1Rational secret sharing as extensive games显示文摘The threat that comes from previously used punishment strategies in rational secret sharing is weakened because the punishment somtimes also causes loss to the punisher himself.In this paper,we first model 2-out-of-2 rational secret sharing in an extensive game with imperfect information,and then provide a strategy for achieving secret recovery in this game.Moreover,we prove that the strategy is a sequential equilibrium which means after any history of the game no player can benefit from deviations so long as the other players stick to the strategy.In particular,when a deviation is detected,the punishment executed by the punisher is still his optimal option.Therefor,by considering rational secret sharing as an extensive game,we design punishment strategies that effectively punish the deviants and meanwhile guarantee punishers' benefit.Hence,these punishments are more credible than previous ones.Except assuming the existence of simultaneous channels,our scheme can have dealer off-line and extend to the t-out-of-n setting,and also satisfies computational equilibria in some sense.ZHANG ZhiFang LIU MuLan 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,3:12
2Inhibition of PI3K/Akt/m TOR signaling pathway enhances the sensitivity of the SKOV3/DDP ovarian cancer cell line to cisplatin in vitro显示文摘The activation of the PI3K/AKT/m TOR pathway plays a key role in ovarian cancer tumorigenesis, progression and chemotherapy resistance. This study aimed to explore the possible mechanism that PI-103, a dual inhibitor of phosphatidylinositide 3-kinase and m TOR, enhances the sensitivity of SKOV3/DDP ovarian cancer cell line to cisplatin chemotherapy. 3Isomorphism classes of hyperelliptic curves of genus 2 over finite fields with characteristic 2显示文摘In this paper we study the computation of the number of isomorphism classes of hyperelliptic curves of genus 2 over finite fields Fq with q even. We show the formula of the number of isomorphism classes, that is, for q = 2m, if 4 (|) m, then the formula is 2q3 + q2 - q;if 4 | m, then the formula is 2q3 + q2 - q + 8. 7FUSELAGE STRUCTURAL OPTIMIZATION WITH MSC/MOD PRE-PROCESSING AND MSC/PAL2 POST-PROCESSING显示文摘Based on the finite element method,a structural optimization design is studied on thin-walled fuselage structures for multiple load conditions,and subjected to ,tress, displacement and gauge constraints.The thickness of plates and cross sectional area of beams and bars are chosen as design variables. The Kuhn-Tucker necessary condition is used to obtain the minimum weight design. In order to speed up the iteration process of the multiple displacement constraint problem, we simplify it to a single most critical displacement constraint, which eliminates the need of calculating a large set of Lagrange multipliers for all the active constraints. An optimization criterion is derived. A recursion formula for stress and displacement constraints is derived and implemented into the design optimization algorithm named FOPT, which approaches to the optimum design along the most active constraint boundary. 8Construction and Preliminary Application of RT-LAMP Detection Method for Swine Japanese B Encephalitis Virus显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to establish a rapid,sensitive and specific method using reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification(RT-LAMP) technology to detect swine Japanese B encephalitis virus(JEV).[Method] Four specific LAMP primers were designed according to six loci the conservative region of JEV E gene sequence. Positive JEV RNA sample was used as a template for one-step amplification,and the reaction conditions and reaction system were optimized.[Result] Experimental results showed that the established method had high sensitivity,with the detection limit of 0. 5pg; specificity experiments indicated that the method had high specificity and there was no amplification reaction for other viral pathogens. The coincidence rate between detection results of RT-LAMP and RT-Nested-PCR was 90. 9%. After RT-LAMP reaction,a chemiluminescent agent was added for visual observation,which greatly reduced the detection time. 9NURBS Modeling and Curve Interpolation Optimization of 3D Graphics显示文摘In order to solve the problem of complicated Non-Uniform Rational B-Splines(NURBS)modeling and improve the real-time performance of the high-order derivative of the curve interpolation process,the method of NURBS modeling based on the slicing and layering of triangular mesh is introduced.The research and design of NURBS curve interpolation are carried out from the two aspects of software algorithm and hardware structure.