1One-pot photoreduction to prepare NIR-absorbing plasmonic gold nanoparticles tethered by amphiphilic polypeptide copolymer for synergistic photothermal-chemotherapy显示文摘We developed one-pot photoreduction strategy to prepare near infrared light(NIR)-absorbing plasmonic gold nanoparticles(Au NPs) tethered by amphiphilic polypeptide copolymer poly(L-cysteine)-b-poly(ethylene oxide)(PLC-b-PEO). The PLC-b-PEO@Au NPs possessed strong NIR absorption at 700–1100 nm and ultrahigh photothermal conversion efficiency of 62.1%. Upon the NIR irradiation(808nm,2 W/cm^2,5 min), the PLC-b-PEO@Au NPs(1mg/mL) sharply attained an elevation of 30.8℃ and the hyperthermia effect could efficiently kill cancer cells in vitro. 2Control of Aggregate Size of Polyethyleneimine-Coated Magnetic Nanoparticles for Magnetofection显示文摘Using magnetic nanoparticles to enhance gene transfection,a recently developed technique termed magnetofection,has been shown to be a powerful technology in gene delivery.The most widely used magnetic nanoparticles in this area are those coated with polyethyleneimine,which is a well known non-viral transfection agent.In this article,we report methods to control the aggregate size of polyethyleneimine-coated magnetite particles.These particles were then used to enhance transfection of green fluorescent protein(GFP)into NIH 3T3 cells in vitro.We find that the aggregate size of the particles has a great effect on their performance in magnetofection,with less aggregated magnetic particles being more effective in enhancing the gene transfection.Xiaoliang Wang Linzhu Zhou Yongjie Ma Xu Li Hongchen Gu 2009Nano Research2009,2,5:4
3Amphiphilic drug-drug conjugate for cancer therapy with combination of chemotherapeutic and antiangiogenesis drugs显示文摘The progression and metastasis of solid tumors strongly rely on the process of forming nascent blood vessels.However,using angiogenesis inhibitors alone does not meet the cancer treatment needs.Herein,we used the amphiphilic drug-drug conjugate(ADDC)strategy to fabricate a new drug conjugate with the combination of chemotherapeutic drug and antiangiogenesis drug together.With one-step esterification of hydrophilic floxuridine(FUDR)and hydrophobic pseudolaric acid B(PAB),the conjugate was synthesized.The amphiphilic property of FUDR-PAB conjugate induced the self-assembly to form nanoparticles in water.From further in vitro and in vivo experiments,this FUDR-PAB conjugate does not only have a high antitumor effect,but also shows efficient antianiogenesis property.These results offer a promising ADDC strategy for designing drugs with combination of chemotherapeutic drug and antiangiogenesis drug together.Mo Sun Qiuhui Qian Leilei Shi Li Xu Qunfang Liu Linzhu Zhou Xinyuan Zhu Jian-Min Yue Deyue Yan 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,1:3
4The Expression of MMP-3 and TIMP-1 During Orthodontic Periodontium Remodeling in Rats显示文摘目的 :观察大鼠正畸牙周组织改建过程中基质金属蛋白酶 - 3(MMP - 3)和金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子 - 1(TIMP - 1)表达的变化 ,探讨MMP - 3及TIMP - 1与正畸牙齿移动的关系。方法 :在SD成年大鼠上颌右侧第一磨牙与上颌切牙之间安置正畸装置 ,建立大鼠磨牙移动实验模型。于牙齿移动 1、3、5、7、14d后取材分别进行免疫组化染色、图像分析。结果 :牙齿移动 1d后 ,牙周组织细胞MMP - 3表达增强 ,5d后MMP - 3表达达到高峰 ,此时破骨细胞胞浆亦呈强阳性表达。以后MMP - 3表达有所下降 ,但仍高于对照组。而TIMP - 1于牙齿移动 3d后表达开始增强 ,7d后显著表达。结论 :MMP - 3及TIMP - 1参与了正畸牙周组织改建过程 ,MMP - 3在破骨细胞性骨吸收中起着重要作用。FENGXue Duanying-zhong LIYong-ming LINZhu 2003口腔医学研究2003,19,2:3
