| 1 | 急性脑梗死静脉溶栓后早期神经功能恶化与血清白蛋白水平的关系研究显示文摘目的探讨急性脑梗死静脉溶栓后早期神经功能恶化(END)与血清白蛋白水平的关系。方法收集2017年1月至2018年8月发病4.5 h内接受阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗患者的临床资料。根据是否出现END,分为恶化组和非恶化组,分析血清白蛋白水平与END发生的相关性。结果共纳入148例患者,其中恶化组39例,非恶化组109例。与非恶化组相比,恶化组总蛋白水平、白蛋白水平和淋巴细胞计数较低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶化组的中性粒细胞计数、红细胞分布宽度、国际标准化比值、纤维蛋白(原)降解产物以及入院时美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分高于非恶化组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶化组多伴有心房颤动,且两组在血管狭窄程度及梗死部位方面比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,血清白蛋白(OR=0.873,95%CI 0.768~0.993)、入院时NIHSS评分(OR=1.120,95%CI 1.008~1.245)、中性粒细胞计数(OR=1.271,95%CI 1.048~1.542),以及心源性卒中和责任血管狭窄程度均可能影响急性脑梗死静脉溶栓的短期预后。出院时改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分(平均14 d)与白蛋白水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.205,P=0.013)。结论相比于非恶化患者,恶化患者的白蛋白水平较低。高水平的血清白蛋白是急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓后END的保护因素。血清白蛋白水平与患者的短期预后存在相关性,白蛋白水平越低,mRS评分越高,预后越差。 | 钱新宇 吕金峰 Bilal Muhammad 杜波 耿德勤 | 2019 | 中国医师进修杂志2019,42,4: | 33 |
| 2 | Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase: As a potential prognostic marker and immunotherapeutic target for hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Tumor cells induce an immunosuppressive microen-vironment which leads towards tumor immune escape. Understanding the intricacy of immunomodulation by tumor cells is essential for immunotherapy. Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase(IDO) is an immunosuppressive enzyme which mediates tumor immune escape in various cancers including hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). IDO up-regulation in HCC may lead to recruitment of regulatory T-cells into tumor microenvironment and therefore inhibit local immune responses and promote metastasis. HCC associated fibroblasts stimulate natural killer cells dysfunction through prostaglandin E2 and subsequently IDO promotes favorable condition for tumor metastasis. IDO up-regulation induces immuno-suppression and may enhance the risk of hepatitis C virus and hepatitis B virus induced HCC. Therefore, IDO inhibitors as adjuvant therapeutic agents may have clinical implications in HCC. | 4 | Assessment of sunflower germplasm for phytoremediation of lead-polluted soil and production of seed oil and seed meal for human and animal consumption显示文摘Phytoremediation is a valuable technology for mitigating soil contamination in agricultural lands,but phytoremediation without economic revenue is unfeasible for land owners and farmers.The use of crops with high biomass and bioenergy for phytoremediation is a unique strategy to derive supplementary benefits along with remediation activities.Sunflower(Helianthus annuus L.)is a high-biomass crop that can be used for the phytoremediation of polluted lands with additional advantages(biomass and oil).In this study,40 germplasms of sunflower were screened in field conditions for phytoremediation with the possibility for oil and meal production.The study was carried out to the physiological maturity stage.All studied germplasms mopped up substantial concentrations of Pb,with maximum amounts in shoot>root>seed respectively.The phytoextraction efficiency of the germplasm was assessed in terms of the Transfer factor(TF),Metal removal efficiency(MRE)and Metal extraction ratio(MER).Among all assessed criteria,GP.8585 was found to be most appropriate for restoring moderately Pb-contaminated soil accompanied with providing high biomass and high yield production.The Pb content in the oil of GP.8585 was below the Food safety standard of China,with 59.5% oleic acid and 32.1% linoleic acid.Moreover,amino acid analysis in meal illustrated significant differences among essential and nonessential amino acids.Glutamic acid was found in the highest percentage(22.4%),whereas cysteine in the lowest percentage(1.3%).Therefore,its efficient phytoextraction ability and good quality edible oil and meal production makes GP.8585 the most convenient sunflower germplasm for phytoremediation of moderately Pb-contaminated soil,with fringe benefits to farmers and landowners. | Afsheen Zehra Zulfiqar Ali Sahito Wenbin Tong Lin Tang Yasir Hamid Muhammad Bilal Khan Zarina Ali Beena Naqui Xiaoe Yang | 2020 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,1: | 10 |

| 6 | 溶栓后中性粒细胞升高与缺血性脑卒中早期神经功能恶化相关性研究显示文摘目的探讨溶栓后中性粒细胞升高与缺血性脑卒中早期神经功能恶化(early neurological deterioration,END)发生的相关性。方法收集2017年1月-2018年11月的发病4.5 h内接受阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗患者的临床资料。根据是否出现END,分为END组和非END组,观察两组患者溶栓前后中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞等指标的变化,以探讨基线及溶栓后中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞和中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比率与END的相关性。结果共纳入患者187例,其中END组48例,非END组139例。溶栓前,两组患者除总蛋白(t=2.130,P=0.035)、白蛋白(t=2.777,P=0.007)外,其余指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。溶栓后,白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值、纤维蛋白酶降解产物、基线和变化美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、心源性脑卒中、责任血管狭窄程度及前循环皮质梗死部位,END组均高于非END组(P<0.05);而总蛋白、白蛋白、淋巴细胞计数、前白蛋白END组低于非END组(P<0.05)。溶栓前后,END组中性粒细胞增加明显(Z=-2.314,P=0.021)。中性粒细胞计数[比值比=1.288,95%置信区间(1.069,1.552)]为静脉溶栓END的独立影响因素之一;且预测END的特异度最高(灵敏度为62.5%,特异度为71.9%)。结论溶栓后中性粒细胞升高与END的发生有一定相关性。动态监测静脉溶栓治疗后的中性粒细胞可有助于预测END的发生。 | 钱新宇 杨思远 Bilal Muhammad 杜波 耿德勤 | 2019 | 华西医学2019,34,6: | 7 |

