2基于空间矢量的点坝砂体储层构型建模显示文摘提出了一种基于空间矢量的曲流河点坝砂体构型建模方法。传统基于目标的方法是在建模的初始阶段定义网格,而基于空间矢量的储层构型建模方法直接在研究区内投放空间矢量定义的构型要素。该方法借鉴了计算机图像学中矢量图形存储的思路,采用了基于实数集的点、线、面所限定的体来定义构型要素。由于在模拟阶段模型不定义网格,因此模型不受网格尺寸的限制,模型模拟结果可以刻画不同规模层次的构型要素。并且由于在模拟过程中只是对构型要素的空间位置和形态定义参数进行调节,与传统的基于目标的模拟相比,更易满足井的条件约束,模拟收敛速度更快。笔者以中国东部油田某区块点坝砂体构型建模为例,给出了本方法的基本原理和具体的建模流程。李宇鹏 吴胜和 耿丽慧 Mehran M.Hasanpour 印森林 陈玉琨 2013石油学报2013,34,1:30
3Stool-based DNA testing,a new noninvasive method for colorectal cancer screening,the first report from Iran显示文摘AIM:To detect tumor-associated DNA changes in stool samples among Iranian patients with colorectal cancer(CRC)compared to healthy individuals using BAT-26,p16 hypermethylation and long DNA markers.METHODS:Stool DNA was isolated from 45 subjects including 25 CRC patients and 20 healthy individuals using a new,fast and easy extraction method.Long DNA associated with tumor was detected using polymerase chain reaction method.Microsatellite studies were performed utilizing denaturating polyacrylamide gel to determine the instability of BAT-26.Methylation status of p16 promoter was analyzed using methylation-specific PCR(MSP).RESULTS:The results showed a significant difference in existence of long DNA(16 in patients vs 1 in controls,P < 0.001)and p16(5 in patients vs none in controls,P = 0.043)in the stool samples of two groups.Long DNA was detected in 64% of CRC patients;whereas just one of the healthy individuals was positive for Long DNA.p16 methylation was found in 20% of patients and in none of healthy individuals.Instability of BAT-26 was not detected in any of stool samples.CONCLUSION:We could detect colorectal cancer related genetic alterations by analyzing stool DNA witha sensitivity of 64% and 20% and a specificity of 95% and 100% for Long DNA and p16 respectively.A non-invasive molecular stool-based DNA testing can provide a screening strategy in high-risk individuals.However,additional testing on more samples is necessary from Iranian subjects to determine the exact specificity and sensitivity of these markers.Mohammad Reza Abbaszadegan Alireza Tavasoli Arash Velayati Hamid Reza Sima Hassan Vosooghinia Mehdi Farzadnia Hamid Asadzedeh Mehran Gholamin Ezzat Dadkhah Azadeh Aarabi 2007World Journal of Gastroenterology2007,13,10:14
4Management of granulomatous lobular mastitis: an international multidisciplinary consensus(2021 edition)显示文摘Granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM) is a rare and chronic benign inflammatory disease of the breast. Difficulties exist in the management of GLM for many front-line surgeons and medical specialists who care for patients with inflammatory disorders of the breast. This consensus is summarized to establish evidence-based recommendations for the management of GLM. Literature was reviewed using PubMed from January 1, 1971 to July 31, 2020. Sixty-six international experienced multidisciplinary experts from 11 countries or regions were invited to review the evidence.Levels of evidence were determined using the American College of Physicians grading system, and recommendations were discussed until consensus. Experts discussed and concluded 30 recommendations on historical definitions,etiology and predisposing factors, diagnosis criteria, treatment, clinical stages, relapse and recurrence of GLM. GLM was recommended as a widely accepted definition. In addition, this consensus introduced a new clinical stages and management algorithm for GLM to provide individual treatment strategies. In conclusion, diagnosis of GLM depends on a combination of history, clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, laboratory examinations and pathology.The approach to treatment of GLM should be applied according to the different clinical stage of GLM. 7Preparation of nanocrystalline γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst using different procedures for methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether显示文摘A series of nanocrystalline γ-alumina are synthesized by different procedures, namely, thermal decomposition method (sample A), precipita-tion method (sample B) and sol-gel method using sucrose and hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as templates (samples C and D, respectively). Textural and acidic properties of γ-alumina samples are characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption and NH3-TPD techniques. Vapor-phase dehydration of methanol into dimethyl ether is carried out over these samples. Among them, sample C shows the highest catalytic activity. NH3-TPD analysis reveals that the sample with smaller crystallite size possesses higher concentration of medium acidic sites and consequently higher catalytic activity. 10CO_2 reforming of methane over nickel catalysts supported on nanocrystalline MgAl_2O_4 with high surface area显示文摘In this paper dry reforming of methane (DRM) was carried out over nanocrystalline MgAl2O4-supported Ni catalysts with various Ni loadings. Nanocrystalline MgAl2O4 spinel with high specific surface area was synthesized by a co-precipitation method with the addition of pluronic P123 triblock copolymer as surfactant, and employed as catalyst support. