Fixed-time position coordinated tracking control for spacecraft formation flying with collision avoidance显示文摘In this paper, the fixed-time stability of spacecraft formation reconfiguration(position tracking)is studied.Firstly,a novel nonsingular terminal sliding mode surface is designed and based on which a fixed-time coordinated controller is designed to keep the closed-loop system states have a finite settling time bounded by some predefined constants.Secondly, another nonsingular terminal sliding mode surface is designed by combining the artificial potential function and the aforementioned sliding surface, which meets the mutual distance constraint during transition process among spacecraft when it is bounded. Then another coordinated controller with fixed-time observer considering mutual distance constraint is presented, which guarantees the closed-loop system states stable also in bounded settling time. Finally, simulation results are shown to validate the correctness of the proposed theorems. It is worth mentioning that the control schemes also work even though there is a properly limit on the control input. | Minglei ZHUANG Liguo TAN Kehang LI Shenmin SONG | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,11: | 2

Promoting surface reconstruction of NiFe layered double hydroxides via intercalating[Cr(C_(2)O_(4))_(3)]^(3-)for enhanced oxygen evolution显示文摘Rationally manipulating surface reconstruction of catalysts for water oxidation, inducing formation and dynamic accumulation of catalytically active centers still face numerous challenges.Herein, the introduction of[Cr(C_(2)O_(4))_(3)]^(3-)into NiFe LDHs by intercalation engineering to promote surface reconstruction achieves an advanced oxygen evolution reaction(OER)activity. In view of the weak electronegativity of Cr^(3+) in[Cr(C_(2)O_(4))_(3)]^(3-),the intercalation of[Cr(C_(2)O_(4))_(3)]^(3-)is expected to result in an electron-rich structure of Fe sites in NiFe LDHs,and higher valence state of Ni can be formed with the charge transfer between Fe and Ni.The optimized electronic structure of NiFe-[Cr(C_(2)O_(4))_(3)]^(3-)-LDHs with more active Ni^(3+) species and the expedited dynamic generation of Ni^(3+) (Fe)OOH phase during the OER process contributed to its excellent catalytic property, revealed by in situ X-ray absorption spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy, and quasi-in situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. With the modulated electronic structure of metal sites,NiFe-[Cr(C_(2)O_(4))_(3)]^(3-)-LDHs exhibited promoted OER property with a lower overpotential of 236 mV at the current density of 10 mA cm^(-2).This work illustrates the intercalation of conjugated anion to dynamically construct desired Ni^(3+) sites with the optimal electronic environment for improved OER electrocatalysis. | Yujie Wu Minglei Song Yu-Cheng Huang Chung-Li Dong Yingying Li Yuxuan Lu Bo Zhou Dongdong Wang Jianfeng Jia Shuangyin Wang Yanyong Wang | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,11: | 1
Collusion Potential Assessment in Electricity Markets Considering Generation Flexibility显示文摘The collusion among various generating units has been a problematic issue affecting the fairness and transparency of electricity markets. Therefore,it is of great significance to assess the potential of such collusion in the electricity market. However, the previous assessment studies primarily focused on the bidding behaviors of collusive generating units, without considering the influences of generation flexibility, such as ramp rates. In this paper,a novel assessment method is proposed to evaluate the collusion potential in the electricity market considering generation flexibility.First,a bi-level optimization model is developed to simulate the collusive strategies of dif-ferent generating units, including the withholding of generation capacities and ramp rates,as well as the uplifting of minimum outputs and bidding prices. In the upper-level problem, collusive generating units optimize their offering strategies to optimize the generation profits without violating the regulatory laws. The lower-level problem is a day-ahead economic dispatch model which minimizes the dispatching costs.Based on the optimal collusive strategies determined by the bi-level model,a framework is then proposed to assess the collusion potential in electricity markets.Moreover,price-based and profit-based indices are proposed to quantitatively evaluate the collusion potential of different generating units. Finally, the proposed assessment method is validated on a modified IEEE 39-node system. The numerical results demonstrated that generation flexibility can be exploited collusively for making excessive profits, particularly during load peaks and valleys.Index Terms-Collusionpotential,economic cdispatch, generation flexibility, ramp rates, strategic withholding. | Teng Tu Yi Ding Peng Ji Minglei Bao Nan Shang Yonghua Song Dan Zeng | 2023 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,4: | 1