| 16 | Diagnostic value of serum human epididymis protein 4 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘BACKGROUND Numerous studies have demonstrated that human epididymis protein 4(HE4)is overexpressed in various malignant tissues including ovarian,endometrial,lung,breast,pancreatic,and gastric cancers.However,no study has examined the diagnostic impact of HE4 in patient with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)until now.AIM To analyze the value of four serum tumor markers for the diagnosis of ESCC,and examine the associations of serum levels of HE4 with ESCC patients’clinicopathological characteristics.METHODS The case group consisted of 80 ESCC patients,which were compared to a control group of 56 patients with benign esophageal disease.Serum levels of HE4,carcinoma embryonic antigen(CEA),alpha fetal protein,and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)were detected by ELISA.The associations of serum HE4 levels with ESCC patients’clinicopathological characteristics such as gender,tumor location,and pathological stage were also examined after operation.RESULTS The result of ELISA showed that serum HE4 level was significantly higher in the patients with ESCC than in the controls,and the staining intensity was inversely correlated with the pathological T and N stages.Serum HE4 levels had a sensitivity of 66.2%and specificity of 78.6%when the cutoff value was set at 3.9 ng/mL.Moreover,the combined HE4 and CA19-9 increased the sensitivity to 83.33%,and interestingly,the combination of HE4 with CEA led to the most powerful sensitivity of 87.5%.Furthermore,A positive correlation was observed between HE4 serum levels and pathological T and N stages(P=0.0002 and 0.0017,respectively),but there was no correlation between HE4 serum levels and ESCC patient gender(P=0.4395)or tumor location(P=0.6777).CONCLUSION The results of this study suggest that detection of serum HE4 levels may be useful in auxiliary diagnosis and evaluation of the progression of ESCC. | Shi-Yuan Liu Muhammad Ahsan Bilal Jian-Hong Zhu Shao-Min Li | 2020 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2020,12,10: | 3 |
| 17 | Development of bis-thiobarbiturates as successful urease inhibitors and their molecular modeling studies显示文摘Bis-thiobarbiturate derivatives 1–15 have been synthesized, characterized by1 HNMR and EI-MS and screened for urease inhibition. All compounds showed various degree of urease inhibitory activity with IC_(50) values ranging 7.45 0.12 74.24 0.81 mmol/L while the standard thiourea behaved normally(IC_(50) = 21.10 0.12). Compounds 1(IC_(50) = 7.45 0.12 μmol/L), 9(IC_(50) = 18.17 1.03 μmol/L) and 13(IC_(50) = 8.61 0.45 μmol/L) showed excellent urease inhibitory activity in the series. Molecular modeling studies were performed to understand the binding site with the bimetallic nickel center of the enzyme.Structure-activity relationship has also been established for these compounds. | 18 | MHD Maxwell Fluid with Heat Transfer Analysis under Ramp Velocity and Ramp Temperature Subject to Non-Integer Differentiable Operators显示文摘The main focus of this study is to investigate the impact of heat generation/absorption with ramp velocity and ramp temperature on magnetohydrodynamic(MHD)time-dependent Maxwell fluid over an unbounded plate embedded in a permeable medium.Non-dimensional parameters along with Laplace transformation and inversion algorithms are used to find the solution of shear stress,energy,and velocity profile.Recently,new fractional differential operators are used to define ramped temperature and ramped velocity.The obtained analytical solutions are plotted for different values of emerging parameters.Fractional time derivatives are used to analyze the impact of fractional parameters(memory effect)on the dynamics of the fluid.While making a comparison,it is observed that the fractional-order model is best to explain the memory effect as compared to classical models.Our results suggest that the velocity profile decrease by increasing the effective Prandtl number.The existence of an effective Prandtl number may reflect the control of the thickness of momentum and enlargement of thermal conductivity.The incremental value of the M is observed for a decrease in the velocity field,which reflects to control resistive force.Further,it is noted that the Atangana-Baleanu derivative in Caputo sense(ABC)is the best to highlight the dynamics of the fluid.The influence of pertinent parameters is analyzed graphically for velocity and energy profile.Expressions for skin friction and Nusselt number are also derived for fractional differential operators. | Thabet Abdeljawad Muhammad Bilal Riaz Syed Tauseef Saeed Nazish Iftikhar | 2021 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2021,,2: | 2 |
