1表面活性剂辅助共沉淀法制备Ni-Mg-Al固体碱催化剂用于CH_4-CO_2重整反应显示文摘采用表面活性剂辅助共沉淀法制备了Ni-Mg-Al固体碱催化剂并用于CH4-CO2重整反应,探讨了表面活性剂对Ni(111),Ni(200)晶面的择优取向作用,在800℃下比较了不同表面活性剂制备的催化剂的催化性能,详细考察了CTAB制备的催化剂CB-LDO在不同反应温度下的催化活性和稳定性.采用红外光谱、X射线衍射、程序升温还原、X射线光电子能谱、高分辨透射电镜和程序升温氧化等表征手段分析了催化剂的活性、稳定性和失活原因.结果表明,四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH)促进Ni(200)的生长,而聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯(P123)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)抑制Ni(200)晶面的生长;Ni(200)的结晶程度对CH4的活化起到关键的作用,催化剂CB-LDO在高温下反应会发生晶型的转化,Ni(200)晶面由于反应过程中生成NiAl2O4尖晶石而得到缓慢释放,使催化剂的活性得以维持较高的水平.谭鹏甲 高志华 沈朝峰 杜亚丽 李晓东 黄伟 2014催化学报2014,35,12:8
2Effect of Ni loadings on the activity and coke formation of MgO-modified Ni/Al_2O_3 nanocatalyst in dry reforming of methane显示文摘MgO-modified Ni/Al2O3 catalysts with different Ni loadings were prepared and employed in dry reforming of methane(DRM). The effect of Ni loadings on the activity and coke formation of Ni/MgO-Al2O3 catalysts were investigated. The synthesized catalysts were characterized by XRD, N2adsorption-desorption, SEM, TPO and TPR techniques. The obtained results showed that increasing nickel loading decreased the BET surface area and increased the catalytic activity and amount of deposited carbon. 4MgO纳米晶负载镍催化剂用于甲烷蒸汽重整反应(英文)显示文摘Nanocrystalline MgO with a relatively high surface area and mesoporous structure was synthesized by a surfactant assisted precipitation method for use as the support of nickel catalysts for steam reforming of methane. The samples were characterized by X‐ray diffraction, N2 adsorption, temperature‐programmed reduction, temperature‐programmed oxidation, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The catalysts showed high catalytic activity and good stability in the steam reforming of methane. Increasing the nickel loading up to 10 wt% gave increased activity. Catalysts with higher nickel loadings showed more deposited carbon after reaction. 6Synthesis gas production on glass cloth catalysts modified by Ni and Co oxides显示文摘The catalytic activity of nanostructured low percent (1%) Co-Ni catalysts on the basis of glass fiber (GF) prepared by a'solution combustion' (SC) method was studied.The catalytic activity of the prepared samples was studied in the reaction of dry reforming of methane (DRM) with CO2.The obtained samples were characterized by a number of physico-chemical methods,including XRD,SEM,TEM,TGA and AFM.The active component was shown to be dispersed in the near-surface layer of the support as nanoparticles of 10—20 nm in size.The active component showed a Co3O4 or(Co,Ni)Co2O4 spinel structure,depending on the catalyst composition.The spinel structure of the active component interacted strongly with the carrier,providing resistance to carbonization,high catalytic activity toward DRM,and high activity and stability in oxidation reactions.G.B.Aldashukurova A.V.Mironenko Z.A.Mansurov N.V.Shikina S.A.Yashnik V.V.Kuznetsov Z.R.Ismagilov 2013Journal of Energy Chemistry2013,22,5:0