Simple method for transformation and gene editing in medicinal plants显示文摘Gene-editing technologies have ushered in a significant advancement in plant genetics research and molecular breeding. However,a critical challenge hindering the widespread adoption of these technologies is the efficient delivery of gene-editing tools. The predominant methods for introducing these tools into plants typically involve Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation or particle bombardment(Mao et al.,2019).Unfortunately,these traditional gene delivery methods require delicate and timeconsuming tissue culture procedures and show limited success, especially in medicinal and other less studied plants.A recent breakthrough is the development of the Cut-Dip-Budding(CDB)gene delivery system. The CDB system is highly effective for plants with root-suckering capabilities. It allows the delivery of transgenes and gene-editing tools into plants through hairy root induction followed by shoot regeneration from transformed hairy roots, bypassing the need for tissue culture processes(Cao et al.,2023). | Xuesong Cao Hongtao Xie Minglei Song Lianghui Zhao Hailiang Liu Guofu Li Jian‐Kang Zhu | 2024 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2024,66,1: | 0
Functional Pattern-Related Anomaly Detection Approach Collaborating Binary Segmentation with Finite State Machine显示文摘The process control-oriented threat, which can exploit OT(Operational Technology)vulnerabilities to forcibly insert abnormal control commands or status information, has become one of the most devastating cyber attacks in industrial automation control. To effectively detect this threat, this paper proposes one functional pattern-related anomaly detection approach, which skillfully collaborates the BinSeg(Binary Segmentation)algorithm with FSM(Finite State Machine)to identify anomalies between measuring data and control data.By detecting the change points of measuring data, the BinSeg algorithm is introduced to generate some initial sequence segments, which can be further classified and merged into different functional patterns due to their backward difference means and lengths. After analyzing the pattern association according to the Bayesian network, one functional state transition model based on FSM,which accurately describes the whole control and monitoring process,is constructed as one feasible detection engine. Finally,we use the typical SWaT(Secure Water Treatment)dataset to evaluate the proposed approach, and the experimental results show that:for one thing, compared with other change-point detection approaches, the BinSeg algorithm can be more suitable for the optimal sequence segmentation of measuring data due to its highest detection accuracy and least consuming time;for another, the proposed approach exhibits relatively excellent detection ability, because the average detection precision, recall rate and F1-score to identify 10 different attacks can reach 0.872,0.982 and 0.896,respectively. | Ming Wan Minglei Hao Jiawei Li Jiangyuan Yao Yan Song | 2023 | Computers, Materials & Continua2023,77,12: | 0
A novel prediction model of traffic accidents based on big data显示文摘The occurrence of traffic accidents is regular in probability distribution.Using big data mining method to predict traffic accidents is conducive to taking measures to prevent or reduce traffic accidents in advance. In recent years, prediction methods of traffic accidents used by researchers have some problems, such as low calculation accuracy. Therefore,a prediction model of traffic accidents based on joint probability density feature extraction of big data is proposed in this paper.First,a function of big data joint probability distribution for traffic accidents is established.Second, establishing big data distributed database model of traffic accidents with the statistical analysis method in order to mine the association rules characteristic quantity reflecting the law of traffic accidents, and then extracting the joint probability density feature of big data for traffic accident probability distribution.According to the result of feature extraction, adaptive functional and directivity are predicted, and then the regularity prediction of traffic accidents is realized based on the result of association directional clustering,so as to optimize the design of the prediction model of traffic accidents based on big data.Simulation results show that in predicting traffic accidents, the model in this paper has advantages of relatively high accuracy, relatively good confidence and stable prediction result. | Minglei Song Rongrong Li Binghua Wu | 2019 | International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing2019,10,4: | 0
Online Learning-Based Offloading Decision and Resource Allocation in Mobile Edge Computing-Enabled Satellite-Terrestrial Networks显示文摘Mobile edge computing(MEC)-enabled satellite-terrestrial networks(STNs)can provide Internet of Things(IoT)devices with global computing services.Sometimes, the network state information is uncertain or unknown. To deal with this situation,we investigate online learning-based offloading decision and resource allocation in MEC-enabled STNs in this paper. The problem of minimizing the average sum task completion delay of all IoT devices over all time periods is formulated. We decompose this optimization problem into a task offloading decision problem and a computing resource allocation problem.A joint optimization scheme of offloading decision and resource allocation is then proposed, which consists of a task offloading decision algorithm based on the devices cooperation aided upper confidence bound(UCB)algorithm and a computing resource allocation algorithm based on the Lagrange multiplier method.Simulation results validate that the proposed scheme performs better than other baseline schemes. | Tong Minglei Li Song Han Wanjiang Wang Xiaoxiang | 2024 | China Communications2024,21,3: | 0