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of traditional computing methods with Taylor series expansion,the Adams formula and the Runge-Kutta formula are used in the NURBS curve interpolation process,and the process is then optimized according to the characteristics of NURBS interpolation.This can ensure accuracy,and avoid the calculation of higher-order derivatives.Furthermore,the hardware modules for the Adams and Runge-Kutta formulas are designed by using the parallel hardware construction technology of Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)chips.The parallel computing process using FPGA is compared with the traditional serial computing process using CPUs.Simulation and experimental results show that this scheme can improve the computational speed of the system and that the algorithm is feasible.Hao Zhu Mulan Wang Kun Liu Weiye Xu 2021Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,2:0
10Hybrid model enabling highly efficient follicular segmentation in thyroid cytopathological whole slide image显示文摘Background The prevalence of thyroid cancer is growing rapidly.Early and precise diagnosis is critical in thy-roid cancer caring.An automatic thyroid cancer diagnostic tool can be valuable to achieve early detection and diagnostic consistency.Only the follicular areas in the sample contain useful information to the thyroid cancer diagnosis based on fine needle aspiration(FNA).This study aimed to develop a highly efficient accurate method for follicular cell areas segmentation(FCAS)of thyroid cytopathological whole slide images(WSIs).Methods A total of 96 cell samples from July 2017 to July 2018 were collected in one hospital in Beijing,China.Forty-three WSIs were selected and manually labeled,including 17 cases of papillary thyroid carci-noma sample and 26 cases of benign sample.Six thousand and nine hundred cropped typical image patches(available on http://gffzz188fe103f8f1460asbv599x0foq0w6n69.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/bupt-ai-cz/Hybrid-Model-Enabling-Highly-Efficient-Follicular-Segmentation)of 1024×1024 pixels from 13 large WSIs were used for patch-level model training and testing and all of the 13 large WSIs were papillary thyroid carcinoma samples.Thirty testing WSIs with an average size 36,217×29,400(from 10,240×10,240 to 81,920×61,440)were used to test the effectiveness of the hybrid model.Based on the traditional semantic segmentation model deeplabv3,we constructed a hybrid segmentation architecture by adding a classification branch into the segmentation scheme to improve efficiency.Accuracy was used to measure the performance of the classification model;pixel accuracy(pAcc),mean accuracy(mAcc),mean intersection over union(mIoU),and frequency weighted intersection over union(fwIoU)were used to measure the performance of the segmentation model,respectively.Results Using this method,up to 93%WSI segmentation time was reduced by skipping the colloidal areas and the blank background areas.The average processing time of 30 WSI was 49.49 s.On the patch dataset,this hybrid model might reach pAcc=98.65%,mAcc=85.60%,mIoU=79.61%,and fwIoU=97.54%.On the WSI dataset,this model might reach pAcc=99.30%,mAcc=68.94%,mIoU=58.21%,and fwIoU=99.50%.Conclusion The proposed hybrid method might significantly improve previous solutions and achieve the superior performance of efficiency and accuracy.Chuang Zhu Siyan Tao Huang Chen Minzhen Li Ying Wang Jun Liu Mulan Jin 2021Intelligent Medicine2021,1,2:0

13CTCF organizes inter-A compartment interactions through RYBP-dependent phase separation显示文摘Chromatin is spatially organized into three-dimensional structures at different levels including A/B compartments, topologically associating domains and loops. The canonical CTCF-mediated loop extrusion model can explain the formation of loops. However, the organization mechanisms underlying long-range chromatin interactions such as interactions between A–A compartments are still poorly understood. Here we show that different from the canonical loop extrusion model, RYBP-mediated phase separation of CTCF organizes inter-A compartment interactions. Based on this model, we designed and verified an induced CTCF phase separation system in embryonic stem cells (ESCs), which facilitated inter-A compartment interactions, improved self-renewal of ESCs and inhibited their differentiation toward neural progenitor cells.
