| 1 | Regulation of innate immune responses by rabies virus显示文摘Rabies virus(RABV)is an infectious and neurotropic pathogen that causes rabies and infects humans and almost all warm-blooded animals,posing a great threat to people and public safety.It is well known that innate immunity is the critical first line of host defense against viral infection.It monitors the invading pathogens by recognizing the pathogen-associated molecular patterns and danger-associated molecular patterns through pattern-recognition receptors,leading to the production of type I interferons(IFNα/β),inflammatory cytokines,and chemokines,or the activation of autophagy or apoptosis to inhibit virus replication.In the case of RABV,the innate immune response is usually triggered when the skin or muscle is bitten or scratched.However,RABV has evolved many ways to escape or even hijack innate immune response to complete its own replication and eventually invades the central nervous system(CNS).Once RABV reaches the CNS,it cannot be wiped out by the immune system or any drugs.Therefore,a better understanding of the interplay between RABV and innate immu-nity is necessary to develop effective strategies to combat its infection.Here,we review the innate immune responses induced by RABV and illustrate the antagonism mechanisms of RABV to provide new insights for the control of rabies. | Haili Zhang Jingbo Huang Yumeng Song Xingqi Liu Meichen Qian Pei Huang Yuanyuan Li Ling Zhao Hualei Wang | 2022 | Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2022,5,5: | 2 |
| 2 | A Secure Three-Factor Authenticated Key Agreement Scheme for Multi-Server Environment显示文摘Multi-server authenticated key agreement schemes have attracted great attention to both academia and industry in recent years.However,traditional authenticated key agreement schemes in the single-server environment are not suitable for the multi-server environment because the user has to register on each server when he/she wishes to log in various servers for different service.Moreover,it is unreasonable to consider all servers are trusted since the server in a multi-server environment may be a semi-trusted party.In order to overcome these difficulties,we designed a secure three-factor multi-server authenticated key agreement protocol based on elliptic curve cryptography,which needs the user to register only once at the registration center in order to access all semi-trusted servers.The proposed scheme can not only against various known attacks but also provides high computational efficiency.Besides,we have proved our scheme fulfills mutual authentication by using the authentication test method. | Meichen Xia Shiliang Li Liu Liu | 2020 | Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,9: | 1 |

| 5 | Development and Validation of UHPLC-MS/MS Method for Quantifying of Agarotriose:An Application for Pharmacokinetic,Tissue Distribution,and Excretion Studies in Rats显示文摘A sensitive,rapid,and robust ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS)method was established for the first time to quantify agarotriose(A3)in rat plasma,tissues,urine,and feces.A3 and stachyose(internal standard)were separated by a BEH amide column at 65℃under the mobile phase of 10 mmol L^(-1)ammonium ace-tate-acetonitrile(42:58,v/v)with 350µLmin-1.The acquisition of transitions was carried out in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)pattern operating with positive ionization at m/z 509.16>329.15 for A3 and m/z 689.15>527.11 for stachyose.The linearity ranges of A3 were 10 to 5000nmolL^(-1)for plasma,20 to 10000nmolL^(-1)for tissues,and 40 to 20000nmolL^(-1)for urine and feces.The accuracy and precision ranged from 90.9%to 111.6%and 0.7%to 10.1%,respectively.The stability was between 86.1%and 102.5%.The extraction recovery was consistent and reproducible.The matrix effect ranged from 1.5%to 11.4%.The pharmacokinetic,tissue dis-tribution,and excretion studies were successfully conducted with the validated method.Results showed that A3 could be absorbed by rats,and the absolute bioavailability was 6.7%.Furthermore,it was rapidly distributed in rat tissues and mainly eliminated via feces excretion(67.0%)after oral administration.For intravenous bolus,85.5%was recovered,and renal excretion was the primary path-way(77.6%)for cumulative recovery. | YUE Jiali CHENG Wei WEI Shutong LIU Guilin ZHOU Meichen LV Zhihua YU Mingming | 2023 | Journal of Ocean University of China2023,22,6: | 0 |

| 8 | BnbHLH92a negatively regulates anthocyanin and proanthocyanidin biosynthesis in Brassica napus显示文摘Yellow seed trait is a desirable characteristic with potential for increasing seed quality and commercial value in rapeseed,and anthocyanin and proanthocyanidins(PAs)are major seed-coat pigments.Few transcription factors involved in the regulation of anthocyanin and PAs biosynthesis have been characterized in rapeseed.In this study,we identified a transcription factor gene BnbHLH92a(BnaA06T0441000ZS)in rapeseed.Overexpressing BnbHLH92a both in Arabidopsis and in rapeseed reduced levels of anthocyanin and PAs.Correspondingly,the expression profiles of anthocyanin and PA biosynthesis genes(TT3,BAN,TT8,TT18,and TTG1)were shown by quantitative real-time PCR to be inhibited in BnbHLH92a-overexpressing Arabidopsis seeds,indicating that BnbHLH92a represses the anthocyanin and PA biosynthesis pathway in Arabidopsis.BnbHLH92a physically interacts with the BnTTG1 protein and represses the biosynthesis of anthocyanins and PAs in rapeseed.BnbHLH92a also binds directly to the BnTT18 promoter and represses its expression.These results suggest that BnbHLH92a is a novel upstream regulator of flavonoid biosynthesis in B.napus. | Ran Hu Meichen Zhu Si Chen Chengxiang Li Qianwei Zhang Lei Gao Xueqin Liu Shulin Shen Fuyou Fu Xinfu Xu Ying Liang Liezhao Liu Kun Lu Hao Yu Jiana Li Cunmin Qu | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,2: | 0 |