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption, H2 chemisorption, temperature-programmed reduction (TPR), temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO), temperature- programmed desorption (TPD) and transmission and scanning electron microscopies (TEM, SEM) techniques. The obtained results showed that the catalyst support has a nanocrystalline structure (crystal size: about 5 nm) with a high specific surface area (175 m2 g-1) and a mesoporous structure. Increasing in nickel content decreased the specific surface area and nickel dispersion. The prepared catalysts showed high catalytic activity and stability during the reaction. SEM analysis revealed that whisker type carbon deposited over the spent catalysts and increasing in nickel loading increased the amount of deposited carbon. 12Association of a genetic variant in AKT1 gene with features of the metabolic syndrome显示文摘Metabolic syndrome(MetS)is a clustering of metabolic abnormalities that is associated with increased risk of developing cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.There is growing body of data showing the associations of genetic variants of the genes involved in the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway with diabetes and obesity.We aimed to investigate the association between MetS and its components with the genetic polymorphism in AKT1,rs1130233(T>C).Total of 618 participants,recruited from Mashhad stroke and heart atherosclerosis disorder cohort(MASHAD study).Patients with MetS were defined by using international diabetes federation(IDF)criteria(n Z 326)and those without MetS(n Z 261)were recruited.Anthropometric and biochemical parameters were measured in all subjects.Genetic analysis for the rs1130233 polymorphism was performed,using the ABI-StepOne instruments with SDS version-2.0 software.Individuals with MetS had a significantly higher levels of BMI,waistcircumference,total cholesterol,triglyceride,high sensitivity-c reactive protein(hs-CRP)and blood-pressure,and lower concentrations of high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),compared to non-MetS individuals(P<0.05).The association between the rs1130233 and MetS was not significant.Subjects with a CC or CT genotypes had a significantly higher serum hs-CRP-level(OR:1.5;95%CI(1.05e2.1),P Z 0.02).Additionally,subjects who carried the TC genotype had a higher BMI compared to the CC genotype(p value Z 0.045).Our findings demonstrated that AKT1,rs1130233(T>C)polymorphism was associated with major components of MetS such as hs-CRP,and BMI,indicating further investigation in a multi-center setting to explore its value as an emerging biomarker of risk stratification marker.Fateme Sadat Eshaghi Hamideh Ghazizadeh Sakine Kazami-Nooreini Ameneh Timar Habibollah Esmaeily Mehrane Mehramiz Amir Avan Majid Ghayour-Mobarhan 2019Genes & Diseases2019,6,3:6
13Silicon carbide resonant tuning fork for microsensing applications in high-temperature and high G-shock environments显示文摘We present the fabrication and testing of a silicon carbide(SiC)balanced mass double-ended tuning fork that survives harsh environments without compromising the device strain sensitivity and resolution bandwidth.The device features a material stack that survives corrosive environments and enables high-temperature operation.To perform high-temperature testing,a specialized setup was constructed that allows the tuning fork to be characterized using traditional silicon electronics.The tuning fork has been operated at 600 ℃ in the presence of dry steam for short durations.This tuning fork has also been tested to 64 000 G using a hard-launch,soft-catch shock implemented with a light gas gun.However,the device still has a strain sensitivity of 66 Hz/με and strain resolution of 0.045 με in a 10 kHz bandwidth.As such,this balanced-mass double-ended tuning fork can be used to create a variety of different sensors including strain gauges,accelerometers,gyroscopes,and pressure transducers.Given the adaptable fabrication process flow,this device could be useful to micro-electro-mechanical systems(MEMS) designers creating sensors for a variety of different applications.David R Myers Kan Bun Cheng Babak Jamshidi Robert G Azevedo Debbie G Senesky Li Chen Mehran Mehregany Muthu B J Wijesundara Albert P Pisano 2012Engineering Sciences2012,10,5:6
