Enzymatic degradation pathways for MC-RR by Sphingopyxis sp.USTB-05 were identified.Adda-Arg peptide bond of MC-RR was cleaved and then a hydrogen and a hydroxyl were combined onto the NH 2 group of Adda and the carboxyl group of arginine to form a linear molecule as intermediate product within the first few hours.Then,through dehydration reaction,two hydrogen of amino group on arginine reacted with adjacent hydroxyl on carbon to form a linear MC-RR with two small peptide rings as the final product after 24 hr.These biodegradation pathways were different from those reported for other strains,implying that MC-RR may undergo different transformations and different products were formed due to various bacteria in natural lakes and reservoirs.Mulan Zhang Gang Pan Hai Yan 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,2:5
5Spatiotemporal variation in snow cover and its effects on grassland phenology on the Mongolian Plateau显示文摘Snow cover is an important water source for vegetation growth in arid and semi-arid areas,and grassland phenology provides valuable information on the response of terrestrial ecosystems to climate change.The Mongolian Plateau features both abundant snow cover resources and typical grassland ecosystems.In recent years,with the intensification of global climate change,the snow cover on the Mongolian Plateau has changed correspondingly,with resulting effects on vegetation growth.In this study,using MOD10A1 snow cover data and MOD13A1 Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI)data combined with remote sensing(RS)and geographic information system(GIS)techniques,we analyzed the spatiotemporal changes in snow cover and grassland phenology on the Mongolian Plateau from 2001 to 2018.The correlation analysis and grey relation analysis were used to determine the influence of snow cover parameters(snow cover fraction(SCF),snow cover duration(SCD),snow cover onset date(SCOD),and snow cover end date(SCED))on different types of grassland vegetation.The results showed wide snow cover areas,an early start time,a late end time,and a long duration of snow cover over the northern Mongolian Plateau.Additionally,a late start,an early end,and a short duration were observed for grassland phenology,but the southern area showed the opposite trend.The SCF decreased at an annual rate of 0.33%.The SCD was shortened at an annual rate of 0.57 d.The SCOD and SCED in more than half of the study area advanced at annual rates of 5.33 and 5.74 DOY(day of year),respectively.For grassland phenology,the start of the growing season(SOS)advanced at an annual rate of 0.03 DOY,the end of the growing season(EOS)was delayed at an annual rate of 0.14 DOY,and the length of the growing season(LOS)was prolonged at an annual rate of 0.17 d.The SCF,SCD,and SCED in the snow season were significantly positively correlated with the SOS and negatively correlated with the EOS and LOS.The SCOD was significantly negatively correlated with the SOS and positively correlated with the EOS and LOS.The SCD and SCF can directly affect the SOS of grassland vegetation,while the EOS and LOS were obviously influenced by the SCOD and SCED.This study provides a scientific basis for exploring the response trends of alpine vegetation to global climate change.SA Chula MENG Fanhao LUO Min LI Chenhao WANG Mulan ADIYA Saruulzaya BAO Yuhai 2021Journal of Arid Land2021,13,4:5

We show the formula of the number of isomorphism classes, that is, for q = 2m, if 4 (|) m, then the formula is 2q3 + q2 - q;if 4 | m, then the formula is 2q3 + q2 - q + 8. 8A SPATIAL CLUSTER METHOD SUPPORTED BY GIS FOR URBAN-SUBURBAN-RURAL CLASSIFICATION显示文摘This study was undertaken to construct a preliminary spatial analysis method for building an urban-suburban-rural category in the specific sample area of central California and providing distribution characteristics in each category, based on which, some further studies such as regional manners of residential wood burning emission (PM2.5, the term used for a mixture of solid particles and liquid droplets found in the air, refers to particulate matter that is 2.5μm or smaller in size) could be carried out for the project of residential wood combustion. Demographic and infrastructure data with spatial characteristics were processed by integrating both Geographic Information System (GIS) and statistics method (Cluster Analysis), and then output to a category map as the result. It approached the quantitative and multi-variables description on the major characteristics variations among the urban, suburban and rural; and perfected the TIGER’s urban-rural classification scheme by adding suburban category. Based on the free public GIS data, the spatial analysis method provides an easy and ideal tool for geographic researchers, environmental planners, urban/regional planners and administrators to delineate different categories of regional function on the specific locations and dig out spatial distribution information they wanted. 9Postmarketing studies on safety of Dengfeng~ shenmai injection显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To systematically research the postmarketing safety of Dengfeng shenmai injection, identify potential risk factors, and ensure its clinical safety. METHODS: We investigated a comprehensive series of studies on the production process, quality standards, pharmacology, postmarketing clinical studies, and safety evaluation of Shenmai injection, including literature analysis of adverse drug reaction(ADR) case analysis and systematic review. Data from the hospital information system(HIS) and spontaneous reporting system(SRS) were also analyzed. RESULTS: The approximate dosage leading to death in dogs is 45.0-67.5 g raw drug/kg and the toxic reactions are restlessness, skin irritation, salivation, and vomiting. The results of chronic toxicity tests in mice and dogs, and the other tests such as 6-month toxicity, drug safety, genetic toxicity, and reproductive toxicity of rats and dogs, were positive or qualified. Patient ADR history and ADR family history were closely associated with itching based on the data analysis from SRS. There was no damage to renal function from Shenmai injection use at a dosage and a treatment course outside the recommended dosage and treatment course as specified based on data analysis from HIS. The most common ADR from Shenmai injection are difficulty breathing, facial flushing, nausea, vomiting, chest tightness, skin itching, rash, and back pain. CONCLUSION: This study includes complete information on Shenmai injection ADR incidence rate. 16Submergence induced changes of molecular species in membrane lipids in Arabidopsis thaliana显示文摘The composition of membrane lipids is sensitive to environmental stresses.Submergence is a type of stress often encountered by plants.However,how the molecular species of membrane lipids respond to submergence has not yet been characterised.In this study,we used a lipidomic approach to profile the molecular species of membrane lipids in whole plants of Arabidopsis thaliana that were completely submerged for three days.The plants survived one day of submergence,after which,we found that the total membrane lipids were only subtly decreased,showing significant decreases of monogalactosyldiacylglycerol(MGDG)and phosphatidylcholine(PC)and an increase of phosphatidic acid(PA);however,the basic lipid composition was retained.In contrast,three days of submergence caused plants to die,and the membranes deteriorated via the rapid loss of 96% of lipid content together with a 229% increase in PA.The turnover of molecular species from PG and MGDG to PA indicated that submergenceinduced lipid changes occurred through PA-mediated degradation.In addition,molecular species of extraplastidic PG degraded sooner than plastidic ones,lyso-phospholipids exhibited various patterns of change,and the double-bond index(DBI)remained unchanged until membrane deterioration.Our results revealed the unique changes of membrane lipids upon submergence and suggested that the major cause of the massive lipid degradation could be anoxia.Mulan Wang Yunmei Shen Faqing Tao Shengchao Yang Weiqi Li 2016Plant Diversity2016,38,3:1