Cut-dip-budding delivery system enables genetic modifications in plants without tissue culture显示文摘Of the more than 370000 species of higher plants in nature, fewer than 0.1%can be geneticallymodified due to limitations of the current gene delivery systems.Even for those that can be genetically modified, the modification involves a tedious and costly tissue culture process. Here,we describe an extremely simple cut-dip-budding(CDB)delivery system, which uses Agrobacterium rhizogene to inoculate explants, generating transformed roots that produce transformed buds due to root suckering. We have successfully used CDB to achieve the heritable transformation of plant species inmultiple plant families, including two herbaceous plants(Taraxacum kok-saghyz and Coronilla varia),a tuberous root plant(sweet potato),and three woody plant species(Ailanthus altissima,Aralia elata, and Clerodendrum chinense). These plants have previously been difficult or impossible to transform, but the CDB method enabled efficient transformation or gene editing in them using a very simple explant dipping protocol, under non-sterile conditions and without the need for tissue culture. Our work suggests that large numbers of plants could be amenable to genetic modifications using the CDB method. | Xuesong Cao Hongtao Xie Minglei Song Jinghua Lu Ping Ma Boyu Huang Mugui Wang Yifu Tian Fan Chen Jun Peng Zhaobo Lang Guofu Li Jian-Kang Zhu | 2023 | The Innovation2023,4,1: | 0
Multifactor-influenced Reliability-constrained Reserve Expansion of Integrated Electricity-gas Systems Considering Failure Propagation显示文摘With the increasing interactions between natural gas systems(NGS)and power systems, component failures in one system may propagate to the other one, threatening reliable operation of the whole system.Due to neglect of such cross-sectorial failure propagation in integrated electricity-gas systems(IEGSs),traditional economy-oriented reserve expansion models may lead to unreasonable planning results. In order to address this,an innovative reserve expansion model is proposed to determine the allocation of energy production components through the harmonization between costs and reliability.First, novel multifactor-influenced reliability indices are defined con-sidering synthetic effects of multiple uncertainties, including failure propagation, load uncertainties and generation failures. In reliability index formulation, contribution of failure propagation on system reliability is analytically expressed. To avoid high computational complexity, the fuzzy set theory is combined with conventional methods,e.g.,Monte-Carlo simulation technique to reduce numerous contingency states.Sampled contingency states are aggregated into several clusters represented by a fuzzy number. To effectively solve the planning model,a decomposition approach is introduced and applied to decompose the original problem into a master problem and two correlated reliability sub-problems.Numerical studies show the proposed model can plan reasonable reserves to guarantee reliability levels of IEGSs considering failure propagation. | Minglei Bao Xiaocong Sun Yi Ding Chengjin Ye Changzheng Shao Sheng Wang Yonghua Song | 2023 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,6: | 0
Activating surface atoms of high entropy oxides for enhancing oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘High entropy oxides(HEOs) have attracted extensive attention of researchers due to their remarkable properties. The electrocatalytic activity of electrocatalysts is closely related to the reactivity of their surface atoms which usually shows a positive correlation. Excellenet stability of HEOs leads to their surface atoms with relative poor reactivity, limiting the applications for electrocatalysis. Therefore, it is significant to activate surface atoms of HEOs. Constructing amorphous structure, introducing oxygen defects and leaching are very effective strategies to improve the reactivity of surface atoms. Herein, to remove chemical inert, low-crystallinity(Fe, Co, Ni, Mn, Zn)_(3)O_(4) (HEO-Origin) nanosheets with abundant oxygen vacancies was synthesized, showing an excellent catalytic activity with an overpotential of 265 mV at 10 mA/cm^(2), which outperforms as-synthesized HEO-500℃-air(335 mV). The excellent catalytic performance of HEO-Origin can be attributed to high activity surface atoms, the introduction of oxygen defects efficiently altered electron distribution on the surface of HEO-Origin. Apart from, HEO-Origin also exhibits an outstanding electrochemical stability for oxygen evolution reaction(OER). | Mengyu Li Minglei Song Wenting Ni Zhaohui Xiao Yingying Li Jianfeng Jia Shuangyin Wang Yanyong Wang | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,3: | 0
