1负压创伤治疗的循证推荐(压力水平、创面填充物、接触材料)——迈向达成国际共识的一步显示文摘负压创面引流正日渐成为临床上常用的治疗方法,也出现了许多相关的新设备与敷料,但仍有许多关于负压创伤治疗不确定的问题。为了回应这些争议,一个全球专家顾问小组专门被召集来达成负压创伤治疗的循证共识。本文中,通过对关于负压创伤治疗变量:不同的创面填充物(主要是泡沫和纱布)、何时应用接触层、不同压力水平的设定、对细菌生物符合的影响,进行证据评价。循证推荐由对文献的系统评价获得,由专家顾问小组对证据分级的起草共识。证据与推荐根据苏格兰校际指南协作组分级系统分级。总的来说,共有14项推荐,5项与创面敷料和接触层有关,4项和压力水平设定有关,5项和负压创伤治疗与创面感染有关。在细菌负担方面,现有证据不支持负压创伤治疗是创面细菌感染的主要治疗方法。方亮(编译) Birke-Sorensen H Malmsjo M Rome P 2012中华普通外科学文献(电子版)2012,6,4:9