14Effect of Ni loadings on the activity and coke formation of MgO-modified Ni/Al_2O_3 nanocatalyst in dry reforming of methane显示文摘MgO-modified Ni/Al2O3 catalysts with different Ni loadings were prepared and employed in dry reforming of methane(DRM). The effect of Ni loadings on the activity and coke formation of Ni/MgO-Al2O3 catalysts were investigated. 15Selective methanation of carbon monoxide in hydrogen rich stream over Ni/CeO_2 nanocatalysts显示文摘In the present work, selective methanation of carbon monoxide in hydrogen rich stream was investigated over Ni/CeO2 nanocatalysts. The obtained results revealed that increasing in nickel loading decreased the BET surface area, pore volume and nickel dispersion. The 25% Ni/CeO2 with a NiO crystal size of 12 nm exhibited the highest activity in CO methanation reaction and reached to maximum CO conversion and CH4 selectivity at temperatures above 230 ℃. 16Fuzzy expert system for diagnosing diabetic neuropathy显示文摘AIM To design a fuzzy expert system to help detect and diagnose the severity of diabetic neuropathy. METHODS The research was completed in 2014 and consisted of two main phases. In the first phase, the diagnostic parameters were determined based on the literature review and by investigating specialists' perspectives(n= 8). In the second phase, 244 medical records related to the patients who were visited in an endocrinology and metabolism research centre during the first six months of 2014 and were primarily diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy, were used to test the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the fuzzy expert system.RESULTS The final diagnostic parameters included the duration of diabetes, the score of a symptom examination based on the Michigan questionnaire, the score of a sign examination based on the Michigan questionnaire, the glycolysis haemoglobin level, fasting blood sugar, blood creatinine, and albuminuria. The output variable was the severity of diabetic neuropathy which was shown as a number between zero and 10, had been divided into four categories: absence of the disease,(the degree of severity) mild, moderate, and severe. 17吸烟者精浆对非吸烟者精子功能的毒性效应显示文摘目的:吸烟已被公认具有普遍的健康危害,并且有证据表明吸烟对男、女生殖健康均有影响。本研究的目的就是提供证据说明吸烟通过改变精液和精子质量来影响男性的生育能力。方法:我们评价了吸烟者(SM)的精浆(SP)(用PBS进行不同浓度的稀释,1/0;1/1;1/2;1/6;1/10)对非吸烟者(NSM)精子的直接影响。结果:非吸烟者的精子暴露于吸烟者的精浆一定时间,可导致因丙二醛水平升高所致的精子膜完整性受到破坏、精子活力下降和环(在明胶载玻片上因顶体反应导致环绕精子头部的清晰区带)的数量减少。结论:吸烟者的精子暴露于非吸烟者的精浆导致精子功能障碍改善,提示,去除吸烟者的精浆,然后重新加入含足量抗氧化体系的精浆,可能对各种辅助生育技术应用于吸烟者有临床意义。Mehran ARABI 陈芳(译) 吕年青(校) 2005中华男科学杂志2005,11,9:5
18Predictive biomarkers in precision medicine and drug development against lung cancer显示文摘The molecular characterization of various cancers has shown that cancers with the same origins,histopathologic diagnoses,and clinical stages can be highly heterogeneous in their genetic and epigenetic alterations that cause tumorigenesis.A number of cancer driver genes with functional abnormalities that trigger malignant transformation and that are required for the survival of cancer cells have been identified.Therapeutic agents targeting some of these cancer drivers have been successfully developed,resulting in substantial improvements in clinical symptom amelioration and outcomes in a subset of cancer patients.However,because such therapeutic drugs often benefit only a limited number of patients,the successes of clinical development and applications rely on the ability to identify those patients who are sensitive to the targeted therapies.Thus,biomarkers that can predict treatment responses are critical for the success of precision therapy for cancer patients and of anticancer drug development.This review discusses the molecular heterogeneity of lung cancer pathogenesis;predictive biomarkers for precision medicine in lung cancer therapy with drugs targeting epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK),c-ros oncogene 1 receptor tyrosine kinase[ROSl),and immune checkpoints;biomarkers associated with resistance to these therapeutics;and approaches to identify predictive biomarkers in anticancer drug development.The identification of predictive biomarkers during anticancer drug development is expected to greatly facilitate such development because it will increase the chance of success or reduce the attrition rate.Additionally,such identification will accelerate the drug approval process by providing effective patient stratification strategies in clinical trials to reduce the sample size required to demonstrate clinical benefits.Bingliang Fang Reza J Mehran John V Heymach Stephen G Swisher 2015Chinese Journal of Cancer2015,34,7:5
19Thermodynamic analysis of combined reforming process using Gibbs energy minimization method: In view of solid carbon formation显示文摘Thermodynamic analysis was applied to study combined partial oxidation and carbon dioxide reforming of methane in view of carbon formation. The equilibrium calculations employing the Gibbs energy minimization were performed upon wide ranges of pressure (1-25 atm), temperature (600-1300 K), carbon dioxide to methane ratio (0-2) and oxygen to methane ratio (0-1). The thermodynamic results were compared with the results obtained over a Ru supported catalyst. The results revealed that by increasing the reaction pressure methane conversion decreased. Also it was found that the atmospheric pressure is the preferable pressure for both dry reforming and partial oxidation of methane and increasing the temperature caused increases in both activity of carbon and conversion of methane.