5Analysis of molecular variation in porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus in China between 2007 and 2012显示文摘In the present study, 89 porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) isolates in China during 2007 to 2012 were randomly selected from the GenBank genetic sequence database. Evolutionary characteristics of these isolates were analyzed based on the sequences of non-struc-tural protein 2(Nsp2) and glycoprotein 5(GP5). The genetic variations of the isolates were also compared with six representative strains. The results showed that a high degree of genetic diversity exists among the PRRSV population in China. Highly pathogenic PRRSV isolates, with a discon-tinuous deletion of a 30 amino acid residue in the Nsp2 region, remained the most dominant virus throughout 2007–2012 in China. Owing to the extensive use of representative vaccine strains, natu-ral recombination events occurred between strains. Three isolates – HH08, DY, and YN-2011 – were more closely related to vaccine strains than the other isolates. Both YN-2011 and DY were the evolu-tionary products of recombination events between strains SP and CH-1R. 7Research on Real-time Monitoring of Abnormal Seismic Noise显示文摘The noise data in vertical component records of 85 seismic stations in Fujian Province during 2012 is used as the research object in this paper. The noise data is divided into fiveminute segments to calculate the power spectra. The high reference line and low reference line of station are then identified by drawing a probability density function graph( PDF)using the power spectral probability density function. Moreover, according to the anomalies of PDF graphs in 85 seismic stations,the abnormal noise is divided into four categories: dropped packet, low noise, high noise, and median noise anomalies.Afterwards,four selection methods are found by the high or low noise reference line of the stations,and the system of real-time monitoring of seismic noise is formed by combining the four selection methods. Noise records of 85 seismic stations in Fujian Province in July2013 are selected for verification,and the results show that the anomalous noise-recognition system could reach a 90% success rate at most stations and the effect of selection are very good. 15Low-cost oriented preparation of ultra fine xonotlite fibers显示文摘Nanometer-sized xonotlite fibers have great potential application in many fields. The traditional method of preparing ultra fine xonotlite fibers uses the ultra fine and highly active silica as the major raw materials, which is not only expensive but also difficult to prepare the xonotlite fibers with diameters around 100 nm. In this study, the ultra fine xonotlite fibers with diameters around 100 nm were prepared by an autoclaving method. The preparation was low-cost oriented by using natural powder quartz and lime as the major raw materials. The intergrowth of the fibers formed thin shell hollow balls or ellipsoids, namely the secondary particles.The length of the nanometer-sized xonotlite fibers was around several microns. The fibers and their secondary particles were produced at 216℃ for 6 h with a continuous stirring of 300-500 r/min. Zirconium oxychloride was used as an additive. 17Agglomeration behavior of rare earth inclusions and alumina inclusions at the interface between argon and molten steel显示文摘Nozzle clogging frequently occurs in steel containing rare earth(RE) due to the aggregation of RE inclusions,which seriously interferes with the application of RE in steel.To provide insights into nozzle clogging,the agglomeration be havior of inclusions in RE-containing steel was investigated by laboratory experiments and theoretical calculations.High-temperature confocal laser scanning microscopy(HTCLSM) was applied to observe the behavior of inclusions at molten steel surfaces and their interactive forces.Kralchevsky-Paunov(K-P) model was used to predict the capillary force acting on different inclusions.The results show that the interactive forces that acted on inclusions were investigated as a function of inclusion size,inter-distance,and inclusion composition.It is found that the capillary force acting on the inclusions decreases in the order of Ce_(2)O_(3)> CeAlO_(3)> Al_(2)O_(3).This study verified the applicability of the K-P model in RE-containing steel,which can provide theoretical support to help solve the nozzle clogging problem during rare earth steel production.Jun Wang Linzhu Wang Changrong Li Yongqiang Zhai 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,12:0
