| 1 | 日本血吸虫病流行区人群细胞因子水平的初步研究显示文摘为了分析和比较日本血吸虫病流行区人群细胞因子应答水平的差异,提供血吸虫病流行区人群细胞免疫应答特征的基线资料。以鄱阳湖中的南山岛上3个毗邻的自然村为研究现场,根据粪检结果对试区14~41岁人群按年龄组随机抽样,选取粪检结果阴性的65人,粪检阳性的64人为研究对象。采用全血培养法,以血吸虫可溶性虫卵抗原(SEA)及可溶性成虫粗抗原(SWAP)刺激研究对象的血细胞产生细胞因子,检测培养上清中细胞因子的水平。结果表明,存在对血吸虫抗原刺激不产生相应细胞因子的个体,从细胞因子水平的均值来看,总体上,对SEA的细胞因子应答水平较对SWAP的水平为高,每克粪卵数(EPG)为0组的细胞因子平均水平显著高于EPG大于0组的水平。研究结果提示,存在流行区人群细胞免疫应答水平被下调的可能性,其特征和机制值得进一步研究。 | 吴海玮 沈蕾 张兆松 Rosemary Weir 邵莉君 谢彰武 胡林生 陈淑贞 Martin G Taylor 张绍基 吴观陵 | 1998 | 南京医科大学学报(自然科学版)1998，18，6： | 6 |
